Went in the morning, had a horrible experience if I could I would give it 0/5 stars. I don't know what happened to this Taco Bell but everything about it just seems like it's been declining the food was served cold and lacked meat. Portions are really small, slow service and the store in the inside seemed nothing out the ordinary. Why am I giving a Taco Bell 5 stars you ask? I been here at least 10 times since I've moved here 2 years ago and everytime I order the nacho bellgrande, it's hooked up consistently. This location is by far the best and my favorite Taco Bell. I rememeber one time I came here and a young girl was working the drive thru window and there was some mix ups. This was my first visit to a Taco Bell. The restaurant was recently remodeled, both interior and exterior. One of the kiosk machines for placing orders was broken and the other stopped working while we were ordering. The employee at the register was curt and it was unclear if she was taking in-person orders or only phone orders. Two other customers received the wrong orders and returned after leaving the restaurant. Fortunately, my order was freshly-made, appropriately heated, and relatively affordable. The pros - they're open till late, you can get your fast food fix for cheap! The cons - terrible customer service. Especially during these times, I know it must be terrible for a lot of workers to be in the front lines. If you choose to be in customer service though, be kind, smile and don't be rude. The gentleman manning the drive thru cash register was super friendly, I didn't catch his name cause I was so hungry but he was hands down the best and happiest man I have ever seen working at a fast food place, better service than overrated Chick fil a. And this was at 12:10am My two tacos came out fresh and delicious. My nachos bell grande was absolutely amazing. I always get it because it reminds me of the ol' mexican pizza. Tonight, I had the best nachos bell grande I have ever had. The freshness of the just-prepared nachos and the shear weight of all the toppings piled on beautifully, it sent me back to my memories of my first ever mexican pizza when I was 5yrs old. This was the best Taco Bell I've had since I was a kid. I was surprised to read bad reviews of the Dublin Taco Bell. We have been going here for over 10 years and we have found it always to be fast and the employees are soooo nice! We went and had "Granny" taking our order. She was so animated and funny. We talked about her grandkids and covid but all the while, she quickly got our order and handed us our things. I asked for 1 mild sauce instead of the 10 packets they usually throw at me (I hate this waste of packets, actually thus 3 stars) and they actually gave me 1!! I had just had the worst experience at the Pleasanton so it was so nice to order and get my food. Oh actually, there was a problem. They were out of Fritos for the Frito burrito but were able to substitute some red spicy chips. Overall, great! Bigger white lady with glasses working the drive through is crazy rude. I literally did nothing. Right when I get to the window "are you so and so, can you please pull forward already and we will bring your food out to you!!" Slams window. Service was terrible! I ordered online and the app said it was ready, but when I got in store I had to wait 30 minutes until I got my order. Lady at the counter just kept saying it wasn't ready, and gave out orders to people who had showed up after me. Terrible experience today at this Taco Bell. We ordered our food at the kiosks for dine-in and provided my first name. When the food was ready, the employee just holds up a bag and says " it's ready". We didn't order food to go and they didn't say my name, so I assumed it wasn't mine but it turned out to indeed be my order. The tacos were very thin with hardly any meat in them and we had to wait 10 minutes for the cups for our drinks, and then they got very rude with us when we asked for them. I literally waited for five minutes while numerous employees walked past me and didn't even acknowledge me and finally I had to scream just to get the cups. I would have given a "no star" if I could. My older daughter loves Taco Bell. Almost every time they goof up the order, we usually let it go. Today they messed up all the 4 burritos. When we called, they asked us to bring the receipt, after reaching there a very rude guy at the counter asks for the burritos. He said that he wanted to show the staff how NOT to build a burrito. Absolutely horrible experience. We went here today through the drive thru and the employee taking our order was the worst. She was constantly rushing us in our order (the line was full but not super backed up we were confused), she was rude, and she even completed our order before we had finished ordering! When we got our food we found out the order was missing some items and she made us wait until everyone else in the drive they was helped before she would help us. To top it all of when we got home and opened our order we found out our tacos were made wrong (see picture)! They just put meat, lettuce and tomatoes in our tacos. The drive-thru service was terrible. There's a lady who works there most days (Tuesday 2:02pm)has something against me and makes it obvious. I went there last week (the place was empty)and had to cancel a mobile order because she claimed it hadn't gone through and I had to wait half hour lol! Instead of retaking my order she told me to either wait in the parking lot next door or to get out of the car and enter the store. Yet she proceeded to take the cars order behind me and had it ready by the time they pulled up to the window. I was upset but I was able to just cancel my order on the app and go eat elsewhere. So today I order on the app again and waited half hour.. pull up and she must recognize my car (or name from the app) because she tells me to hold on and puts a different person on the mic. Okay, they have my order and when I get to the window she gives me the DIRTIEST look and hands me my food and slams the window close. Who even knows if she spit in my food or had someone else do it. I didn't trust it the way she looked at me, to top it off the tacos were soggy and fell apart. I couldn't even eat it. I'm contacting corporate to get my $11back. read more
