Interior- Many seats available inside. It was very clean. [did not see the bathroom] Exterior- No outdoor seating Food & Drinks- very inexpensive here. Even just a plain chicken sandwich was good. Nothing was dry or over cooked. It is a must to order curly fries! Their curly fries are better than regular fries. If you like milkshakes definitely get the oreo shake. They are very thick (which I prefer) you must wait a little in order to drink because it is that thick. They do not melt right away which is good! It is very filling, and I did NOT finish my large shake. Our food came out very fast. Nothing was missing or wrong. Environment- Was not busy when I went around 6pm. The lady at the cash register was very unwelcoming. My two friends and I greeted her with a smile and hello's as we walked up to order, and all she did was stare at us. My friend had asked her what is the size difference between a small and large Oreo milkshake, but she did not help. She simply replied "the large is bigger." Thinking she was joking we laughed and asked to see the cups, but she simply stared at us and replied "one is bigger than the other." We realized she was not pleased with us asking, and was not very friendly so we finished ordering and went to find a seat. When we got our food we had to ask for napkins, and the man in the back walked up to us and rudely said "they are right here" and threw them in our bag. The napkins were behind the counter, so we were incapable of getting them ourselves. Overall- I enjoyed my food, but the environment made my experience here not as pleasant. The employees did not seem happy to be at work, and they did not hide it. As soon as I walked inside there was not a bit of a welcoming environment. Tried to have lunch here today. Food is usually good and service is also, usually good. Walked in and went to the cashier/order counter. Older Hispanic gentleman is waiting on 1 (one) good-looking blonde. He takes forever accepting her order, taking money, reading the order back and making change (all the while flirting w/her and taking even more time). And to be honest, I have no issue with this wait since I probably would have done the same thing. So, then (while I was waiting in line to give him my order), he goes in the back and starts to make a couple of coffees and a couple of milkshakes,etc. This all takes another 2-3 mins. All the while, he's looking at me (while saying nothing, not even a greeting and/or "he'll be with me shortly" - which probably would have made me stay?). Then, he comes out from the back and acknowledges another female (ready to start a conversation w/her) BEFORE tending to me??? I think NOT. I then interrupted his discussion with another female by saying, "when are you going to wait on me?" Upon not getting an immediate answer, I just left. I hope the owner of this establishment, sees/reads this complaint because this was an obvious and deliberate act not to wait on me (for whatever reason - maybe even prejudice?). I/We go here about 1 to 2 times a month sometimes late night where they can be somewhat unprofessional (you go to Jack for the food not professionalism). Last time before tonight when friends and I ordered a bunch of food they messed up on one of the burgers, I called and they said next time you come just bring it to our staffs attention and we will comp a sandwich (3-5bucks no biggie) tonight after ordering I mention to the drive thru employee and he asks me to move to the window where he asks me a series of questions and then says I will need to come back after 5am to speak to his manager as he "can not do anything about it" If he had no authority to make the decision than why the series of questions? For a total of 6 tacos the woman was laughing at the fact I had to go through the whole long line again because when I asked for ranch she only gave me one. Don't know why this place has such bad reviews, but there must be something about people walking in and the in-store service. I haven't eaten at Jack in the Box in six years and grew up with it in Houston. Had many a good memory of the two tacos for 99 cents, sourdough burgers, chicken fajita pitas, curly fries, etc. Had a Jack ball. Loved the commercials when they first started to have the Jack commercials. Ate here occasionally as there was one near the hospital in Sacramento where I did residency. Went looking for food after getting tired of the local fare. First time I went back, I went for the sourdough burger (a classic) and curly fries... it did not disappoint. The cashier at the drive thru window was a pretty cool guy and quite friendly in the middle of the night. Next time I went, I went for the chicken fajita pita. I swear - I've never had a healthier fajita pita from JIB. They usually over grill the onions and the pitas will drip a lot of greasy oil. The onions were grilled lightly enough to be crisp, but without any raw flavor and actually tasted fresh along with the lettuce and tomatoes. Have to say I was impressed! It was definitely worth the drive to go there for some quality fast food. It's also 24 hours I think! This place is horrible! I walk in at 11:24 and the counter guy says "the inside area is closed at 11:30." Show him my phone clock and he points at the wall clock which is 4 mins ahead, but still not 11:30. Well whatever. I walk out and go to the drive thru to make an order and ask for an "upgrade" for my soda to a large to be included in their Munchies Meal along with other food. Tried to make two separate orders in the drive through and the person taking the order messed up and had to re-input the order. Came to the window and she tells us we have to come back around through the entire drive through line to get the second order! Ridiculous. Uhm yeah...so...fast food is bad...but tastes so good sometimes. This JIB drive through is open 24 hours and conveniently located within a 3 mile radius of most of the Dublin bars. That should give you an indication of when we usually come here. The service is always fast and friendly even when it's 2 in the morning. I know some (or most) this this stuff is gross....but I LOVE the JIB tacos. I really have no idea why...who knows what's even in 'em. But that crunchy, melty goodness tastes so good! That and the Oreo cookie shakes are the only reasons to come and blow your diet and clog your arteries. read more

This Jack in the Box is independently owned and operated so you're not going to find the same low prices as the corporately own Jack in the Box's. What usually is .99 is $1.49 (such as the two tacos and chicken sandwiches). Their combos are also slightly more expensive however it doesn't matter when its 2 in the morning and you're coming home from the club. (Cause you know I go clubb'n all the time)! read more

What I love is the customer service! We don't go often, but when the urge hits, we go to the drive thru after 9pm for the Munchie Meals. Yes it's junk food, and how good can it get given it's a corporation. The food is the same. What's different is the people working the late shift has consistently been friendly and do whatever it takes to give you your correct order. If it's not, they will correct it without argument, until you are satisfied. They always make me feel good when I leave the restaurant or drive thru. Very friendly Staff. food took awhile to get out but everything was freshly made ( except the fires had to get fresh fries) . The place was not very clean, garbage was over flowing and atleast 3tables had trash all over them n on the floor.finding a spot to sit was kinda more or less finding the least dirty table. I've noticed the times we have gone (only drive thru) the staff is always very nice. Last night we went and when we got home noticed items were missing from our order (annoying but mistakes happen) so went back and told gentleman, he immediately recognized us from a few minutes earlier. He apologized for the mistake and we went to wait curbside for our order. When he came out with our order he apologized again for the error and gave us some extra items. I try to eat healthy for the most part, but sometimes a girl must stop to grab tacos from Jack in the Box!!! The people working the drive-thru are super nice, Sagar and Smit. And if you didn't know, this location is 24hrs! Perfect for when you need to grab a quick coffee in the mornings or to satisfy a late-night cravings-well only on your cheat days LOl. Recently, they have these yummy lemonades. My favorite is the Lime-Lemonade. I believe they currently still have it now. A must try! read more
