Yes in situations when you are present... you can check the order. But really should you have to? I order the chicken sliders every time I visit taco bell lately. I typically order in Castro Valley, San Leandro, or Hayward. I don't like the jalapeño or Chipotle sauce so I always swap for sour cream. No one has ever charged me extra for sour cream. I visited this branch just now, and was told I would have to order a side of sour cream. I explained I was never charged anywhere else, but the manager did not care about making me happy as a customer. This Taco Bell location is in a small lot with some shared parking. We usually go inside here, as the drive-thru is a bit awkward to use. It is a bummer, as they take awhile inside compared to the drive-thru. Not my favorite location, but if we are craving it and nearby, then we would make a pit stop here. We went early in the morning. We were the only people there. There was an order waiting to be picked up. This was our first time using the kiosks. One word 'awkward'. While waiting for our food, the person came to pick up an order. He had to get his drink, however he didn't speak English, and was confused. He asked the man behind the counter for assistance and was treated rudely with 'can't you read! It's right there on the ticket! We step in and help this customer as the server walked away in disgust. Our food was ready, but we had to ask for the 'Iced' coffee we ordered. That apparently inconvenienced the server as we got dirty looks. Sat down to eat. Everything was tossed in the bag. My burrito was at the bottom unwrapped. My ICED coffee was made with hot coffee and melted ice. This tasted so bad I couldn't even drink it. If it was coffee it was unrecognizable, I left it on the table barely touched. I could only eat one of my burritos because i didn't expect cheese spread for cheese. What happened to this place? So, here we are trying to eat and a big loud mouth woman came out from behind the counter yelling profanities. Through all this there is another customer who wants to make an order but she is confused about using the kiosks. After several attempts she asked for help and the man behind the counter reluctantly took her order from behind the counter like the olden days. But he was definitely not happy about it. We seriously felt like we were witnessing a Seinfeld episode. If they are this rude, and handle the food in such a careless way, it makes me wonder how filthy that kitchen must be. Being fans of Taco Bell and hyped after they announced their new menu line up for 2024, we wanted to try the cheesy chicken crispanada, and it was a little underwhelming. Came for the Cinnabon Delights solely based on my Yelp BFF, Ruchika M's endorsement! And let me tell you, she was spot on! I'll start that the border is open at 7:00am. Drive through only. Excellent staff with touch less payment and delivery (sealed). The Cinnabons are two for $1. They're pretty small however, packed with goodness. Slightly crispy, well dusted with cinnamon, and filled with creamy custard. You're going to want at least three orders (6pcs) or more. I ordered the Burrito Supreme and Beef Taco (soft) Combo with a soda. Delicious as expected and created neatly picture perfect. Not sloppy and slapped together. My drive thru experiences weren't so bad but delivery orders is another thing. Group of us were in the mood for Taco Bell one night and decided to order delivery. We ordered nachos, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and crunch wraps. And requested mild and hot sauces. Order was delivered and the food was correct but no sauce packets of any kind. Came here to pick up an online order and experienced the worst service... My order was missing a drink and I went to ask, the man in front seemed like he was drunk or something and started to get riled up. One of his coworkers who was cleaning tables had to quickly go to the back to calm him down and finally said she will get it. That same woman was taking a personal call on her AirPods as she got my drink and was ignoring another customer who also had an item missing in their order. I ordered 2 drinks with my food and did not get either of them. When reported, they gave me a measly $10 reward for my next purchase and no refund. Glad to say I probably won't be using it. Food came soggy (nacho fries) and their customer service is terrible. I've been to this location in person too, and they've taken more than 15 minutes when they were not busy for a small order. She asked to see proof of my name on my order even though I provided her proof of my order number. She refused to give me my order, and when I finally resolved the issue she threw my order on the counter.
