I have to review this location because it's a go to fav for the kids and it is consistent. Mind you I do mobile orders almost all the time, but the pizza is delivered hot all the time, is quick, and is dominos. I'm not saying it's a five star restaurant, but it deserves more than the ratings it has from years ago. I expect when it's very busy to take at least an hour to get my order, make it, coordinate driver (which there are limited, and deliver to my house). It's always done sooner than that, which frankly is amazing considering the logistics. I don't go inside so I can't review anything else, but if you're looking for Dominos "fast food" pizza, you will get it, and fairly quick IMO. read more

Visited Bismarck for the 1st time in June 2021 for McQuade. Stayed at a hotel and ordered from this location as our kids love pizza. The food came a little slower which I expected due to McQuades the delivery driver was nice and the food was so good! read more

I would give zero stars If I could . I made an order of more than $30 at the Dominoes pizza store(1872). I'm here in from LA. The customer service was really rude. The manager(Dalia /Darea) is really sarcastic and makes innappropriate comments. The delivery girl had a nasty attitude when handling my receipt, and did not show any good customer service at all. The order took so long that I called had to call the store manager twice. She would constantly say she doesn't know where, or when her delivery workers are getting back. We barely even touched the food. The wings were soggy, and did not taste like they were fully done. The pizza wasn't fresh, and it was cold by the time it had gotten to us. The food is as good as you're going to get at a Dominos. I've had bad Dominos and I've had good Dominos and this location is on the good end of the spectrum. I've never had them be late or mess up an order. Sometimes they'll toss me some extra sauce than what I ordered for free which is cool. They also don't burn their specialty chicken which has been an issue at other locations. If you order simple items that don't take a long time, pretty much anything other than a pizza, they're pretty quick. I've also always had really nice drivers. I've ordered quite a bit from this location as they're about a block and a half from my apartment and I've never had an issue. read more

This dominoes wouldn't even take our orders let alone even speak with us because we were at a party and there was giggling. I understand there is a rampant amount of false calls but my address frequently orders pizza and this is unacceptable service. I understand its 2am but if you close at 3am, you should be able to still deliver on your promise. The supervisor was rude and left us dumbfounded. Ordered through the web site. I double checked the order before ordering and clicked submit. It took about a minute for it to go through and we waited for delivery. When it got here two items were right but the third was not. It was suppose to be pepperoni, pineapple and extra cheese thin crust. The web site told me to call the store for them to correct it. The person that answered said they didn't have to fix it because it was online and I need to check my order before ordering (again, I did before hitting submit). I told him what I tried to order and he kept changing the pepperoni to ham. Finally got him to repeat it back correctly and hung up so they can make it. I got notification about the order only to see it say ham again. When I called back to get it corrected he said that he was doing me a favor, then proceeded to call me a "fucking liar" and idiot for not knowing how to order correctly. I had him cancel. We usually order from them at least once a week but this may be the last time. I called to order and was placed on hold. No big deal, but I changed my mind and hung up. But then I get called back an hour later and they said my pizza was ready. I told him I never ordered anything. 30 minutes later I get a 2nd call, and this time he tells me to "stop f***ing playing around with him and come pay for this pizza." Dominos delivery man after getting lost & frustrated called me a bitch. Once he found the church and didn't receive a tip he again called me a bitch yelling it across fellowship hall, in front of 38 grade school students & parents. A complaint was made with the owner who then offered free pizza. I told them that would not be necessary just an apology from the delivery guy. Dominoes owner called back, he couldn't make his driver apologize. After purchasing a minimum of 7 pizzas per month over the last 10 years we considered ourselves loyal customers..Apparently Dominoes in Bismarck & Mandan believes it's alright to have employees call their customers a bitch & not have the employee at the very least say, "I'm sorry." The kids had discussed the situation and voted on an apology rather than have the pizza guy fired. The kids thought on the situation maybe it was the Dominos pizza guy's worst day ever. We don't want him to lose his job.We would like an apology...I wish Dominos had the same good sense as our 38 kids..Truly disappointed because we love their pizza..Bad, horrible customer service..We just wanted to hear 2 words, "I'm sorry"..
