We are giving 4* today. Let me tell you why: last Thursday, before a family trip we decided it would be easier to pick something up. Wendy's it was. Got home, we were missing 12 crispy, delicious nugs. That meant I had to drive back to get them because you cannot promise a 5 year old nugs and a cheese burger and not deliver. I went back while my food got cold. I explained to the workers what went on. Without even asking more into it he gave me not only my 12 nuggets but also my food as well. You lose a star because I had to drive back, but gain one for your prompt customer service skills to solve a customer concern. read more

One word...well 3 really...pumpkin spice frosty! I admit, I am a chocolate frosty lover, but the pumpkin spice frosty is so unique. I tried one at the Brighton Wendy's location and was immediately in love. I'll be so bummed when the season is over and I can't one anymore. But anyway this Wendy's is great. The employees are nice and they keep this place clean. They get you in and out super fast...even through the drive through. If you donate $1 you can get a frosty coupon book. Management pays staff not to work! Despite y'all being open until midnight, staff decides when they want to stop working. Management is okay with this and pays them not to work for a whole hour. Boy what the hell... Around 11pm staff literally hide from y'all in the drive thru window. They be hiding in the lobby and ignoring customers. I seen them shuffling in the dark, and shirking from work. Soon as it's 5 to midnight they scurry out to they cars and book it like some kind of damn movie getaway scene. And I've got me evidence of it happening too, I watched them ignore multiple hungry customers and scurry away at 5 to midnight from a nearby McDonalds parkinglot after I was ignored. Some cars even circled the building, like they knew damn well the workers were hiding too. Hell, I might go and get a job here, I would love to be paid to do nothing! read more

The baconator fries were horrendous. And thats on bidness. Cheese not melted, 2 full strips of bacon and "queso" on the bottom of the bag

Chicken sandwiches totally suck now. Order was correct but the chicken is so thin and very poor quality now for the price you pay it sucks!!! Food just doesn't taste fresh and the large fries were mostly burnt small pieces. read more

I never write bad reviews, but this was the rudest interaction I've had with someone over the phone. I'm a door dasher and an order got mixed up so I called them to ask about it and they basically told me to f*ck off and then hung up on me. I understand long hours and dealing with people but I was just trying to sort out the order for my customer and it was unnecessarily rude. To the max. One word comes to mind here...grimey. Pretty old lookin place that smells a bit musty...step back into the 90s here. Slightly dirty and the food prep is mediocre at best. At least my bun wasn't completely stale on my hamburger but I am pretty sure it was close...getting a little hard and not so fluffy. The buffalo chicken salad was actually fresh and tasty..aside from the chicken on it..it leaves much to be desired. Fries were ok but didn't completely taste fresh either. Meh! read more

Went to Wendy's Monday, aug 2, 2020, ordered for wife and myself, large chili, 2 double stack burgers and small fries. got home, less than 4 miles, and chili was luke warm, both burgers were burned black, and all dried up. Looked like sitting around for long time. fries, were bits and pieces should have known not to get a burger from here, last time was same thing dried up and burned. so much for this wendy's. read more

Out of the two Wendy's in Brighton, this is the better one. Ok, it's actually in Green Oak Township, but I already 'splained my frustration about that in the Panera review. This Wendy's has WiFi, it's new(er), and they're really fast, even when it's busy. I like Wendy's b/c you can get non traditional fast food. Like a baked potato or chili. Keep that in mind, it just might help you live longer. And that's definitely worth 3 stars. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Breakfast sandwich and seasoned fries. Unfortunately the chicken was dry, hard and burned. I opened my bag up after pulling off and I was shocked. I immediately went back and was told that all chicken sandwiches are coming out this way. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds (I PAID CASH) but I could order something else. I explained that I wanted a chicken sandwich and didn't want anything else. Again, I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds. I showed the cashier the burnt and dry chicken and asked did he think this was acceptable to serve. He then explained with a frustrated tone about the defrost on the freezer not working and then having problems with it which results in chicken looking this way. He acted as if it was not a big deal and either I pick something else or deal with it. He never once apologized for it. This sandwich it's totally unacceptable. I've had quite a few breakfast chicken sandwiches from Wendy's so I know what to expect. BAD FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

This location is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! I've eaten there several times and they've consistently screwed up my order! The restaurant was dirty (at 3pm during the week), and the flies were so bad at the register, I debated even ordering. If they weren't a chain restaurant, I doubt they'd be still be in business. WARNNG ! Going to this Wendy's could cost you BIG Buck's. Parking lot is a WRECK ! Last fall they tried patching, but that only made it worse. After last snow, going thru the drive-thru my car almost slid into the building. Could have been A very expensive lunch. Service was very slow. The ice was not working on the coke machine. Although servers were aware of this, we were given cups with no ice. We had to get back In the line to get ice. I got the new sandwich on the menu today the bacon cheeseburger with mozzarella cheese. I will say it was the worst sandwich I have ever had.The patty was small like McDonalds.The meat was grainy & looked like it had been cooked for hours ahead of time. Stopped at the drive thru. When the first employee asked for $12.57, then realized that was the time, not our total, we should have left. He said this kept happening, he had a late night. We got home to find our order 2/3 incorrect. Ordered a single with cheese, no mayo. Got a single with only mayo. Ordered an apple walnut chicken salad, got a spicy Caesar salad. Shawn said come on in and I will refund your money. So I came in the next day and Shawn says he will remake our order. (I'm the only one home so that won't help me). Honestly the best Wendy's I have ever patronized. Drive-thru service was lightning-fast and seamless, plus they actually use their first drive-thru window unlike most fast food chains, which shows a dedication to efficiency and corporate transparency. My nuggets are crisp, my fries are perfectly salted, and the Junior Frosty fits perfectly in my door's nugget/Frosty combo holder. Would absolutely return.
