Really disappointed with our experience tonight. We ordered two Biggie Bags and two Dave's Singles with fries. Instead of separating the items, they crammed everything into one bag, making it a mess to sort out. When we left, we discovered they shorted us a chicken sandwich and a Double Bacon Cheeseburger. I wouldn't recommend this location for dine-in--it's dirty and dated--or the drive-thru. Even if they get it right on the screen, they fail to follow through with the actual order. read more

First off, I think it was Uber Eats that caused the problem. I wanted to get some food delivered so was making "carts" to decide what I wanted. Uber eats must have my CC on file as the next thing I knew I had a knock on my door with Wendy food. I had not placed an order. The hamburger was dry and the chili was horrible. Went to this Wendy's for a mobile order. The person taking my order was very rude. When I pulled up to the window they immediately started giving me a Diet Coke when I order a pineapple mango lemonade. When I questioned the drink they had an attitude and said it was on the receipt. When looking at the receipt, I realized it was not my order and they had the wrong person even though I gave my name at the speaker. The person never apologized and just said "my bad". I then left and went back to my place of work where I realized my burger was completely wrong as I ordered a double with no onions and I got a single with onions. I went into the dining area to order instead of the drive thru. My boyfriend and myself were standing at the counter for 6 minutes waiting to place our order, not one, not two, but THREE employees and A MANAGER saw us and didn't even acknowledge us, the manager even clocked out on the register right in front of us and left. I'm a patient person as I work in hospitality too but just to blatantly ignore us. Wasn't even busy for them to ignore us like that. I ordered a pecan apple salad through the mobile app. I checked the ingredients/toppings twice because I am a picky eater. I arrived and picked up the food then went back to work to eat it. Once I opened it, I realized that there was grilled chicken and blue cheese, which I hadn't seen on the ingredient list. I returned to this restaurant to let them know my salad was made wrong. I go up to the cash register and politely tell them, "Hey, I got a salad earlier today, but it was made wrong. It has blue cheese and grilled chicken." The lady at the register says in a clipped tone, "Yes, it comes with that." I was surprised and said, "Oh, I didn't know because I didn't see it on the website". Again, in an annoyed tone, she says, "Yeah, it's on the website." I said "oh, okay". She tells me that they can remake the salad. I said that it was okay. I tell the lady that the phone number on the website and on the receipt wasn't dialing through and it would just beep, but not ring. She tells me that she will tell her manager that and asks if she can bring the receipt. I said of course, that'd be great. While she's telling her manager, I hear two other crew members about 10 feet away from me talking about me. One is filling in the other one how I mistakenly thought the salad was made wrong. The other one says sarcastically, "It's on the website! Read the fine print. It's not that hard." The two crew members continue to talk terribly about me and make me feel very stupid. I could clearly hear them and I hadn't been rude when I tried returning the salad so I wasn't sure what the issue was. I even declined the remade salad because it had been my fault and not theirs. The first lady returns and tells me that she told her manager that the number wasn't working and the manager said that they knew that. It seemed like they weren't going to do much about the phone number not working properly. I did go on the website again for the third time and they were right, it is definitely there in the ingridents list. Im not sure how I missed twice, but I did. Anyways, all I have to say is that my experience was very unprofessional and the lack of customer service was embarrassing. Embarrassing because they made me feel embarrassed, but the experience was also embarrassing because of how they treat customers. read more

Experience was terrible. The environment was sterile, hostile, and overall unwelcoming. I watched multiple people get their orders wrong including myself. While having my order taken a manager screamed at the cashier for giving away her pretzel then the cashier almost cried, well deserved though she didn't give me drink cups or spicy nuggets which is what I asked for. There was a crackhead running through the building yelling asking who to give the order to. Overall very aggressive experience. read more

If hunger strikes while shopping, and you want a quick 99 cent burger, Go to Wendy's. Theirs actually has lettuce and tomato on it, plus it simply tastes better. Mac and Hardees simply don't compare, and only burger king comes close in taste. read more
