Feb 20, 2024, about 7:48 pm. We stopped in for a quick meal enroute to Cherokee, NC. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, and was very easy to navigate going around the entire restaurant, in and out. The inside was pretty clean. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. There was no one seated in the restaurant, but two customers who had already placed orders to carryout. We ordered, and by the time my wife filled her soda, they called us to pick it up. Not a huge order, just two different size burgers, and a fries. The staff was friendly, and apparently very efficient since we received the order so fast. One thing I noticed, and I very much like when they do this, is the lettuce, tomato, and onion were still chilled and the burgers were nice and hit. I really hate it when the toppings are warm and soggy from sitting. There was just enough condiments on the burgers. Not overly abundant where it's squirting out the sides and dripping all over the table and your clothes The soda was very tasty. Napkins were in the bag without needing to have asked. The condiment station was clean and organized. Thank you for a great experience. Far far better than the one in our home town. Restrooms: We did not use them. No review. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered my meal and they failed to inform me they were out of most ingredients. But proceeded to charge me for an incorrectly made order on purpose with cold limp fries. When i went back to tell them my order was wrong is when they told me about being out of ingredients but didn't offer me a refund or anything in exchange for the poorly made food . Do NOT spend your money here . They do not care about your food. read more

This is not the first time time we have encountered issues with our drive-thru orders. When pick up we confirm with the employee that the order is correct, particularly when requesting unsweetened tea. The answer everything is correct. However upon returning to the office, we often find that the tea is sweet or that items are missing from the order. This reflects a lack of attention to service and detail from the staff! read more

I usually don't put low stars on reviews but this one sucked. Came here Sunday afternoon around 10. My siblings and friends all got our orders. But the sandwhiches that we got were missing lots of the ingredients . I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and mine was missing lettuce, mayo and ketchup . My siblings got their sandwiches with just pickles the other one just had 1 tomato . The employees were nice but something was going on and our food was dry. We will come back to try out later sometime, maybe my opinion might change . I really hope so . read more

The drive thru will tell you to hold on, with not one single person in the drive thru and then never come back so they don't have to take your order. i watched 4 people pull off from in front of me, and behind me because the wait was so long just for the drive through to take their order. absolutely ridiculous, lazy, and get paid to sit on their behinds. i gave them a chance but after 7 minutes of her telling me to hold, with not a single car in front of me i finally said my peace and left :) read more

I have this issue at every Wendy's location ever but this one is the absolute worst. I'm sorry but the staff is untrained, kind of dumb and extremely rude. They get angry over small things and never understand the order. Sometimes the order is right but most times it's not. I usually like Wendy's. This one however is a model for what not to be. The counter girl messed up my order, the ice in the coke machine had overflowed onto the floor, there was such a mess inside that I chose to enjoy my meal outside. It's a nice day....the patio is covered in garbage bags and cigarette butts. It's a shame that I won't be stopping here again. It is convenient to my work. If I could give this location a half a point, I would. Rude and unwelcoming staff waited on us tonight. Told counter help no toilet paper in ladies room... she could care less. Never uttered one word to us other than what do you want!! Tossed food across counter at us and never said thank you, come again or even kiss my a$$. All we got was a rude attitude, nasty sourpuss glare for interrupting her evening (not another customer in sight) and cold fries that we sent back for a replacement. Only to have the guy scoop two other orders of fries before giving us our replacements. And they wonder why everyone goes to Chick Fil A? Hire decent help or train them to at least act like they care. read more

This is one of the most inefficient Wendy's I have frequented. It is not uncommon to wait 20-30minutes in the drive through line. Sometimes they turn off the lights on the drive through sign and store in the evening hours before closing. I was confused the first time this happened thinking they were closed. The next trip I tried the drive through anyway to find they were actually open. Cashier stated lights were working. "oh, I don't know why they are off". Drove back by later and lights were still off. I fear they use as tactic to avoid volume. I wonder if they would keep their franchise license if Wendy's corporate visited. read more

This location of Wendy's has got to be the worst Wendy's in the history of Wendy's. Something is always wrong every time we visit this location. Either the doors are locked when they shouldn't be, or nobody responds at the drive-through during normal operating hours, or they are out of a common food item, or like today - none of the exterior lights was on, including the drive-through lights, at 6:54 PM on Friday. I use to love the Wendy's on Friendship Road. Always had the best service, Rarely ever got an order wrong. So polite, so professional. My husband went there today and he said the girl at the window said they didn't have homestyle chicken sandwich anymore. He spend 40 mins. getting our meals and had to explain several times what he's order was, etc. We will NOT go to this Wendy's ever again. What happened??? What happened to customer service??? Most of the time when a business is poorly run, it's not so much the employees are the management. So disappointed..:( read more

This Wendy's shut off all the exterior lights as our car approached the drive thru at 10:49pm today, Saturday. Online it says they are open until 11pm and the sticker on the drive thru window says they're open until midnight on weekends. We could hear the ladies talking over the PA system about some guy (not work chatter) at the order sign but they wouldn't respond to us. There were cars in front and behind us. We pulled up to the first window once the car ahead left and could see a guy cleaning up. A couple people walked by but refused to look toward the window. We couldn't pull up to the second window bc there was a car there that wouldn't move after several minutes then we realized it was just parked. We left. Extremely disappointing. read more

This rating is only due to a current, newer evening manager at this location and not this Wendy's location in its entirety. Our family has been a regular patron of this Wendy's location for nine years; when we've had incorrect orders in the past, management/staff would make a pretty quick effort to fix the order, and they would be pleasantly helpful and polite. With our most recent take out order, we brought the partially incorrect order (2 burgers) back to the store. It took 20 minutes to get a final response from the manager. When we brought our frustrations up to this manager about the length of time it was taking to fix the order, she became very impolite and did not resolve the problem properly or with a professional manner. We finally were condescendingly coerced by this manger to walk away with half our order not corrected and the other half cold. As we left, we saw the manager and some of the staff laughing at us.... ouch. It looks like there is a pattern of service problems from seeing the recent reviews. Unfortunately, after going to this location for 9 years, we will be taking a hiatus from this Wendy's until this manager rotates out. read more

The food is fine, but for how long I waited it should've been a three course meal. After waiting 30 minutes inside and not having on my food I considered leaving. I'll never be back, the place was crowded but nothing a decent amount of training on the staff's part could've handled. Went through drive through at 10:35. It took forever for them to take the order. Three cars in front of us drive off because no one would answer the drive through window. When they finally did come to the monitor they said the frosty machine wasn't working. They obviously didn't want to be working until close. read more
