The staff is usually friendly enough but I can't count how many times I've been to this location (in the drive thru) and I don't receive what I ordered...wrong sandwiches, forget to include a side (that happens almost every time), charged twice for what I ordered. Today I went through the drive thru and from the time I ordered to the time I received my order, it was 25 minutes. That's not "freaky fast", that's freakin' ridiculous. They've also gotten very expensive...which I'm willing to pay because I like the sandwiches but not if they can't get an order right. Poor attention to detail at this location and SUPER slow. I placed my order at 5:19pm and after a half hour no update. I called at 5:56pm to check on order and they told me they ran out of bread and were waiting for some to get out of the oven, but that it would be fresh. At this point that didn't matter. All I wanted was a sandwich for someone in the hospital and they wanted chicken/bacon/ranch. They had to make it up so the cost would be higher. I accepted that. They did not have any ranch so substituted Mayo instead which was fine. Fast and good, we ordered our lunch on their app. It was ready at the scheduled time so we could take it to go. Unwrapped, my Unwich was excellent. Made exactly as I ordered it on the app - no mayo, dijon mustard, added cucumber - it tasted delicious and was assembled so that it could be eaten cleanly. Apparently we're just not supposed to order from Jimmy John's! Half of our order was wrong. When my wife called to complain, the "manager" answered the phone by saying "sup." How professional. He said they would remake the sandwiches & they'll be on the next delivery. After waiting over an hr & calling a 2nd time, (the manager answered the phone the exact same way), it finally showed up. However, there was no knock on the door. The delivery driver opened the screen door, dropped our food and left!! Also, two of our sandwiches were wrong, but they only replaced one! Probably the best sandwich chain in Bismarck area. Love the pickles and the hot peppers you can add to your favorite sub. The only thing I do not like is the music is so darn loud and of poor sound quality. If the sound was good I would not care but it is terrible. Good place for lunch. read more

I need to amend this review. If you call in and order more than 2 subs they tell you to please order online, minus the please. So my office ordered online, we had 10 sandwiches & 7 bags of chips for a small gathering to say goodbye to a couple of temps we won't get to see for a few months. First off the delivery was late, no call this time. It was an order for over $60 and we tipped WELL since it's so cold out. He was quick to take the money and leave, when we got the box into the conference room we realized there were no chips. We called and they said he would be up in a few minutes. One of the girls had to wait at her desk for him for the duration of the "lunch" since he didn't get back until 30 minutes later. But wait, it gets better... he was still missing 2 bags of chips. Again, he dropped the box and ran. So we called back and they said they would bring the chips and hung up. They never offered a coupon or a refund with the chips. NOTHING. An hour later from the first drop off and we're still waiting for chips. On the last call she asked if we could have our money back for the chips and just leave it as a credit or SOMETHING... the response was "we don't do that, he'll be there with your chips soon" and hung up... I can't even believe I gave them such a good rating before. This was my original review where I rated them as 4 stars freaky fast delivery is right, they even called when it was going to be late. the Beach Club is good, I'm from Cali and LOVE good guacamole, this was not, it was a spread mix at best. Can't really complain, it did say guacamole spread. My only valid ND reason for not giving them 5 stars is that online it listed that they had Sprouts as an option. Love their sandwiches but their "roast beef" is somewhat brined and tasting like corned beef or a pastrami. bummer...just wanted to taste fresh pink roast beef as advertised in the Hunter's Club. Most of the meat was soft and pick and lovely. Perhaps I just had part of the 'heel' with my pink slices....was delicious anyway. And no horseraddish....HELLO! I always order online and have always gotten what I ordered. Delivery can range between 15 minutes to a half hour, I suppose it depends on the time of day. Sandwiches are pricy but huge. Definitely recommend. read more

It's a chain, so there's not much to say that isn't true of every other Jimmy Johns. I usually order delivery and it normally arrives promptly, however the specifics of my order are often ignored. This is fine when it's something minor like easy lettuce or cutting the sandwich in half, but when I order bacon or avocado spread, I'm always charged extra for it, but rarely find it on my sandwich, and the (obviously very busy) delivery person is always gone before I discover this. If you're very particular about your sandwich or like the somewhat expensive extras, I would suggest dining in or ordering from a different location. read more
