Overall I love the process of ordering at Which Wich! You get a bag and fill it out with what you want! Plus I love how their menu include some pictures of the sandwiches! Their fries were my favorite including the wich sauce! The wich sauce is my favorite! Plus I got to try the Buffalo chicken and Philly cheesesteak and they were both delicious! The regular size is about a 8-10 inches which I thought was plenty! Overall would recommend! Which Wich saved the day with their multiple vegan options. I got a BYO with the black bean patty and veggies in the spinach wrap. Ingredients were fresh and the wrap was filling. They have yummy salted crinkle fries if you want a little naughty with your healthy. Which Wich has a good rewards program, which earns points quickly. This place used to be top notch. Yesterday, we were really disappointed. First off the guy running the register and taking orders has zero customer service skills. He is borderline rude. The concept is unusual - instead of ordering from a person, you take one of the paper bags which has been printed with stuff and then you use one of their markers to "X" on the things you want. You want extra meat? "X it." You want cheddar or mozzarella double cheese? "X" it appropriately. All the sauces, all the veggies, just "X" it and they put it together. When you're done, write your name on the top and pay for it. Bonus points if you use something other than your own name, like Bueller or Voldemort. Double points if people laugh. Which Wich is my favorite chain sandwich shop. The decor is totally fast food, but the sandwiches and salads are special. My favorite is the Gyro. It is made with beef and lamb, and is spiced just right. Give Which Wich a try, my guess is you won't be disappointed. read more

Much more than I expected. I initially wasn't too excited about our family choosing a chain sandwich shop as a lunch option but we were pressed for time and it was near our hotel. However, the options , ingredients & quality were very good. I now wish we had one in Fargo. The order process is initially peculiar in writing your choices on a paper bag. But it ended up being efficient and makes the experience different. I had the Meatball Grinder (which was very good). My wife enjoyed her Cobb Salad Wrap, and the kids had build-your-own sandwiches. All good. I noticed they have an app where you can order ahead which would be a nice option for a less spontaneous visit like ours. If I was a local, I'd definitely use that for future visits/pickups. read more

Stopped by at this new sandwich joint today coz the logo is bright and cheerful, found out today is their soft opening, the friendly owner's family invited us in and we had some of the best sandwiches. The ordering process was similar to a lot of authentic Japanese Ramen restaurants, you pick up a pen first, then you pick up a menu that is printed on the back of a sandwich bag, put your name on and start customizing your sandwich by marking the options on the back of the sandwich bag, you then hand the cashier your sandwich bag and wait for your name to be called. The staff clip your sandwich bag on a zip line, as your sandwich bag slowly moves to the left, you know your sandwich is getting closer to you. The quality of the bread is superior, crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. I had the honor to order the first "SUPER" WICKED sandwich. It was delicious! We will definitely come back! I think it is extremely unprofessional and uninviting to come into this place around 6pm, when they close at 9pm, to chairs up on the tables like they are closed. My three stars is not because of food quality or friendliness of the staff but rather the attention to detail -- or lack thereof. Some might think it's a simple mistake, but when you order a sandwich with no tomatoes and it's marked off twice in the clever ordering bag it's frustrating when then sandwich comes and has tomatoes on it. Stopped in for the first time. Ordering was a bit overwhelming - there's a ton of options. Lots of unique options on the menu and some old classics. The "clothesline" system for tickets is neat, and my order came up quickly - especially considering they were toasted. Bread was good. Chewy but not too dense. The flavors were good for the most part. My only complaint was that one sandwich was missing ingredients (and since I ordered to-go I didn't care to go back to the store when I found out at home). Essentially I had toasty cheese bread instead of the caprece sandwich. This is a very new location and I saw many employees being coached/trained, so hopefully they'll get the kinks out of the operation soon. I'll give it a few weeks and try it again. read more

First the ordering is overwhelming. You grab a bag that has the sandwich you want and you chose the toppings on it. Whatever happened to telling the cashier I want this sandwich with no pickles?! My husband grabbed his sandwich and was like what you have to bag it yourself?! So he got the Italian and he opened it and was annoyed. Probably the worst and most uncomfortable restaurant setting I have ever been in, everything about it was just bad. I had a "specialty sandwich," which was definitely special because it was way too small for what I payed. They hide their chips below your waist and out of sight. The brown bag deal was kind of different; that part of the experience I am neutral. Too many damn workers! It scares me seeing that many behind the counter. I have eaten at Which Wich now about 6 times, and each time I tried something different and they have all been amazing. The customer service is great everyone is very friendly. I love the cool atmosphere in the store and they have great music. This is a new business and as I have read some of the other comments, as a customer in a new place we need to be patient because everything is not going to be perfect at first. So please people don't complain about petty things, this business has only been open for about 7 weeks now, they are still learning. I love Which Wich. read more
