My reviews are my own I am not paid by any vendor so my reviews are my honest opinion. I was here several months ago my review not that positive but the Manager called we had a pleasant chat and invited to return. Today not much has changed. Immediately the smell of fried food hits you. I was hoping that would have been fixed. The dining room was clean but in need of a redo. Banketts need reupholstering carpet deep cleaning or replacement. My sandwich was just warm bun soft and squishy. Soda cold and fizzy. I always try and have a positive. Staff was helpful but not welcoming. More interested in chatting with each other. I like Arby's over all and I will try this one in a few months and see. Still two stars read more

I know this location has gotten some hate over the years, at one point they had staffing issues and were often just closed for no reason, but I feel like they've gotten better lately. Maybe I've just been lucky. Every time i go my food is hot and tasty. It's a bit expensive, but to be fair, every fast food place is these days. I've never been inside this location, but the drive thru is usually pretty quick and efficient. read more

So when I came in and was in line to order, nobody answered the box for like about four minutes, so I took off and went across the street by the gas station, and then I did an order online and came back well the difference in the orders of ordering online-and coming through the drive-through is three dollars so they're really up charging you on the app for the food that they have so if you're close by Arby's, just go in there because it should've been $17+ and I paid almost $30 read more

Arby's is such an underrated fast food stop, and this nearby one is one of the best I've gone to. I had some really terrible spots in California, and I'm so glad this one is better. One time (I'm assuming it was a manager) a worker even offered some bacon to my dog in the drive thru- this was last year and it's still something kind that sticks with me. The only mess-up I've had here is getting a classic beef instead of beef n' cheddar, so all-in-all that's fine. Even when they take a longer time, the employees are always so kind about the wait and last time the cashier warned us it was because of the chicken that just came out of the fryer and to be careful. Arby's recently announced not 1, not 2, but 3 new/limited items at once. I haven't had Arby's in a while, but with hype like that, I had to try it. First up: the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. Solid sandwich that actually tastes kind of healthy? It's got bits of red grapes, apples, and pecans in it (in addition to the chicken obviously), so it has a very spring/summer flavor, and is not heavy on the meat. Of course, the sandwich still has a bunch of sugar, so I don't recommend eating this everyday if you're trying to lose weight, but it is most definitely a nice change of pace and a great sandwich for warm weather. Next: the crinkle cut fries. They were okay. Good, but not great. They were crispy and salty, but it wasn't anything above average crinkle cut fries. Great State Burger is still the king of crinkle. Overall: pleasant meal, but nothing mind blowing. I ordered via the drive-thru and the staff were nice, food was quick, and quality was good. But as I sat in my car after I finished eating my meal, I couldn't help but think to myself: "is there all there is?" I am a simple man. Fast food and video games are my passions. This was my first fast food meal coming off of a 2 week break from fast food, so I had expected this to knock me off my feet. Yet I felt something was missing. Was I expecting too much? Was my body telling me that I'm getting too old to enjoy fast food? I don't know. The review would have ended here, except for 1 last item: the orange creamsicle shake. Orange is my favorite color, so obviously I had to try this. When I took the first sip, it was like color returned into my world. All the shades of grey were now vibrant shades of orange and white. I collapsed into the comforting embrace of the creamsicle. It was the perfect follow-through to my sandwich and fries, in my warm car with the windows rolled down on a hot summer day. read more

My smokehouse brisket was pretty ugly, not sure if the meat is even fully cooked, the item was barely warm. The bun was slightly neglected and too crisp, crunchy. My roast beef and cheddar was also similar bun quality but it was so lathered in sauce it was soggy. Fries were passable, typical curly fries. Store was busy with cars in line when I arrived for the little lot this is squeezed into, but doesn't mean you sacrifice quality. I'd rather wait and have good food than get in and get out for something slapped together. Just disappointing and unappetizing after not being here in so long. read more

Took a long time to get a sandwich combo with 2 customers in front of me in the drive thru. Then the fries were hard and cold. The first time I came here, there was a piece of paper flapping in the wind on the loud speaker in the drive thru. Then it dawned on me it was a sign and after sitting in my car with many people ahead of me who finally moved, I was able to leave. They were closed due to a power outage. Ordered through DoorDash @ 10:30 am. Order was accepted and confirmed. Drove over at 10:45, doors were locked, drive thru window and speakers were shut. Waited around until 11:10 am and knocked the drive-thru window. A lady came over and open and told me, "We're closed, I'm the only one here." Even though all sources say they open at 10am. What??? Luckily I was able to cancel my order and get my money back, but man... this place looks so run downed. The conditions through the window shows no maintenance or cleaning. My last 2 visits here definitely could use some improvement as the same issue happened both times. I request no tomato because I'm allergic to them, I stated that the first visit and they still put tomato on it & forgot 2 of our sandwiches. On the receipt it stated NO tomatoes on my wrap and yet there were tomatoes what I'm allergic to. The manager stated there are new people training right now and that's totally understandable w new people learning the ropes, however, if it states no tomatoes (which it did on the receipt) please just don't put tomatoes. We had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. 20 minutes turned into an hour last night. Not to mention, my partner got very sick THIS morning 1/27/23 from the sliders and was throwing up for a good 20 minutes as well. He was the only one who ate the sliders. - I want to give it 3 stars for the managers efforts to make it right. He works the evening shift and has glasses. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! This poor Arby's! I go back every few months in hopes they've improved but sadly they have not. I heard they were struggling to find people to work there which could be why it took forever to get my food. This used to be a great Arby's but over time it's going downhill. At this point the main thing I can say is they still produce the sandwiches as advertised. However, the building is getting run down inside and out. The drive up is running but is quite slow. Our last order was missing one of the two au jus for our dips. So I called my co-workers to see if they would take regular bread. One wanted his Beef & Swiss on Wheat Bread, I wanted my Italian Sub on Wheat and our other co-worker wanted 2 Italian Subs on White. Let me see 2 on wheat, 2 on white = 4, right? WRONG = somehow it equals 1 regular Roast Beef Sandwich (on a white bun) with dipping sauce and 2 Italian Subs on Wheat bread. And the Italian Subs had sweet pickles instead of peproncinis on them.
