Me eating the best meal of my life!!!!!!

YUMMY! The food was soooooo good! The food was cooked to perfection and I even the rodents enjoyed the food, I saw rats along the wall and rat droppings, hm I wonder if Arby's started the hauntavirus? Well the food was good and that's all that matters:)

So when I came in and was in line to order, nobody answered the box for like about four minutes, so I took off and went across the street by the gas station, and then I did an order online and came back well the difference in the orders of ordering online-and coming through the drive-through is three dollars so they're really up charging you on the app for the food that they have so if you're close by Arby's, just go in there because it should've been $17+ and I paid almost $30

Arby's is such an underrated fast food stop, and this nearby one is one of the best I've gone to. I had some really terrible spots in California, and I'm so glad this one is better. One time (I'm assuming it was a manager) a worker even offered some bacon to my dog in the drive thru- this was last year and it's still something kind that sticks with me. The only mess-up I've had here is getting a classic beef instead of beef n' cheddar, so all-in-all that's fine. Even when they take a longer time, the employees are always so kind about the wait and last time the cashier warned us it was because of the chicken that just came out of the fryer and to be careful. The added helpfulness really is what makes this stop great.

OK, they're value meal sandwiches I thought would be a small sandwich but it's actually the size of a slider. What a joke for $3.20.

Arby's recently announced not 1, not 2, but 3 new/limited items at once. I haven't had Arby's in a while, but with hype like that, I had to try it. First up: the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. Solid sandwich that actually tastes kind of healthy? It's got bits of red grapes, apples, and pecans in it (in addition to the chicken obviously), so it has a very spring/summer flavor, and is not heavy on the meat. Of course, the sandwich still has a bunch of sugar, so I don't recommend eating this everyday if you're trying to lose weight, but it is most definitely a nice change of pace and a great sandwich for warm weather. Next: the crinkle cut fries. They were okay. Good, but not great. They were crispy and salty, but it wasn't anything above average crinkle cut fries. Great State Burger is still the king of crinkle. Overall: pleasant meal, but nothing mind blowing. I ordered via the drive-thru and the staff were nice, food was quick, and quality was good. But as I sat in my car after I finished eating my meal, I couldn't help but think to myself: "is there all there is?" I am a simple man. Fast food and video games are my passions. This was my first fast food meal coming off of a 2 week break from fast food, so I had expected this to knock me off my feet. Yet I felt something was missing. Was I expecting too much? Was my body telling me that I'm getting too old to enjoy fast food? I don't know. The review would have ended here, except for 1 last item: the orange creamsicle shake. Orange is my favorite color, so obviously I had to try this. When I took the first sip, it was like color returned into my world. All the shades of grey were now vibrant shades of orange and white. I collapsed into the comforting embrace of the creamsicle. It was the perfect follow-through to my sandwich and fries, in my warm car with the windows rolled down on a hot summer day.

    Hair by the cheese.

Ordered some food but kids sandwich was missing, went in a few weeks later bc we don't eat Arby's often to Let them know and got a sandwich with hair on its cheese. No more Arby's EVER.

It's arbys, I can't be picky that there isn't one in Kirkland. Just that Arbys sauce alone is worth the drive.

Best Arby's on the planet. They really stepped up their game after Five Guys opened in the same parking lot. I guess they had to.

The barista(s) were nice and the latte came out relatively fast--an employee was being trained, so it took a little extra time. For breakfast, I went to the "hot food" area at the end of the cafe past the sandwiches. Not only was the "hot food" breakfast sandwich a better deal than the cold one, but it also looked more appealing! It had an herb biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese; perfect for the morning. They also have a lovely produce section! I got a banana that was pretty good as bananas go.

When I walked in, the first thing that I noticed was the extensive bakery. In the bakery, there's a massive cookie dough case. I have never seen anything like this before. I think if I lived here. I would be a cookie addict. The pastries all look very wonderful and there was a huge selection. I came later in the afternoon, so most of it was sold out, but I can't even imagine in the morning when it's bustling with new bakes. The rest of this market was very clean and organized. All produce looked very fresh. The woman at the cookie counter was so nice and chatty with me on the cookie dough they offered. Love this type of wonderful service. Please come and create your own adventure.

After landing in Seattle for the first time during a day of travel, this place hit the spot! The…read morerestaurant has a few parking spots out front with some outdoor tables. We (my husband and I) were greeted and helped with navigating the menu, as well as how to order on their touch-screen kiosk. We ordered the 7 chicken tenders, and got half mild and the other half hot. We also got a side of the Port Rice. When we were there, the whole place was empty, but still, the table we chose was dirty, so we wiped it down ourselves. The greeting staff lady was very kind and helpful, but the other staff who brought us our food weren't as open to being friendly. The chicken came out hot (in temperature) as well as the rice. It didn't take long to get our food since we were the only ones there. The mild chicken flavor was my favorite. It had a good, unique flavor. The hot flavor was too vinegary for me, but my husband liked it as he sweated through the spice. We enjoyed the rice paired with the chicken. We didn't realize it until after, but they actually gave us 8 chicken tenders, so that was kind; they were large, too. We should have gotten a second side so that we had more of a meal, maybe something crunchy, but by golly, the prices in WA are insane for food, so we chose not to. They provided us with two dipping sauces in glass bottles, both labeled 'garlic sauce,' but 'garlic' was spelled incorrectly (maybe the art was made with AI? How did the marketing department miss that?). One bottle was white sauce, and the other was a red sauce, so we were confused why they were both labeled garlic, because one was more of a chili taste. We left pretty full and satisfied and were happy to have stopped by.

I've visited several times and have mixed feelings. The food comes out quickly, there's plenty of…read moreseating, and the signature chicken leg and thigh is usually tasty. However, the portion size is inconsistent--sometimes it's a large piece, other times noticeably smaller. Service is minimal, with the person behind the counter often on her phone and little interaction beyond bringing the food to the table. My biggest concern is cleanliness. Cutlery is stored upside down in wooden boxes on each table, but many tables are missing complete sets. The boxes are also dusty, and the cutlery can pick up visible dirt from them (see photo), which is not very appealing. With better attention to cleanliness, consistency, and customer service, the overall experience would improve considerably.
