I was just there recently and I didn't have the best experience. I ordered through the drive thru and the person was nice and quick but when I got to the window I handed her my coupon for a $5 meal and I guess she didn't understand my order and she fixed it but she had kind of a rude attitude towards it ( I'm sure she was just trying to get my order to me quick and help the other people but she was kind of rude). She gave me what I thought was my order ( I ordered the classic roast beef meal, which came with the sandwich, curly fries, and a drink and I ordered additional onion rings) I got the sandwich, the drink, and the onion rings. But there was only five onions rings in the container and it was like half empty, and they were a little bit over cooked. Also I didn't get the curly fries. I don't have particularly high standards for fast food joints, but that said, this location is definitely finds a way to disappoint my already low expectations. I received a bunch of coupons for Arby's in the mail, so I decided to use them. On my first trip I arrived to find they were all out of the milkshake I tried to use a coupon for. I didn't think much of it, that kind of thing can happen, but on my second trip they were out of ice in the soda fountain. Reading through other reviews I see that this tends to be a recurring problem at this location- it seems as though they have difficulty keeping things in stock. Further more, the jalepno poppers I ordered (something I typically enjoy either store bought or from other restaurants) were pretty lousy. I felt like I was eating something that had been cooked previously and left out for hours, then reheated. The seating in the dining area, at least, looked modern and comforting, however when I sat down in a booth there seemed to be no cushion under the vinyl. It immediately made the setting feel cheap and in need of maintenance. I would rate this store 1 star, but that would be harsh. The staff was friendly enough, and I feel like 1 star ratings should be reserved for suffering outright harassment or sanitation concerns- that didn't happen. The employees here are probably doing what they can, but it seems like this store needs the attention of a regional/district manager or something that can revamp the dining area and institute policies that help the place run more smoothly. OK, it's been 6 months and we had coupons for 2 toasted subs for $4. And we were stupid enough to try them again. Got there at 10 minutes before closing - and obviously they don't give a shit at that time of night First, they said they were out of sub bread!! Not Again!!! So I called my co-workers to see if they would take regular bread. One wanted his Beef & Swiss on Wheat Bread, I wanted my Italian Sub on Wheat and our other co-worker wanted 2 Italian Subs on White. Let me see 2 on wheat, 2 on white = 4, right? WRONG = somehow it equals 1 regular Roast Beef Sandwich (on a white bun) with dipping sauce and 2 Italian Subs on Wheat bread. And the Italian Subs had sweet pickles instead of peproncinis on them. I like to get the sandwiches and always like the potato cakes. Whatever reason where i live i do now ever get the coupons so i never get the discounts. Food is OK, generally not hot just warm. The potato cakes are always hot cause there freshly made. I dislike the thimble sized cups for sauces, forcing you to take several cups. I have been going here for years. But not any more. First the cashier was as slow as molasses. Any slower and he would have been working in reverse. Second there was no ice in the coke machine. Everyone had to ask someone at the counter for ice. You would think maybe refill the machine. Finally was over charged. Had a coupons for 2.49 reg beef 1.99 for mots sticks and ordered a med drink. Was charged full price for the reg beef but got the coupon for the mots sticks. Note I have always been able to use more than on coupon. Yah! I'm a fan? I guess? How can anyone really hate Arby's? This place is so clean! It's not like other fast food places, although they have plenty of fattening food, you do have some "healthier" options. Freshly sliced deli sandwiches, salads, and wraps. I haven't been inside, but they always get our order right (yes, even complicated ones), they always offer horsey sauce, and it always looks super clean in their register/drink area at the window. I grew up going to Arby's for lunch in Renton, WA. This was before McDonald's had their health craze and started carrying better food. They were the real trendsetters at the time. Not the case for this Arby's - I've gone here probably 4 times in the past 2 years and after my third time I vowed never to come back. Unfortunately, my fond memories of the one in Renton got the best of me and I tried it again. Still as horrible as ever. It's Arby's, you know what you're getting. It's fast food but better and easier on your stomach. I had the Max Beef and the French dip and they were both good. the service was fast and friendly. I love the max with lots of Arby's sauce and a little Horsey Sauce. The Curly Fries are always great and so are the shakes. I like this Arby's location. The employees