We stopped at this Zaxby's while out of town. The food was fine and tasted about what we expected,…read morebut the customer service wasn't the best. The lady working the register with orange glasses kept cutting us off when we tried to ask questions about the menu. When I asked about an item, her response came across as passive aggressive instead of helpful. We also asked for some extra sauce, and she told us no because she had mobile orders to fill first, even though the sauce was right behind her. Another thing that stood out was when my sister was paying, the cashier asked if she had the exact change so she wouldn't have to do the math. Overall, the food was okay, but the service wasn't very friendly and made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. The restaurant was also very cold and dark inside. Would not go back simply because of the customer service from the lady working the register !

At the time we arrived, it was self seating, but we found a table easy and a waitress came up immediately. She was a lovely lady, polite and efficient. She apologized that the pub was short staffed but any extra wait we had wasn't noticed. My husband had the 1877 Cheeseburger with Coleslaw. The burger was super juicy and flavorful. The coleslaw was good. I had the Buffalo Bomb and paid a little extra to have it as a wrap. It was So Good. Stuffed full, and the wrap was tender. Saucy but just the right amount of sauce. I had the White Cheddar macaroni and cheese as my side and it was satisfyingly good. Honestly, walking in? I had no idea what I wanted to eat. But what I ordered and ate was exactly was I was wanting. Hah! Even the portion sizes were just right and priced very appropriately. The bar portion of the pub looked quite lively and there was an upstairs that I wasn't able to check out. The bathrooms were one-seaters, but were roomy and accessible and very clean. I definitely recommend this pub if you are in the area for a drink and some good food.
