Service was good. Mobile order placed was ready upon arrival. Interior of restaurant was clean and well stocked. I got the Cajun filet biscuit and a medium Cajun fry with extra seasoning. The biscuit was great - hot and fresh. The fries however were seasoned like I like them but they were stale and crunchy but not like in the good way. read more

Apparently speaker system in drive through not working or order taker not listening. Sitting in parking lot now eating ham bisquit combo when it was suppose to be a ham and egg bisquit combo. My vote goes to not listening order taker. And this is not the first time. Plus they leave out eating utensils and drink straws and napkins a lot in drive through. Sorry do not want to try and drink your gravy! read more

Waited over 15 minutes for food. Was in the drive thru until they made us pull forwards, then they forgot about us. We had to ask bang on the door and ask for our food. I don't recommend eating at this location anytime soon. read more

Noticed black substance in drink a year ago came back to town and still same thing they said yeah we know but Pepsi hasn't come to fix it and I suggested you know maybe not leaving the drink machine open to keep serving people this substance. They did not shut anything down or even attempt to clean it woman took it to her manager she did nothing not even leave the office read more

The boy that was my cashier in the drive-through had put my receipt in his back pocket, and when I asked for the receipt, he pulled it back out of his back pocket. When I bit into the sandwich, it was pink inside and raw. This was not the seasoning... it was RAW. The entire piece of meat was not cooked and had a hard texture. Only the breading would come off the meat and biscuit that was on the piece of chicken was pink from blood. Never again at this location... not even for free! read more

The food was not cooked. I had a chicken supreme, a large fry. I considered eating at a table, but I decided to go to a booth to eat. Then I dropped my phone between the crack. I got my phone out. Moved the seat back, and then ranch went all over my food and my clothes, and my face. Not gonna go back. read more

Food was okay. Never ate at any Bojangles since we are from up North. Had the chicken sandwich deluxe, and was decent. Did not expect it to be spicy but that was ok for me. Does not sit well in the stomach though.. read more

Supremes have definitely been shrinking over the years. We also asked the girl in the drive through for 2 extra sauces and you would've thought they came directly out of her paycheck the way she said no. They're free aren't they? Why do they care lol. Very underwhelmed with the service and food quality compared to the cost. read more

Bojangles - This is a supreme? Supremes have definitely gotten smaller over the years. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conover, North Carolina

Rude employees, bad service, they never get my order right, food was also cold. Worst bojangles I been too

If you get past the service complaints here - to which I have no experience and can offer no comment - this place is as good as fast food places get. Bojangles mainly serves two things: fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits. Both are absolutely excellent. The buttermilk biscuits are really the winner, as they are soft, buttery, and fluffy beyond compare. The sausage biscuits are probably the best thing on the menu. The fried chicken is also good, but honestly sometimes is a bit difficult - like any fried chicken, I can't exactly shake the impression that the meat is a bit expensive and hard-to-come-by. The sweet tea here is also excellent, should you have a desire for something ultra-sugary. Note that this place is SWAMPED by seniors on a regular basis, especially on weekends. I can't say this is the best food I've ever eaten - far from it - but for the cost, convenience, and competition, it's pretty awesome. read more

It's 530 pm dinner hour and was told out of chicken would be a 10 minute wait lol you only serve chicken but you ran out

Worse BJ ever!!!!!!! Horrible cashier that can't afford a damn smile for the customer!!!! The only Bojo that don't accept Discover, and don't sell Mac and cheese before 10am! Just fired that old woman she doesn't wanted to be here anyway. read more

Bojangles - a tray of food including fried chicken, macaroni and cheese fries, and gravy - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conover, North Carolina

This is the best Bojangles on the planet. Period. Never dry or overcooked chicken, consistent biscuits and fries. Sets the bar for every other store high. read more

I come here often because I work 1 minute down the road so it's very convenient and I also really love Bojangles food. However it seems that this location really has trouble when it comes to the drive through. Every time I ask for something a little special to be added or taken away from my order it never comes out right. I could understand the mishaps if I had a huge order and I was very picky, but all I ever ask is to add mayo and extra mayo to my chicken buiscut. Sorry but this is barely any mayo at all much less extra. This doesn't cut it. read more

Bojangles - a fried chicken sandwich and a biscuit - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conover, North Carolina

