Very disappointed to have it Uber eats! The fries were stale and I ordered a frosty. That was replaced with a tea I actually enjoy Wendy's but this location hires anyone who needs a job. Not anyone who is qualified or makes an effort/care about what quality they provide to customers. Fast food industry is horrible but not everyone is horrible who buys your food! Zero starts for me!!! This location really needs to change their staff. I drove up to the speaker nothing was said to me until after seconds "order when you're ready" I responded with " okay give me a second" as I was waiting to get orders from everyone that was in the car with me. Which bothered the girl on the drive through. As I pulled up to get my order my total was given I paid her in cash. She gave my change back and barely placed the change on my hand that the receipt flew away. She just shrugged her hands without a care. I got my order wasn't offered any condiments. Didn't get my other drink which I asked for and the girl rolled her eyes and gave another employee the cup so he can give to me. We get home our order is wrong! Food is cold! Fries are soggy! Sprite was flat!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE !!! I would have gone back to get my order fixed but I knew that would be a waste of time & gas!!! Will not be going back to that Location at all!! I have a small obsession with Wendy's salads! They're always so fresh and most of them are pretty healthy. Some are below 500 calories! The staff at this location has always been nice in my opinion. I've never had too long of a wait and the location is easy to get in and out of. If in the area this is a great place to grab a bite. read more

OK, I love Wendy's. If I have to eat fast food, it's a nice option with the salads, potatoes, chili, etc. Usually. This location is a window into hell. The customer service is nonexistent. The simplest request will be met with an impenetrable wall of blank looks. I've seen happier people working at the DMV. Next, they will inevitably get your order wrong. Your efforts to get it fixed will be met with further blank looks. To wit: My youngest kid wants a cheeseburger without the burger... Basically, a grilled cheese. Yes, I know it's not on the menu. I'm quite willing to pay for the burger she's not eating. I go to great lengths explaining this at the counter. They haven't gotten it right, not even once. I'm not unreasonable... How hard can this be? The drive-thru is an exercise in masochism. Best to double check your order before driving off! I have tried to figure out why this is... There is a definite language problem. I love my Spanish-speaking friends as much as the next guy, but shouldn't SOMEONE speak English? This Wendys seriously needs some work. Not sure if its a corporate or franchise location but whoever is in charge needs to retrain their managers to actually care about the service they provide. I visited with my girlfriend for lunch and not only was our food cold, my Spicy chicken sandwich was not plain even after asking the worker at the end if she rang it in as plain because i cant have dairy and i know it comes with mayo. Paid almost 40 dollars for two meals and 10 nuggets and wasnt even handed a reciept. Was hoping it would be in the bag with our food but it was missing, along with the condiments we asked for. Went to get straws for our drinks and they had none stocked in the customer area. Had to ask the lady at the counter for straws and she handed me a bundle, expecting me to put the extra away. Attitude was atrocious the entire visit and i will definitely not be returning. Disappointed. read more

I want to like this location because I frequent it so much due to the location. However, the service is just plain dumb. My standard order is a plain grilled chicken sandwich, plain baked potato, and small ice tea. Every other week they screw up one of these components. First, I get odd looks when I ask for plain instead of super cheesy, saucy, or buttery. Don't judge, I eat Fast Food, not Fat Food. I assume that making things plain is easier, but I guess they can't understand anything outside the norm. Some examples, I've gotten loaded baked potatos, I've gotten fries (fries, really!!!), and double sauced chicken. When will this Wendy's location ever learn? Maria, is the guilty party and I have to deal with all the germs in my ice from her hands going with the wax paper cup into the ice bin. Did she wash her hands today, I wonder? Is she aware there is a reason for the metal ice scoop next to the ice?District manager told this had been addressed after my complaint. Paid with credit card at drive-thru. Credit card billing shows a extra charge of $3.33 on top of the $9.16 for a soggy combo meal with limp cold fires. Tried to complain but gave up. Recommend this place only if everywhere else in Dallas happens to be closed and if so, pay only with cash. SAD! read more

this was the first thing I saw on my way home from the dog park. I ordered the spicy chicken meal in a medium and asked for no tomatoes and a strawberry lemonade. I received a sandwich with tomatoes, and a small Sprite. I didn't start eating or check anything till I got halfway home because I don't like to drive distracted. I should have checked immediately. I forgot what a medium drink looks like here, but then I remembered that their lemonades come in special cups of course after I drive off. I didn't get any ketchup nor was I asked if I wanted any. The woman at the window hurried me away pretty quickly when I got my food and I just should have known then. Shame on me, Wendy's has good food but the service and lack of attention to detail at this location sucks. read more

I order from the Wendy's on June 5 around 11:00 time. I received my order a junior deluxe with no meat patty and no cheese just vegetables, an order of fries and a sweet tea with no ice., once I made it to my location to eat my food. I poured out my french fries and out comes a dead bug!!! I was livid and actually almost vomited. I immediately called the location and spoke with the manager, she was not sympathetic nor empathetic. I drove to the location with the food and drink, waited for the manager and she proceeded to argue with me about the situation, and I stated for my money to be reimbursed.
