Great breakfast burritos. Hot sauce/salsa is BOMB. Great flavor! We did an order for about 15 people. Food was hot and delicious.

My husband pushed me to get it on a sunday afternoon after church, and I am so glad he did. When we walked in, they were busy, so we took some time to look at the menu. The location is small, so I was standing next to people eating, and I saw someone had caldo de camaron, which looked delicious. Due to pricing, I decided to go with the Pozole (small). My kids always want quesadilla with rice and beans (no meat). They had a super quesadilla, just cheese, so we got them that with a side of rice and beans for them to split. The portions were perfect for my big boys. My husband got enchiladas rojas with asada. He loved the taste on all of it, but next time would probably get double rice, no beans. He's not a fan of beans, so it's just a personal preference. I got the STAR of the show, their POZOLE was 10/10. They brought it out before I could even get my drink, they were so fast. They didn't just bring the pozole, they gave me the works: oregano, chili oil, tostadas, radish, and cabbage to put on it. It was so delicious, I'm already planning to go back next sunday! My kids and I loved the food so much my 7yo made sure to leave a tip. Service was quick, friendly, and they kept the location as clean as they could. It was really busy in there.e but they got the food out within minutes. LOVE THIS PLACE. Edit: we loved it so much we went back this past Saturday and got more things to try. Loved the carne asada plate wouldn't change a thing. The caldo de camarón took a little while to come out but still delicious. Quesadilla con carne was STUFF with meat. It was basically a burrito.

The decor is a mix of Taqueria and retro-burger joint. I love that almost every table is a booth. The service was fast and you order at a window before finding a table. The salsa bar is also great. The tacos were awesome. Finely chopped meat that is cooked and seasoned to crispy perfection. They're also bigger than your average street taco. My wife enjoyed her veggie tostadas. My daughter loved the enchiladas and the bites she stole of my tacos. One standout to me was the refried beans. I had a bean cheese and rice burrito and it's one of the better ones I've ever had. My daughter also loved them on her enchilada plate. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

My husband had the chile relleno burrito & I had the carne asada. They were both very flavorful & good portion of meat! The churro was good too! Great selection of salsa too ! All homemade. I got another Mexican place to go to in Dublin. One note though. They don't seem to have free water. I've never encountered this before & I believe California requires restaurants to provide this. Do what you want with this information.

ok - so I'll preface this with what I mentioned in my original review, which is that this place has…read morethe best salsa and I love pairing the Dorito pinwheel things with the green jalapeño creamy salsa. Now it gets weird. They ALWAYS used to include a mini cup of each of the salsas in my delivery orders. Last four delivery orders, they stopped giving the green jalapeño salsa. So because I love it so much, I specifically order an 8oz tub of it. Guess what they delivered? Not the jalapeño salsa but rather their other green one which is a garlic salsa. Could've reported it and received a DoorDash refund, but i left it alone. The last two deliveries, they also did not include the dorito pinwheels like they always do, so I drive there to get 'em. Even gave them $5 for something free, bc ya know - just helping a business out and the owner guy is nice and was apologetic. Now today, I was in the area, so i stopped in for a taco, agua fresca, a large bag of those pinwheel doritos and an 8oz tub of the jalapeño salsa especially because the salsa bar was empty and the other orange one i like was not made well this time. So watery yuck. The girl taking orders didn't seem like she was well versed in punching orders into their system. Took awhile for her to enter those 4 items I ordered and needed to grab one of the other staff to help her, but whatever - still tipped her 18%. Then, why in the world would they finish up my order then tell me they're completely out of the jalapeño salsa and then ask if I want an 8oz tub of another salsa? So at this point, it seems they're trying to do the same thing as when i ordered this specific salsa for delivery and hope i'll be ok with something else, right? It also looked almost performative when the girl opened the cabinet under the salsa bar looking for more jalapeño salsa before she told me they were completely out. I respond with "that's the only salsa I wanted. I can wait while they make more. can they make more?" she says no. twice. I let her know that I wanted to be refunded for the salsa and bag of dorito pinwheels. All of a sudden they magically found more jalapeño salsa. All of this to say I'm now absolutely convinced the staff is trying to hoard this specific salsa for whatever reason. Like i said, it's delicious, but not a reason to freakin hoard it for yourself when that's a reason your customers come back. I'll also add that the quality of the food these last two times around was no bueno. The amount of lengua and garnish in my taco was just sad. Literally, the taco I ordered today is the same taco I have pictured in my original review, but then opened it up when i got home and looked nothing like it did before. I've recommended this place to my coworkers and now I take it back and it seems the other Yelpers agree that this is no longer the place we loved. Definitely taking a break from this place. To the owner - I think when you're not there, your team is unfortunately letting you down and giving your customers a different food experience then what you provide and are known for.

