This location needs to do a better job training for mobile orders. Every time I order a JBC with pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard added they treat it like a substitution. I want what normally comes on a JBC with extras added, not as SUBSTITUTIONS. If I didn't want a tomato, it would say no tomato. I'm near Easton all the time, and I didn't know this was here. Is it new? Am I just not paying attention? Anyway, it's handy for Easton and the highway. I'd heard Wendy's had updated their chicken sandwich, and I was nearby, and it's a cold day so I also wanted to get some chili. Service at the drive-thru was pretty quick. They still have a pretty big menu compared to some other places, so that was nice. I was able to swap chili out for the fries, which was also nice. I think there was a small upcharge, but still; I'm not a big fan of Wendy's fries. The chicken sandwich was: okay. Is it better than their old one? Maybe a little. Is it better than other fast food chicken sandwiches? Maybe a little. Is it as good as, say, Popeye's chicken sandwich? No. Is it a great sandwich? No, but it's decent. Pretty average bun, pretty decent chicken, pretty average toppings. But, hot, and fresh, and satisfying. Tender meat, okay breading. It was good enough. I make better chili, but I do like Wendy's chili once in a while- it's thick, and flavorful. Plus they give you a couple packages of hot sauce and crackers.  All in all, not bad. read more

where do i even start on this review. i am crying because of how exquisite this food was, the fries especially oh god the fries i have never had fries this good in my whole small life. this was my first time ordering from this location and it will surely not be my last. the frostys too oh goodness they werent melted at ALL and this location is farther away than the other location i usually order at and the frostys were always melted. whoever cooked this d*nmn food doesn't deserve to be working at a wendys, please give them a raise AT LEAST. anyway nuggets could be better. i included some pictures of the aftermath of the fries. I'm not very picky about where I eat when it comes to fast food; if you've eaten at one Wendy's, you've had them all. I am, however, a huge believer in quality customer performance. It really does go a loooong way. Last night after working a full-shift on barely 6 hours of sleep, I decided to take my son out to Wendy's since I was not up to cooking. The inside of the facility was clean enough, and the staff was not super busy. I ordered a kids meal for my 5 year old, and got some nuggets, fries, and a small drink for myself. My son was sitting quietly at a table, and I was trying to carry his milk, my drink and our tray of food to the table without spilling any drinks. On my way to our table, one of his catsup containers spilled and made a huge mess along the floor. Normally I would clean this up myself, however I had an underage child sitting by himself, I was beyond exhausted from work and lack of sleep, and I had seen a girl with a mop and broom just moments earlier who had entered the kitchens, so I thought it best to alert the staff so that they could help me. Instead, the entire staff simply made it a point to repeat (loudly) that there was a ketchup spill, to the point where another kind patron went out of his way to clean it up for me. The staff did absolutely nothing, and the entire experience was uncomfortable from that moment on. All I was asking for was for assistance. A quick mop was all that it would have taken. Not to mention, you saw me enter with my 5 year old, and saw me struggling to get food to our table. Aside from the location and the cleanliness of this place, the staff truly is the worst. This was poor customer service. You never know what people are going through, and ridiculing someone over a spill instead of offering to assist (especially when you're not busy) goes a long way. Long story short; if you're going through the drive thru this may be just your average Wendy's. If you're dining in...well, you'd be better off to head to chick-fil-a a few doors down. ‍ read more

I don't expect much from a fast food drive thru. Especially late at night. Whenever I have a late day at work and look to grab a quick bite I hit up this Wendy's. Every single time I've gone, the gentlemen working the window (I wish I got their names) are extremely pleasant. Best Wendy's visit I have ever had. This location is fantastic. The food is exactly what you expect and the atmosphere is just like your typical Wendy's. This may be the best Wendy's location I have been to anywhere. The food is fast and fresh and they manage the lunch rush as well as anyone. Their location has screens inside to confirm your order which I have not seen anywhere else. The service is friendlier and more proactive than most fast food joints. Why review a fast food restaurant? Because credit is due where it's due. This Wendy's location has been fully updated and is kept clean so I wouldn't mind actually dining-in. My meals are always good, fast and I've had some exceptionally kind service at the register. Even as a water drinker, I'm a fan of the "fancy" pop and ice tea machines. read more

If your going to participate in home delivery through Door Dash then the manager needs to make sure home delivery orders are correct and put together properly. I ordered for the first time and received no salad, I ordered the big chicken sandwiches and received the small ones and there was a burger in the bag that I didn't order. If the orders are not going to be put together properly just because its home delivery then bow out gracefully and remove yourself from the Door Dash list. read more

This is a good Wendy's. My food is always very fresh, hot, and tasty, and I get it very fast.

After getting of work I stop at the Wend's thinking that I was getting a hot meal but when I got home I realized that the french fries were cold and stale so when I went back to let the manager (Rena) to know I wanted a fresh order I asked her to come the the door where she handed me my order in the first place she refused to come so I asked her to just but my money back on my card and she told me that they could not do that and it was a big issue and the police had to come and that they told me if I did not take the money that they were going to put my card and my money into evidence so I told them that they could not make me take the cash and to just give me my card back which they finally did and I just left I'm waiting for the corporate office to get back to me I really think that they need to get there act together because I should not have to go throw all this just to get something to eat. read more
