I love trying new items so naturally I wanted to try their new and probably limited-time Pineapple Frosty. First off it was essentially vanilla frosty with some pineapple syrup, which strangely tasted slightly more like mango to me. But I still liked the flavor overall. One thing I wish they had done better though was I wish the "pineapple" syrup had been mixed better with the vanilla frosty. When we had ours it felt like we were simply eating regular vanilla frosty with no pineapple flavor, until we got to the bottom of our cup and the pineapple flavor became all too much and overwhelming. And we did try to mix the syrup into the frosty ourselves, but the syrup was very thick and just wouldn't mix properly. I'm glad I tried it but I'll stick with the chocolate frosty next time. Service was quick, but the frosty we got was kinda messy and came in a sticky cup unfortunately. The restaurant looked nice and clean. No complaint there. read more

Normally, Wendy's is not one of the fast food places I go, but I had a certificate for a free order of fries when ordered online, so what the heck, why not? I order online and go there to pick up the fries, no prob. I decide to eat there while the fries are nice and hot. Nothing worse than cold fries! The fries were a nice large order and the fries tasted actually a lot better than a lot of fast food fries do. I've been to Wendy's lately just due to their online promos of good deals on the burgers, otherwise the prices are too high for what you get. read more

They are running a $5 and $6 bag special, which is a great deal. In comparison a chicken meal at Chick-fil-A is over $10. This is important to me, because I am a confirmed cheapskate. I always opt for the chicken sandwich. It comes with fries and four chicken nuggets, along with dipping sauce. This is one great deal. Of course the drink includes unlimited refills. The cashiers are efficient and quick. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes. I like coming inside just to see the cheerful employees. Special shout out to the cheerful employee, Malik. Every time I come here he is cheerful and welcoming. I would come back here just because of this one employee. read more

My horrible issue with this place is the management. Order something in the morning for breakfast asked for it to be well done because I got it before that was not well done and it was cold in the middle. Basically, after confronting the manager, tiny little Latina girl she said it was well done, even though it took one minute for me to get to the window and guess what it was cold. That is ridiculous that they can't even understand the concert. Bill just make a little bit extra crispy so it's well done or they just lied and didn't provide good customer service either way I'm gonna write a email to corporate office and explain to how this manager just completely just slide and I didn't want to go back there and say hello look it's cold inside waste my time! read more

I responded to a radio ad about Wendy's Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant breakfast. A fresh-cracked grade A egg and grilled sausage covered in creamy Swiss cheese sauce on a flaky croissant bun. Oh yeah! Drive in and out was flawless. Ordered the above mentioned breakfast sandwich combo. It was yummy! Buttery croissant, a fried medium egg, creamy Swiss, and a flavorful sausage patty. And oh them fries was an excellent surprise! Seasoned Natural-cut, skin-on potatoes cooked, and seasoned with cracked black pepper and garlic powder. Crispy outside, hot an tender inside. Came in today with a gift card from a credit card promotion. Ponied up the Dave's combo plus an extra cheese burger. Service was fantastic. The workers (all Hispanic as I read from other reviews) were extremely friendly and polite and I want to thank them for making it a nice environment. I did not know the place was remolded. It was very clean and I did notice there is new concrete and asphalt along with stones set in planter boxes at curb level. The food was good (fries were really good) and the multi use drink machine had many choices so I am now considering one for my house lol. They were playing some 70's classic rock on the radio...if they added a full bar, I could hang out there. read more

Better than some, but you have to wait. The length of the drive-through lines are indicative of how good a fast-food place is. Wendy's is solidly in the middle of the pack. Their food has more flavor than places with no wait, but it falls short of the most popular joints. The food is nothing special, but the difference in the burgers compared to the more bland alternatives is noticeable from the first bite. After ordering, food comes out quick, so the efficient operation is appreciated. Is waiting 15 min worth the wait? Meh. Wait a little more or pay a little more to get better food. read more