This is probably the WORST bojangles around. The food quality is horrible, the food itself is always cold, and then when you call to complain they have "i don't give a crap" attitude. They need to make some changes to the employees and obviously the manager as well. read more

This place is disgusting. I order biscuits and gravy and y'all when I say my gravy water I could literally dipped my Bo round in it and nothing stuck to it, I scooped it up with my spoon and it poured out. The tea is warm and is so unsweet like this is NC we like our tea with SUGAR LOTS OF SUGAR. To end to my rant they didn't even give me a spoon, thanks for being an awful fast food restaurant! read more

Bojangles - DISGUSTING - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conover, North Carolina

can't even remember to add fucking sauce it blows my mind how brain dead people are these days

Bo rounds greasy and very under cooked. Poossobly more training is needed. More attention to detail. I will not return.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The service is very bad, and the "team" is horrible. The only time I have received good service is when there first window was actually open accepting money. Im sorry but this bojangles is the worst one I've been to in a while. If you dislike your job so much then you should probably just get a better one. Life lesson never settle for a bad job! Also when you work in the public you should probably leave all your baggage in your car. I don't need to hear about timothy leaving you for brooke because I'm just here for some chicken supremes. read more

I have been to this bojangles many times but the last 6 months have been aweful. The people refuse to act as though they want to work let alone give good service. The food is usually cold and the order has almost always been wrong. When I told the man at the drive thru my order was wrong he laughed about it. I don't know when good customer service left this place but they need a serious reality check. I will choose a different restaurant because I will no longer spend my hard earned money at this one. read more

Someone should call the district office on these complaints. They should really look at these reviews. The last time I ate there at the Newton store these reviews are true. They packed the orders wrong the food is less than appetizing. And when you complain about it to the manager named Eric he responds by acting like you're trying to steal food from him when he's fully aware that they actually did mess up your order when people pay for a service they expect a service. When you order a chicken breast you don't expect the chicken leg. When you order dirty rice you expect the original dirty rice recipe not a bowl of sticky dried out Rice with hardly any flavor. Sorry Eric sometimes the truth hurts. read more

We came here tonight around 7:30pm. Ordered two Cajun chicken combos, picnic fries & 6 Bo Berry biscuits. We waited 10 minutes for our order, then was handed a box of biscuits with no icing. Husband asked if it costed extra for icing. Mexican teenager got an attitude. I guess we should have went elsewhere when I looked around the restaurant to find a table, they were all dirty with napkins, trash and food laying everywhere. Anyway, T the only white person on the whole crew was the 16 year old manager who clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant. After we got our sandwiches, mine fell apart and I noticed the tomatoes had not been cored. The whole top of the tomato was on the sandwich! My husband then saw his was the same way. I took the sandwiches back to the counter where I asked the Mexican teenager if she would eat something like that? She looked confused and went to get the manager, I asked him the same question. He offered to remake the sandwiches , I declined and requested my money back. He made up some crap saying he needed my ticket which he had taken off my tray and kept. So after "searching" for my ticket for 10 minutes he only gave me $5.37 back. I spent well over $21 and nothing to show for it but terrible service , poor management, poor team work and I left upset & hungry! Definitely won't be going back there ever! read more

Better than your average KFC competitor. Good crispy chicken and biscuits were light and fluffy and not greasy. We were driving through the area looking for a BBQ place but being a Sunday, that wasn't an option. This was pleasantly better than expected for a fast food chain. If we had Bojangles in Houston, I would go again. read more

Cold fries, cold and dried out chicken. It's pitiful. I have complained about the food and service from this particular restaurant in the past, but management never responded. We decided to give it one more chance, but that was a big mistake. Too bad...especially since Bojangles now has serious competition in this area from a brand new Popeye's! read more

We have been to Bojangles many times but the last three times we visited this particular location, was out of items that we wanted. Server had cap on backwards, hair stringing, did not act like he wanted to wait on you. Right in the middle of dinner time and out of items that most people want. Why not have enough prepared and ready for customers. Iced tea was old and had to be thrown away. Biscuit was soggy from spilled green beans. You would think on Sunday evening at 6:15 that you could get items listed on the menu. read more

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered a 20 piece dinner. My order was incomplete when I got home which was a 20 min drive. Whoever that is working the drive thru needs to double check to see if their customer have all their order. The workers probably don't care just because we are in drive thru. I normally go inside but this time I have my child with me and she was asleep. It's not the first time that this has happen to me. read more
