Mother of God I spend 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting behind 3 cars to place my order. Decided to back out since we were in the back of the line still, walked inside and saw a line of people waiting to order. I asked what was up to the guy in front of me and he said they weren't taking orders right now. He then asked the cashier how long it would be until they were taking orders and she stated that there was a line of cars wrapping around the building (apparently 3 people in line is a hair away from the apocalypse). No answer as to why they aren't taking orders or how long it will be, and the rest of the staff was just standing around doing nothing. There is a girl that works here that is absolutely horrible. I could drop a name since they wear name tags, but I'll refrain this time. She is rude, annoying, and condescending. On more than one occasion we have witnessed her talk down to customers and be extremely rude and mean to elderly people and even called to complain to the store manager about her behavior. I'm surprised she has not been fired. I get that Wendy's probably doesn't get the most stellar applicants, but the behavior of this girl is completely inexcusable. If I witness this type of behavior again while visiting, there will be another conversation with the store manager and a complaint to corporate HQ. read more

Well told myself I'd never go here again after watching a "Manager" humiliate a employee last time. Went there today with very low expectations hoping for atleast a room tempeture order of fries and a burger. The $10 meal I ordered came with half full fries. I didn't realize it until I got home. If you don't mind being taken care of at the pace of a SLUG, you'll love it here! Otherwise, you will LOOSE YOUR MIND standing there waiting to order a $1.00 hamburger. Me and some co-workers went there in a rush before a big event for a snack and went in because we had different checks and to order 2 dollar menu sandwhichs, a SALAD and a itty bitty frosty, we were there for 30 MINUTES and ultimately late for our event. The "manager" kept walking away from the counter in between each order and would be gone for 3-5 minutes, just MEANDERING around the back. I CAN SEE YOU!! And to top it off he yelled at one of the cooks in front of everyone. NOT COOL. Either way, if I hadn't been STARVING I would have walked out. But by the time we had waited long enough to see it was going to take FOREVER we were way to late to get back in the car and find somewhere else... sad day. I DID trap him at the counter and order all our food at once though because I literally saw him turning on his toes to walk away AGAIN... BOTTOM LINE: I can't stand this place. If I ever get a craving for a frosty type delight, I'll go across the street to Arbys. They are better there anyways. read more

Food good but service terrible, so food gets a 4 and service gets a 1. pulled up to drive 4th car in line, "no welcome to wendys" just what do you want, tried to order but was given a bad attitude when asking for changes like no tomato or mayo. got my order, no thank you or smile, just handed me a bag and gave me my receipt and then I waited for my drink and waited and then it was just handed to me and she walked off. I went here for dinner tonight. The speed of service was so so and the meal was, well fast food but I will never go there again for a moral reason and that is one of the managers. I didn't catch his name he was an indian fellow. Was threatening and yelling at his employees like they were pieces of trash. I will not support such behavior and refuse to purchase food from a resturant that can not show mature behavior and leadership to its employees. Went through drive thru on may 19th and was greeted by a friendly cashier that was trying her best. She told us she was very sorry for our wait and explained she was still new and was working on trying to handle both things at once let me tell you she did an amazing job for being new best customer service ive had from any fast food place in a long time!! Left out an item from my order, and the food was wrapped in a sloppy fashion (pieces of lettuce stuck to the wrapper). Failure to pay attention to these basic things makes me question their whole kitchen hygiene approach. Get your burger fix someplace else. read more

I usually come here at night. Every time I've come here the staff has been kind. Once I came back in to ask for more onions on my burger but instead of giving some onions they made a whole new burger. They also don't ever mind when I ask for onions. read more

Three stars is pretty good for a fast food restaurant just in my opinion. We never go to fast food places besides burger places. But we were in a hurry and hungry. So we stopped by to grab a little bite to eat on the go just to hold us over. The chile was pretty good but just a little to over spiced in my opinion. The service was great. read more