Each time I've ordered here, the cashier has been kind and helpful when I had questions about their menu, they've even offered a bag for my to-go chips and salsa before my order was ready (that's rare!). Food could take a while, but in some ways I can understand because they have lots of dine-ins and take-out orders to fulfill. Recently they had $1 Tuesday Tacos for the month of March and I had to check that out. I ordered al pastor, carne asada, shrimp, and lengua. Out of those, only the carne asada tasted okay, the rest was overcooked and very dry with no flavor. Even though they're $1 each, the staff needs to know to anticipate a large crowd and have most food prepped ahead of time without compromising the quality and flavor. I only went one day because I was too disappointed by that visit. Not sure if they do this every year, but on 4/20 they had a $4.20 breakfast burrito special. It was posted on their IG stories and I happened to be in the area and picked one up. The burrito wasn't bad, definitely a decent size, and the meat was a bit better but it lacked flavor again. This place has been here for a while and I hope they can gain more customers while retaining their existing customers by improving the flavoring on their meats. Food Tip: - If you plan on visiting this spot, this place posts Instagram Stories of special promos/discounts for the day or coming up so I highly recommend checking that out! - Grab a bag or two of the delicious tortilla chips and salsa to munch on or to go.

She loves mole, saw that they had mole tacos on the menu, and asked if they had chicken mole enchiladas. The owner, who was working the counter, said, "No, but I'd be happy to make you some." My wife said it was some of the best mole she's ever had, and now she won't go anywhere else. I always figure tacos are a good bellwether for how good a Mexican restaurant's food is going to be overall. Two Amigos' tacos are piled high with so much meat that it's hard to pick them up. I've had the pastor, carnitas, and carne asada, and they're all delicious. Their chimichangas are easily big enough to fill up two people; I usually eat half and take the other half home. Last night, I had a chimichanga with alambre, which is a meat option I'd never seen at a taqueria before. It's carne asada mixed with bacon, onions, bell peppers, and melted cheese, so I was intrigued, but I asked if they could make it with pastor instead of carne asada. No problem. Man, it was great, and big enough that I was stuffed to the gills and had plenty leftover for lunch today. Their salsas are outstanding. I especially love the orange one, which I assume is habanero even though it's not eye-wateringly hot. Great taste and respectable heat though. They also have a full bar with decent margaritas. I lived in Texas for almost 30 years and have been in California for 15, so I know good Mexican food, and Two Amigos does NOT disappoint.

Which is a shame since the food was excellent. The classic margarita was delicious and made with Arette tequila, which is one of my favorites. It was fresh tasting and well balanced. I would have had a lot more if I wasn't on a work budget. We split the Molotitos appetizer which was fried corn masa with a hodgepodge of fillings and toppings. They were good and bigger than I thought they would be. Definitely good for sharing, or even for a meal. They were a little dry, but they were topped with lots to goodies. I ordered the Shrimp Asados for my meal which was a fresh tasting grilled shrimp dish with veggies and quinoa... only they forgot the quinoa. After over an hour of waiting for it, I wasn't going to ask for some... not that I could as the waitress didn't really come back to the table that often. My colleague got the Mole Chicken and wow, that mole sauce was delicious. It also came with freshly made tortillas which made all the difference in that dish. The place was pretty big with outdoor dining and we were lucky enough to snag a table outside with very little wait... but ended up waiting a lot for the food. I think we were there for over 2 hours and left shortly after we finished our meals. Good food thought but man... figure out that service!
