Atmosphere - Not rating this as it is a drive thru.  Getting to the location is a little challenging because the way the road is in immediate area.  The front of the building faces a street that does not even provide access to the building. Food - I have a standard at pretty much all the fast food joints I like.  Wendy's it is the spicy chicken sandwich with a large fries.  Nice heat with the sandwich but not overpowering.  I know it is not the locations fault but I had something funky in the meat that I had to spit out.  Gag, thinking about it now.  That is not a normal experience with the sandwich.  The French fries were perfectly hot and not too salty. Online order. Picked up order - given vanilla frosty when I said I ordered 2 large chocolate frostys I was told "we don't have chocolate today". No explanation, no apologies. When asked why app did not mention chocolate frosty "not available " I was looked at like I had a third eye. I explained how other food apps will specify an item is not available (Panera, Arby's). The food was very average in taste. The vanilla frosty was basically warm soft serve ice cream. The north store needs better quality control and customer care. My $25.00 will be spent elsewhere for the foreseeable future. read more

Filthy work environment inside and out. Unhealthy food service. Unpaid wages. Current management is under qualified for such a role. Improper overseeing personal information/vitals/ ss# Does nothing except sit in office on cellphone FaceTime. Never set up my timecard in order to clock in/ out. Never paid any wages. Busy but clean at the peak of the lunch rush when I stopped in. A short wait at the counter to place my order with a competent register operator. It took only a few minutes for my sandwich to be prepared and my name called. Unwrapping my triple baconator (which is perfect on the keto diet after removing the buns), there was a distinct lack of bacon on it. I brought back to the front and pointed this out. The cashier confirmed the order and shouted to the kitchen to make a new one. It was done immediately. Other than that mistake, it was good. I normally do not put reviews on the web but this time I had to. Waited in line about ten minutes to order, then had to wait an additional half hour for meal and still never got it and had to walk out due to being past my allowed time for lunch and I needed to be back to work as I am an auto mechanic and already knew my next job was for a customer waiting for the job I was scheduled to do. Paid $12.79 for meal plus tax and only got a drink for that amount and I had no choice but to walk out and leave my food to be thrown out or whatever they do with it. Sorry, Wendys but it will be quite a while before I return. Plus one thing that I really don't care for is the language the employees use there. Not saying it is bad, but menus are in English, the employees obviously live here, yet they speak in a foreign language, not use exactly what it is but definitely NOT English. The line when I got there was not really long, only six people ahead of me, the gal at the counter was waiting over five minutes just to place her order and the employee took her order and the next five people, then I had to wait at least another five minutes to place my order. Got my drink cup upon ordering and went to fill it up and sat down for a few minutes and play a couple of hands of cards on my phone then went and waited up by counter with others that had ordered before and after me and just jaw jacked until 1 PM when I was supposed to be back at work, and by the way I got there at 12:14 PM while in line, number seven with six in front of me. read more

When ordering food the drive thru worker was rude I asked wht kind of sodas they have and he said coca cola and Dr pepper so I asked for wht else and he said wht kind do u want I said wht do u have and he made a sigh and said fanta sprtie so I told him fanta and bcuz he was not paying attention to wht I said I said it again I want fanta and told me if I was gonna be rude to drive off and he wouldn't take my order I asked for a manager and tried to explain the situation and te manager said u need to calm down I told him iam calm and not to tell me wht to do i asked for a manager a reason. Bcuz of employee misconduct I asked him for his name and said give eme urs first I said that's not how it works I asked for ur name and said I don't need to help u and shut the window. last night the drive thru was so slow, I sat in line for 40 mins and didn't even get to order because closed while I was in line, the car before me was the last order. They were not at all easy for the breakfast crowd. Coffee not made and line long. Also not following nationwide promotion.

This spot took to long just to give me a damn 4 for 4. It took 20 mins to give me my food.

Great deals, but most importantly, fast, friendly and very hot! I was very please by my last couple stops at Wendys.

This place was terrible. I recommend anywhere else. Food was OK when we finally got it. We watched them get 8 out of 9 orders incorrect. Food took forever to get and when we did get it.... our order was incorrect as well. Poor English from the staff made for terrible communication between guests. All of the employees have exceptional customer service. I asked them to fill my chili to the top, and with a smile they said "absolutely!" I don't get that with all the Wendy's. The food was perfect, tasty and palatably hot. I will make it my go to place when I'm in town. read more
