Wendy's is constantly discovering new ways to mess up their signature coffee. They started with the frosty cream cold brew, which was good as long as you got enough of the cream, in fact it was super good when done right. Then it switch to a cold brew that was fine, over time each order seemed to get worse until we couldn't distinguish between the flavors, just a pile of sweet coffee garbage. They've revamped them again, the new chocolate foam cold brew has brownies bits and just tastes lumpy and not cold enough. They also brought back a signature sauce, which is a ab version of their old sawesome sauce. Sucks to see these places really cutting down on their customers, but at least the workers at this location are great. read more

No recap of my order at the window to ensure order accuracy or that they were cashing out the correct order. The guy at the window barely said a word and had the personality of a brick!!! Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the bacon double stack. Both sandwiches had absolutely no warmth to them whatsoever which makes me question whether they were cooked fresh or came out of hot holding. The bacon double stack was lackluster and hardly had any flavor to it whatsoever. The spicy chicken sandwich was dryer than the Sahara desert!!!! And when I say dry, I mean dry to the point that it was hard to even choke the sandwich down!!!! This Wendy's location should be embarrassed to serve food of this low quality!!! I suggest Wendy's management take a trip to Chick-fil-A to see what a properly cooked, quality spicy chicken sandwich should taste like!!!! The food here is excellent for the drive in type of food. The unusual food here is the best ever is baked potato and then chili. Both are delicious. I have been testing chicken sandwiches at fast food restaurants. They make a delicious blt chicken sandwiches. So inexpensive. The sandwich it is under $3.00 . This is number 2 on my list. read more

There was no straws, drink lids, or ketchup out for customers, entire area was stained and dirty. Got my order. It was a single with everything I asked not to be on it, on it. It was actually gloppy from all the toppings, like they had added extras of everything I asked NOT to be on it. Another quick run out for a juicy burger, why not after a lengthy week? Went through & boy was it quite busy tonight. We did get through the line relatively quick, kudos for that as the line was practically out to the road. Ordered 2 #5's as they had a new wrap, burgers for The next trip out. $24 is average price with inflation but used to be lower. When we received our items, mine was fresh, hot & ready but my friends was cold. The chicken itself was cold. I would expect their new item would meet higher then expectations, especially with the advertisement. However. It seems that's not the best option to go with. I have been to this Wendy's 3 times this year and every time the lobby is closed and there are at LEAST 10 cars wrapped around the building (doesn't matter what time of day, either. It's currently 530 pm but it has been 2 pm and 9 pm the other two times). On top of that, 2/3 the food was wrong but I couldn't get back through the drive through to have them make it right. I understand staffing is a problem, but the other fast food restaurants around this one don't seem to face the same issue. I don't know if it's management, employee pay or the franchisee that needs to change, but this was the final straw and I'm done trying. They are still doing it! This is the Wendy's closest to my house. I go there because my husband likes their burgers. But they are horrible for getting the order correct. Again, I went through the drive thru. Had to wait for part of my order. I asked if all the order was in last bag. She looked and assured me it was. Got home and I'm missing 2 chicken sandwiches and our large fries are half full. I've complained about the fries before. No response. Their response when I called to complain was, "Yes, we know we forgot your sandwiches." When I told her about the fries, she said she remembers they were 1/2 full and apologized and said it was her fault. What? If you noticed, why did you put them in the bag?? She said she would replace my sandwiches....that's not a replacement, I never got them in the first place and she would give me a free fry. FREE? I never got them in the first place...you aren't giving me anything for free! And she said she would give me a free combo meal for the hassle. I drive all the way back and have to wait for my two missing sandwiches. The manager kept saying it's all her fault. While I waited. I showed her the fries and said I've complained about their lack of fries before. All the employees had to come to the window to see who was complaining. Finally got my food. Asked what I need to show to get a free combo meal. She said I would have to get it now. I told her I already had enough food so it would just go to waste. Underwhelmed. Yeah, it's fast food. But Wendy's always used to be a step above. The burgers were made to order, they had awesome chili, and they pretty much introduced the salad bar. The salad bar is long gone of course, and unfortunately so is everything else that made Wendy's special. The young man who took my order was polite, and the order was correct. However, the order was ready in 2 minutes, which means that the burger could not have been made when I ordered it. The entire order was lukewarm, not hot. Ran thru to grab a baked potato. I don't personally eat fast food. My kids do sometimes. If we actually eat it....I get a bean burrito from Taco Time or baked potato from Wendy's. Pretty easy items. When ordering there was no booming friendly voice...just a guy that sounded like he would rather die than be working. I've always thought Wendy's had some of the better fast-food because the vegetables are fresh and the meat isn't frozen or overly processed. This Wendy's location was recently renovated so it's clean and updated and the employees are always friendly. Unfortunately, They get my order wrong 2 out of 5 visits, though they are always apologetic and happy to fix it. They usually only wait on one car at a time in the drive through, especially if there are more than 3 cars waiting- this, of course, makes longer wait times so I wouldn't recommend going at peak hours if you are in a hurry. Three stars in spite of the issues because as long as I make sure my order is right and I'm not in a hurry, it's still a good affordable place to go. read more