are super friendly and the food is always cooked right and comes out correctly. The employees usually let us use multiple coupons too, which is rad. I love their Market Fresh Sandwiches. The Turkey, Bacon, & Ranch is probably the best. Super tasty. I really like the curly fries as well. This is an Arby's corporate store - so they typically do everything by the book. I've consistently had good food here. Rarely do I have a problem. The management changes out a lot (because it's a corporate store). There is one lady there that sounds like Karen from Will and Grace. He said I was crazy, that was the stupidest thought he'd ever heard. I wasn't too far off - it was the phonetic spelling of R.B. which is the initials of some founder or something. I've had Arbys since I was a kid and this has got to be the worst experience I've had with them. I asked for a couple of sauces while ordering at the drive thru and the employee snapped saying to let her know at the window. She must've caught herself because she did say sorry. I reminded her at the window and she added ONE sauce in the bag. My kid ordered chicken tenders and I like to have sauce with my fries. I noticed on the receipt she put "no sauce" for the chicken tenders which is odd to me. Cant take credit card payments. Chaos ensures informing drive through customers cash only. More people coming in, waiting for someone to take an order, once they do, they walk after cash only notice. My sandwich is made right away, placed on the fry station waiting for fries. Forgotten about as the manager who took my order gets on the phone with corporate about the credit card machine. Went to Arby's and ordered two meals and a sandwich to use a coupon and Hirrah the shift manager had the shittiest attitude. She was telling us that we can't use the coupon when clearly we had two things at regular price and was saying it's how the system works. She had her arms crossed and was giving attitude in the beginning. I work in customer service as a Starbucks barista and there is always something you can do. The coupon was valid. This is a first-rate Arby's. Consistently great food, good help and a clean, modern-enough restaurant (there are some nice tables that have windows on 3 sides, sorta cool). I'm a big fan of the medium roast beef combo with curly fries and ample Arby's sauce, and Pibb. If Arby's mails you coupons once a month, have a good look as they can save you 30-40% off your bill. This Arby's has a bell by the entrance you can ring on the way out if you think they did a good job. I ring it about 90% of the time. Cons? They get the order correctly at the cash register when they charge you, but they just can't seem to give you what you've paid for. It seems to be same people doing this each time. My family and I received the worst customer service ever from this location. My wife son and I were on our way to eat at the park and stopped here to buy dinner to eat at park. For one the lobby was closed so we couldn't go inside to order. Ok that is fine I understand that. An employee a young man came out and was bringing food to a car. He said lobby is closed. My wife asked can I order online he said yes that be fine. So she tried to order online and it said closed so she tried uber eats app. That said closed so we tried going in the drive through walking since we don't have a car. We stood there for 20 minutes. No one offered to help us at all. So we proceeded to go up to the drive through window while waiting in line I could see in through back of the restaurant and I saw like 4-6 employee just standing around not doing anything. Few minutes later another young man came out and with an attitude asked can I help you. I was like we want to order some food. He was like go through the drive through. My wife and I said we were standing there for like 20 minutes already. He said it doesn't work because you need a car. We said we don't have a car. My wife told him we tried ordering off the app and uber eats he then said we " oh ya we shut those down around this time" we can't keep up with them and drive through at same time. I was thinking how I that possible they had 6-8 people just standing around doing not a damn thing. No wonder they can't keep up. My son has autism and he was very upset he was about to cry due to he loves the food there but wasn't able to get any due to the terrible service. This is the worst arbys i have ever been to. Barely 20 yr old children running this place. Drive thru took over 15 min for 1 meal. The Dr Pepper is mostly water with a mild sweetness to it. Potato cakes in pieces not 1 whole cake. Regular double sandwich was not wrapped the paper wrapping was soaked in a liquid and ripped in half. Top bun upside down and bottom bun so wet finger goes right thru it. Meat ice cold. Whole meal looks like someone elses rejects. I tried calling them, the child that claims to be a manager is clueless. Just kept trying to justify this mess. No offer to replace or refund and idiot kept trying to blame cashier at window rather than those who made a mess of the food. She refused to give her name but named the window clerk repeatedly.
