Orders are always delayed, sometimes you are waiting for someone to take your order at the drive thru until you finally get tired of waiting and leave to go to Hardee's up the street. I've been a couple times, but I don't go anymore.. one time I was ordering in the drive through and they lady just stopped talking to me. And after about 10 mins I drive to the window cause I thought something electrical happened... I sat there for about 15 mins watching everyone talk and the lady had taken off her headset and just didn't really care to work. It was weird. She eventually saw me but couldn't comprehend my order. Today we were returning from a vacation on motorcycles. Not only was it raining, we were soaked to the skin. We pulled off into this restaurant. The counter worker, Allen, was gracious, friendly, quick with our order, and very nice about the fact that he had to mop the floor from all the water coming off our riding gear. This young man is an asset to your organization. The food was prepared quickly, was what we ordered, and the hospitality excellent. Thank you for making a bad day much, much better. On Tuesday, April 19th, my family was travelling from Winston-Salem to Asheville. It had been a particularly bad day because my daughter was ill and my wife and I were tired and out of sorts. Food is always wrong or nasty and don't know her name but the manager during the day was very rude and unprofessional when I took a burger back in that had everything on it and I asked for cheese only. They made another one and it was the same way, I got no refund when I asked because I wasn't wasting time with the rude manager and the ticket plainly said cheese only. My family and I eat here quite often. Normally at least 2 x if not a week. The problem we come up with most here is the attitudes of the employess. Today April, Sun 12 my boys rode up through the drive thru to pick up one more big sundae, celebrating Spring vacations over and tom continues our normal back to normal routine. We ordered: 1 fudge Sunday 1 caramel Sunday 1 strawberry Sunday 4 cookies 1 cup vanilla (free coupon) We got the total and I made my way. When arriving to the window I asked the gentleman if our coupon was rang up bc it seemed high. He read over the order and it was in a complete mess. They had added this and mixed these two and than this is what set me off. Here come the lady girl whom I had already heard loudly say "she must be trying to change her order". And turned and glared through the window and my 8 year old son, "HUH" Excuse me, I was just trying to get what I'm paying for. So the cashier gentleman told her what to make 3 times. He gave our things and we went home. We live 2.2 miles away Upon arriving home we skip inside to enjoy our sundaes to realize, the little girl didn't listen to anything that was said. This fudge was mixed with this caramel, only 3 cookies in the bag. UGH...So I called to speak to the manager, of course the same little guy working the window ended up being the guy at the window. How ironic?? I'm like HI, just came by had a milkshake and a couple sundaes...yeah..well there's a few things wrong. Okay he said, and I explained all the mix up, and if he can write my name for his general manager could give me a call.He supposedly wrote down my number and I asked when she may be calling and he completely paused like...probally never. And I'm sure that is how this will end. Yeah, maybe I'm overreacting over some simple ice cream, but this was important ice cream to my boys. They looked forward all day for that little Sunday Sundae!! It was an ending comfort food to a great spring break we shared agian with one another, a day that can never be repeated. It just saddens me that my children are going to face people that have no integrity, that have no pride in what they do, weather it's a burger flipper at Mikey Ds, or some hot shot with a big bank account. At the end of the day as a simple human who makes mistakes, like we all do, we all should show a little respect toward others. Hello, I came to this Burger King with 55 passengers with college students to get something to eat along with students, the only reason we stop at this location because another driver from my company stop at the Conover , NC location and we couldn't have two buses at the same location so I stop at Exit 135 going East towards 40 east , Manager at this location was very mean towards the bus driver for bringing a lot of business to this location I was trying to get the Manager attention to ask her if I was getting a meal for bring 55 students to your location and she tried her best not to come to the front counter I was standing in front for Two hours to speak to her so by the power of God Another Manager came to work and she took car of me and she apologize for the other Manager I'm glad the other manager took care of me but I'm calling the corporate office in Florida and I will Tell all the Universities to boycott this location just because of this situation and the Manager act like she was racist, This situation happen on 2-17-2019 , This is a bad location. read more

I am writing to complain about the Burger King located at 3005 Centennial Blvd, Claremont, North Carolina. I spoke with employee Arther Mahala at that location. My children and I went there around three o'clock on Sunday after we had done some local shopping. We went through the drive in. Our first order was for the Loaded Steak Burger. We were told they were out. We made another selection. The order on the ticket was right. We were asked to pull up and wait and our food order to be brought out. I never mind waiting because I know the food will be fresh. The first thing I did was check the bag and I saw we were shorted one order of cheesy tots, and the fries were cold. I went in and exchanged the fries and picked up the missing cheesy tots, Arther said he put them in the bag already and then handed me the cheesy tots, as if I was lying, I just left. Then when I got home I realized I was also missing a Whopper! I called the store to complain. Arther told me he did not short me a sandwich and hung up on me! I called back. I told him to not hang up on a customer. I was not making it up. He then told me to come in and pick up another Whopper, in a disrespectful tone. This is a very small town and to get to a fast food location is six to seven miles. So to just get back in my car and drive back over there is not something I want to do. I am tired of paying for food and not being satisfied. I never complain. For me to write you, I am serious. With the economy in the shape it is in, I would think although Burger King has a certain Market share; don't forget who the customer is. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $18.23. I am attaching my receipt. It is simple, train the employees to look inside the bag and compare the ticket to the order, then make sure the food is hot and fresh. When employees are not doing anything they should be breaking things down and cleaning. Maybe what is needed at that location is a meeting about customer service. How hard would it of been when I walked back in the store to take the bag, check the ticket on the order, re bag and say, "I'm sorry Mrs." Simple. read more

Burger King 2270 Us Highway 74a Byp Forest City, NC 28043 This place is a great place to eat, and the service is always with a smile. The workers are so friendly and helpful. They sever customer fast and efficiency. I would highly recommend this BK to anyone and everyone, its is a very clean restaurant and the food is severed hot and fresh, and if something is not right with your order, they're more than happy to replace it without an attitude; also letting you know its not a problem at all. Thanks to the staff and mangers at Burger King of Forest City for a great meal, I intend to come back more often for great meal and the special service that BK offers. read more

If France's is working, you might as well go elsewhere. This woman has the poorest attitude of anyone I've ever seen. It's happened many times, but today was the last straw. I had to repeat my order multiple times cause she supposedly couldn't hear. When I got to the window, she and the other person working were talking about me, calling me a witch, but with the letter b instead of a a w. She literally threw my bag out the window and into the car all while still running her mouth to other person working. If you're that miserable in your job, you need to find another.