I'm not understanding how it is possible for a manager to watch their new crew member facetime a friend while working the drive thru window!!!!! Macy had her air pod in one ear and drive thru head set on the other ear. Macy couldn't hear my order and made me repeat it multiple time, yet she wouldn't get off her facetime call. Then Macy failed to make sure my two items were in the bag. The store manager or assistant manager walks by and see she is on her phone and does nothing. I'm sorry but what standards are you here? Why must the customers wait and not get all there order so the crew member can facetime their friends. I'm sorry but this is totally and completely unacceptable. You as a manager need to set and example and enforce the employee handbook. Simple standards just to follow the employee handbook. All it took was one trip to the Ranch Drive-In, suggested by a terrible, terrible person who shall not ever be able to redeem himself, to remind me just how fantastic Wendy's food is. Wendy's one of my favorite chains. I love getting a Baconator (no mayo) fresh off the grill. I first stopped at this place last Summer and it was a mess. Ordered a Dave N Juicy double with NOTHING BUT BACON AND CHEESE. And I got one loaded with everything but bacon and dripping in mayo. Mayo does not belong on burgers. Mustard does not belong on burgers. If you put mayo on, I can't taste anything else. That include special sauce or whatever you choose to call it. I called and spoke to manager and they said it was a new crew and they had just taken over the place. OK fine I let it go. Went through again. Same order. Same result ! Anyway the good news is they've gotten better since then. Lately I haven't gotten order errors. They've gotten it right. Unfortunately I do get food that's made up in advance (even during busy peak times). So I always order my things with special requests. I want my baconator with no mayo and my martini shaken and stirred. Got that ? Then you get a fresh sandwich but no martinis. They don't sell those. read more

Food is typical of Wendy's. The challenge with this location is their attention to detail. Specifically, that there is very little of it. I have lived near here for 3 years now and I am yet to get what I ordered on even a single trip. If something isn't missing, then something is made wrong. I give them a chance every month or two but when we feel like Wendy's for dinner we usually drive 3x the distance to another Wendy's that can get it right. I have never set foot in this establishment, so my review is of the drive through only. The two window approach for drive-through service needs some work. The staff is quick to take your cash at window one, but you will sit for extended periods of time while listening to the kitchen staff joking back and forth. Much of the conversations that I've overheard would not have been out of place in a locker room, or after work. I will have to say that this might be the worst dining experience I have ever had. First of all the gal who serves you goes into great detail when you order about her current state of mind. Apparently she suffers from chronic insomnia due to her lack of a relationship with her mother. It has been a while since I took my elective psychology class in Junior College but I would say it is probably more due to her cigarette habit. Nicotine can wreak havoc on your nervous system. The "food" at this establishment can barely be classified as such. Thought it is edible, that is about as close of a comparison that I can make to a hamburger. After my miserable dining experience I promptly drove over to a drive-in across town and got a ranch burger to cleanse my pallet.
