I'm a big Jack-in-the-box fan. The service is quick, fast is hot and usually prepared spot on. I had a craving for some crunchy tacos with mystery meat and I scored some free curly fries. The taco was freshly fried so it was crunchy with American cheese and had mild sauce and just hit the spot. Curly fries were the right amount of crunchiness and hot. Most of the times Jack-in-the-box never fails me and they didn't fail me this time. I also like the breakfast jack, sourdough breakfast Jack, egg rolls, jumbo jack and onion rings. It's like good customer service just decreases at this place. I missed when this place actually had great customer service. I totally forgot to do this review last month. Went thru the drive thru to pick up dinner for my son for his usual buttery Jack meal. It started on a good start. The person taking the order took my order correctly. She then asked if I wanted to make it a large and knowing my son's appetite, I said yes please. Paid the additional for it. After getting the order handed to me, I should've checked before heading home but my son was hungry and waiting. Especially when realizing how small the drink was. Anyhow, I get home and my son takes the items out of the bag. I don't know maybe they gave me someone else's order. But he did get his bacon Swiss buttery Jack sandwich. Open late, huge menu , breakfast all day next door to a am pm gas station in downtown Dublin. What a not to like ? I most of the time go thru the drive thru or use DoorDash and it s ready to pickup. Mostly Spanish speaking employees here but their English is bueno and they are helpful . The workers here are friendly, kind, and work very hard. Every time I visit, the food is fresh and tastes great. Some of the staff have worked here for more than 10 years, and there are also new workers. All of them are helpful and professional. They always try their best to help with any special requests. I had not been to a Jack in the Box for 20 years but decided I would give it a try as I was in a hurry so I pulled in and the first thing I noticed was there was no one there and it was about 530 at night, but anyway, I was there, and I had to eat. A very friendly guy at the counter, took my order and within about three minutes it was out. All I can say is it filled me up. The food didn't have much flavor to it, but it looked the same as it did 20 years ago however I remember much more flavor to the food back then. Practically the only items that I order from Jack are the regular Tacos and the Loaded Mini Tacos. Yes, deep fried yumminess. Nothing else. No drinks, no fries, no burgers. I use the app to order, drop in to grab my order and keep going. The Loaded Mini Tacos are temperature hot, flavorful and must be eaten with a fork. Thanks to this visit to Jack-in-the-Box. I think I'm finally 100% done with fast food. I paid $14 for a skimpy fajita and small curly fries. The curly fries were cold and hard and the chicken fajita literally had 3 tiny slices of chicken in it! This particular Jack-in-the-Box has always been skimpy on everything, but this is the worst ever. I had two bites of chicken for nine dollars. This place is a joke. Terrible location. Don't advertise yourself as 24 hours when you are not, even though someone is still there working. Lazy staff!

I opened the box and got jump-scared by whatever this was supposed to be. The patty looked like it got roasted in the seventh circle of hell. The lettuce was clinging to life, the bun was a crime scene, and the cheese looked like it saw the chaos and ran for the hills. I've seen campfire logs less burnt than this. Loaded Tiny Tacos [$6.88] -- not cheap, but you get a dozen little ones with lettuce and sauce squirted atop. A bit messy, but they went down well. 2. Egg Rolls [$7.11] -- 3 mighty size rolls, actually, pretty darn good. No sauce given. Boo. Sure, it's not freshly-made food. It is, however, freshly fried frozen food...and they do it very well. PS. Super tasty, nicely filling, and reasonably healthy as far as fast food goes. The middle-aged Hispanic lady running the place (I don't know her name) has always been friendly to me, and the few times I've been there during peak hours, she's working hard to keep the line moving. Might as well be false advertisement as both at the building and online it says it's open 24 hours. While I'm not a huge fast food fan or eater, this place is one of the few places I eat now and then. The selection is vast and I love using coupons to get better deals. I'll admit not going through the drive thur because I worry about having my order mixed up because even in person it can be hard to understand. Interior- Many seats available inside. It was very clean. [did not see the bathroom] Exterior- No outdoor seating Food & Drinks- very inexpensive here. Even just a plain chicken sandwich was good. Nothing was dry or over cooked. It is a must to order curly fries! Their curly fries are better than regular fries. If you like milkshakes definitely get the oreo shake. They are very thick (which I prefer) you must wait a little in order to drink because it is that thick. They do not melt right away which is good! It is very filling, and I did NOT finish my large shake. Our food came out very fast. Nothing was missing or wrong. Environment- Was not busy when I went around 6pm. The lady at the cash register was very unwelcoming. My two friends and I greeted her with a smile and hello's as we walked up to order, and all she did was stare at us. My friend had asked her what is the size difference between a small and large Oreo milkshake, but she did not help. She simply replied "the large is bigger." Thinking she was joking we laughed and asked to see the cups, but she simply stared at us and replied "one is bigger than the other." We realized she was not pleased with us asking, and was not very friendly so we finished ordering and went to find a seat. When we got our food we had to ask for napkins, and the man in the back walked up to us and rudely said "they are right here" and threw them in our bag.