I'm not into Wendy's burger and fries, but I respect Wendy's plenty because where else can you quickly get a baked potato? Since I'm a light eater, a baked potato and a Jr. Cheeseburger is a full meal for me. I'm enough of a regular there that they know what I want as soon as they see me. This location is always very fast. Even in their busiest hours they manage to get the line moving. I've never had an issue coming here. My food has always been correct. Today though, when I was greeted in the drive through window, I had asked for mayo on the side, as I had forgotten to ask for it earlier in the ordering window. The older employee by the name of Noe (wearing a purple shirt) told me "Next time tell me you want it in the first window." I'm not sure where his attitude was coming from? I was literally the only person in line up until I was receiving my food. Such an attitude is a huge disappointment for a location where they're pretty good. Wendy's used to be my favorite place to go for hamburgers. I hadn't been there in a while and I don't know what happened but the food was horrible. An older Wendys - not remodeled yet but very fast and friendly service. Lots of light from the one wall on windows that curve all the way up to the ceiling. I've always thought their chicken nuggets were some of the better out there in this price point of fast food. Had chicken strips and they were great. Saw the meat looked and tasted like the real deal. Frosties are lots less than milkshakes elsewhere but you either love them or not. They are thick and require a spoon. I wish this weren't the only Wendy's around for miles, or the only FF retailer with strawberry lemonade on the menu. One of the women at the window on the breakfast crew is so rude that I think I'll make good on my New Years resolution and stop eating fast food, because it's just too early at 6:30 AM to be an expletive for no reason. First bite was soft and realized the meat was not cooked entirely through. It was still raw. Staff on hand was also very sketchy about the whole ordeal. Didn't want to give their managements contact info, only offered a name and a date a few days from now to try and catch them. But gave a complaint hotline number to get into touch with. The man I spoke to on the phone didn't understand the importance of my complaint, he just thought he'd give me another sand which to make up for the order. Just went to Wendy's for lunch. Stood at the counter for 12 minute waiting to be helped. Three different employees came to the register in front of me not one acknowledged that I was standing there. They all looked past me, one even spoke with another customer who she had helped already, who wanted something changed on his order, yet didn't even acknowledge that I was breathing the same air as her. The manager came over to the register and did a transaction, a post void , she looked right at me finished the void and still didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I turned and walked out, said nothing and left. Decided that I will not spend my hard earned money at a place with people employed that don't even have common decency to say hello or we will be with you shortly. 12 minutes is too long to not be acknowledged with anyone else inline. Racial bias is real, she acknowledged the Latino man and the Anglo man, took care of their needs and made them feel welcomed. Can't say they didn't see me, 6'6 African American man. So sad it is 2024 treat everyone equally, because it's the right thing to do. I am very aware of the racial issues that exist between different races but I'm not part of that I just wanted lunch and to be treated fairly. Hope no one else has felt this in this location but I'm sure I'm not the only person. read more

If i could give a zero i would...we went through the drive thru...it took forever...and then once we finally got our food...we checked to make sure all of our food was there and we were missing our nuggets...the guy at the window..which seemed to be the manager on duty...asked my husband...it will be another 2 mins... This last minute choice was great! Driving and needed some quick bites so this was the right place. The line was slow but I know why. Our food came out hot as heck and was great. We ordered the spicy nuggets and the baconator along with his son. The dad baconator was almost near perfect looking as if it where from a commercial. The meat was nice and juicy and tasty. The son was of course smaller amount of meat but it was just as juicy. Will be back again of course! read more

Just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, added Asiago cheese. Pretty sure they grabbed a sandwich that was made hours ago and slapped the cheese on it. Look at my pics. The lettuce was wilted and nasty. The tomato was two seconds away from turning into ketchup. It was mushy and almost melted. The soda had no syrup. This Wendy's sucks. Nothing is ever fresh and they don't follow simple requests correctly. I wanted an order of baconator fries with extra shredded cheese and bacon FRESH. They give it to warm me with a handful of unmelted cheese. I came back to get a new HOT one with melted cheese and still left with the same damn thing smh. They probably just threw old fries back in the fryer and thought that was "fresh". The customer service sucks as much as the food. read more

I am a easy mark for the TV ads. Ever since the Wendy's Baconator commercials came out I have been wanting to try it. I only had about 20 minutes to eat to get to my haircut appt. so I stopped in Wendy's in Dublin. It was super busy but they churned out the orders fast. I got Baconator meal with a small fries and drink $9.04. The Baconator is basicly a Wendy's double cheeseburger with two layers of bacon. The patties were plump and the bacon was plenty. If this burger were on a nice brouche bun it would be the bomb. But it comes with the regular burger bun which disintergates with the sauces and juices. read more

OK so I'm giving a review on a fast food restaurant a little strange. But I have to admit when he comes to a fast food Wendy's pretty much has everyone beat. This restaurant is always clean the staff is unbelievably helpful yes it is true that we are across the street from Wendy's and very easy for us to go and have lunch there at work but the reality is is that the salads are fresh the food is fresh.
