Stood at counter for about 2 minutes while the employees just stared at us.. guy finally comes over to see what we want. Get our drinks. Realize we didn't get sauces.. stand at counter. 3 employees see me standing at counter. Girl goes and gets her coat. Guy just ignores me and manager looks around corner. Looks at me and ducks around to the other side. Finally walks up front and asks me if I needed something.. clearly I say why else would I be standing at counter. To many restaurants on this street to act ignorant and ignore people buying food.. Popeyes. Mc Donald's. Wendy's. Diary queen. Culvers. Charlie's phillyheese. The best fried chicken I have had from a restaurant in decades. The biscuit was fresh and the coleslaw was perfect! Having just moved here, I've had a lot of my meals delivered. KFC was by far the best meal I've had. Kudos to the employees, the food taste like it was cooked with pride. read more

Come on KFC be better than putting up a classless sign about paying customers only for restroom. First of all there is zero walking traffic that would constitute such a thing and if there was trust me there are much nicer bathrooms to visit. Concern yourself more with not running out of chicken which happens a lot here and less time on watching the bathroom for non customers. read more

KFC's original recipe chicken is a household name for many family's in the south. Our home is no exception. A fan favorite for us is the Spicy, Krispy chicken sandwich. When it's fresh and hot, it is savory and delicious. They have different "buckets" you can order that have various cuts of chicken, dark meat, white meat or mixed. The portion sizes are hearty. When a mom has had a hard week and she's overwhelmed with errands and household chores, it's lovely to swing by and pick up dinner for the family from KFC. Not having to do any dishes is a nice perk too. If you have a family of carnivores who like juicy fried chicken, you might even get requests for it. :) read more

It's Mothers Day so we spent it at the beach . On our way home we drove by KFC so we decided to grab some instead of ordering pizza. Much to my surprise we were pleasantly greeted by the guy in the drive through. Order was quickly prepared and if we went . Colonel Sanders worked too hard to let it end up like this! This was the worst visit we've ever experienced in a KFC. Period. I ordered the $5 Fill Up: Chicken Breast meal. You get a breast, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuit, medium drink and a chocolate chip cookie. What I got was a soggy, grease-dripping piece of gooey Original Recipe chicken breast! Yuck! I could not make myself take a bite. Usually they ask if you want Original Recipe, Extra Crispy, etc. The girl that took my order did not ask, and i didn't think about it at that time. As soon as I saw this greasy chicken breast sponge, I thought just MAYBE it would be alright if I'd ordered Extra Crispy instead? So, I walked back up to the counter and asked to exchange my Original Recipe piece for an Extra Crispy piece? The girl looked at me as if I had two heads! She was shocked. She then said "No".... I explained that in any other KFC they always ASK which type I'd prefer. She then relented and said she'd have to ask a manager. ???? I'm thinking 'Ask a manager?' To exchange a piece of chicken? Wow! I did end up with my preferred Extra Crispy chicken. It was way better than that greasy first attempt, but I still felt it was not the KFC quality that I am used to. My fab fiancée didn't and couldn't even finish her $5 Fill Up Drumstick & Thigh meal. That went into the NON-recycle bin............ To make matters worse? I went into the Men's Room to wash the grease off my hands...it was like walking into a musty dungeon. The lights weren't working properly so it was like washing up in a cesspool by dim moonlight. Yuck! (I actually took a picture in there but it didn't turn out. Imagine that!) Overall, don't waste your time or money on this KFC. I don't know if this is typical of other KFC's in today's world or not. I certainly would hope not. After-all, Colonel Sanders put in a LOT of work to get his product right and to make his customers happy! This store would make him cringe. DO NOT USE AT HERE!!! I to order a Breast & Wing meal just after 8pm on a Saturday night. Big Mistake. Huge. NO Original Breasts or Wings, No Extra Crispy Breasts or Wings, NO Biscuits, no nothing. The manager gave some lame excuse about it being a "very busy day" but was Not Allowed to make fresh food for any customers per the Franchise Owners rule. How does that compute to a busy day??? W.T.F.???? Ended up with ice cold Fries, NASTY old GREY Mac & Cheese and tiny Chicken Thighs the size of a Cornish Game Hen with FEATHERS STICKING OUT if it...DISGUSTING. This is second time in 2 months I've ordered from this KFC I'm don't last time order was wrong and most of it missing. This time order correct the chicken is so beyond dry it was more breading than meat it is awful meat hard to chew.fries stone cold, my grandkids are some.chicken eating fools and they were disgusted amd threw it l in trash. Terrible terrible service and food was horrible. I got the wrong order and food was so dry and hard I had to park and go inside. They go through all the chicken sitting under the heat tray finally choosing the least crispy pieces still giving me the wrong pieces it took like 5 minutes for her to find the least overdone pieces still wasn't good. Highly wouldn't recommend this location, after 3 return trips to a mess up order, Im still left speechless after what I dealt with, returning the second time to address the first order, I watch as a "packer" named Will slams my food on a counter. Denying the food I get reimbursed by the manager, Madeline, who rang up the transaction and still handed me a entirely wrong order while being adamant that nothing was wrong. Only to return a 3rd time to realizing they had not only messed up one, but my entire order. Place is dirty and staff clothing was absolutely unsanitary. They opened at 10:30am and I was there at 11am and the entire floor where food is prepped was covered in trash, flour, dirt, etc. My food was ordered online and I asked for it to be made fresh and the employees promised it was just made. Got home and wings were rewarmed up in fryer but the taste of them were definitely left overs from day before. The tenders were luke warm and dry. After spending $40 I left with an impression that I willl not be coming back to this KFC! Unfortunately it's the only one in our area. So I guess we will indulge somewhere else. read more

Awful experience. Staff was extremely rude and request to speak to manager was made, told it was the manager. Ordered an eight pc bucket but did not get a single breast. Mildly shocking the condition of this restaurant. The dining room area walls, window sills, door jams, wall trim/molding, overall simply filthy. Window sills dead insects, windows dirty. Under the seats, tables, table top crevices, DIRTY. Trash under the trash containers. Inside the cosmetic trash receptacles in dining room, disgusting. Plainly speaking, the bathrooms are simply nasty. The entire dining room area along with the bathrooms need a complete refurbishment ! Bathrooms beyond worn out, disgusting, nasty. Peeling/pitted paint on all the walls. All the walls are extremely filthy ! Liquid staining patterns running down walls. FILTHLY ! Nasty ! The front customer service counter is nasty - simply look down. All the doors appear to be in disrepair, neglected, extremely worn off paint, pitted and don't seal. While visiting they had a door next to drive thru propped open to circulate air. Door jams, crevices appear to be full of simple dirt/crud, overall disgusting. If the lobby/dining room area are in this condition, I can only imagine what the kitchen area may be like. Positive note, the counter help - Amber was polite and profession, very helpful. This restaurant SHOULD be shut down immediately or at a minimum a surprise health department inspection be done with appropriate administrative/statutory actions be levied against this restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating here.......I was clueless that a KFC could be in such disrepair and neglect. Bottom line, needs complete interior renovation or simply tear the building down ! read more

With all the KFC commercials I have seen on television with the imposters as the Col., I thought I would give it a shot again, I haven't been here in quite a while. I was less than impressed with the quality of food. The chicken was cool to the touch and smelled like day old fish as well as being so dried out, it could have been used as chicken jerky. I tossed my food in the trash. The potatoes were a nasty shade of gray with dried up gravy, obviously been sitting for many hours or reheated many times, they were cold as well. On the bright side, the Pepsi was good. This is my worst experience ever for take out. I will not be returning to KFC. This place ruined it. Way to go. read more
