So be prepared for a sandwich oozing of whatever condiment you choose. I swear to god it's like none of you have ever made a sandwich for yourself to eat. Oh and on top of that this franchise in particular must have a really cheap private owner. The last three times I've ordered from here, my sandwich is never toasted. I asked why my sandwich wasn't toasted, and I was told because their oven is broken. What kind of hog shit is that. So now I have a cold soggy sandwich, no way to refund for my order on the app, and they can't give it out of their drawer. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed of conducting any form of business. Why is it so hard for these old people with money to give a shit about the franchises they buy out. It's not just passive income, it's a business.

The lady working the register with orange glasses kept cutting us off when we tried to ask questions about the menu. When I asked about an item, her response came across as passive aggressive instead of helpful. We also asked for some extra sauce, and she told us no because she had mobile orders to fill first, even though the sauce was right behind her. Another thing that stood out was when my sister was paying, the cashier asked if she had the exact change so she wouldn't have to do the math. Overall, the food was okay, but the service wasn't very friendly and made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. The restaurant was also very cold and dark inside. The coleslaw was good. I had the Buffalo Bomb and paid a little extra to have it as a wrap. It was So Good. Stuffed full, and the wrap was tender. Saucy but just the right amount of sauce. I had the White Cheddar macaroni and cheese as my side and it was satisfyingly good. Honestly, walking in? I had no idea what I wanted to eat. But what I ordered and ate was exactly was I was wanting. Hah! Even the portion sizes were just right and priced very appropriately. The bar portion of the pub looked quite lively and there was an upstairs that I wasn't able to check out. The bathrooms were one-seaters, but were roomy and accessible and very clean. I definitely recommend this pub if you are in the area for a drink and some good food.
