They have gluten free pizza with a somewhat decent crust, and under $20, which is why I have been a repeat customer -- but they consistently (over the past 3 years of ordering from them) undercook their pizzas, at least the GF ones. The cheese has barely melted and is still pale, the sauce is barely warmed up, nothing gets to carmelize, and it tastes kinda raw. I'm not sure if they're always in a hurry or what, but these could easily be decent pizzas if they cooked them all the way. Also, when I ordered pizza from there yesterday, I found a long red hair in my food. (My hair is neither long nor red, so I'm sure it came from the restaurant.) No thanks. As much as I love supporting local restaurants over the big chains, Domino's also does a decent gluten free crust and they cook their pizzas all the way, so I'll probably order from them instead in the future. read more

Decided to order a taco pizza as I've never had one before I was pretty excited since I love tacos. Went to pick up my pizza felt like total mayhem in the pickup area. Seemed like a zillion employees all talking and laughing which if fine whatever. Except when I got home with the pizza I lifted the lid and all I saw was brown. Upon further inspection I realized it was ground beef and nothing else. I called the store because it didn't seem right. I actually spoke to the owner who said they forgot to put on the toppings. He offered to make me another but I live outside of town and it was dark and snowing I didn't want to make the drive. I asked to be refunded he said that wasn't possible. Finally after him seeming like he didn't have a solution He offered me a gift card I agreed and went to the trouble of giving him my name address. I never did see or receive that gift card. I didn't eat that pizza I still haven't had a taco pizza and I've never been back to Bruno's pizza. People check your pizza before you leave the establishment read more

First of all...mac n cheese pizza? Mashed potato pizza? A PB&J calzone!? I'm in heaven. I opted for the PB&J calzone and it was incredible. No regrets. Embrace your inner kid and just order it. Service was fine - just a tad bit slow but we weren't in a hurry. Food came out quickly and at a perfect temperature. I placed my order online and when the website tracker said my order was done I went in. Turns out the tracker they use is just "fake" and they don't really have a button or a way to control when it says it's actually completed. So, my order wasn't even started. I waited 20 minutes for it & the special notes you can also leave on the website.. apparently they don't see that either. The wings used to be amazing and now they look and taste worse than frozen chicken nuggets covered in sauce. This place has gone down hill... if you're wanting to spend a higher price point on pizza... pick somewhere else as little caesars is 1000x better than this place. Also, it was filthy inside. Holy smokes! I wish there were pizzerias like these guys in my locale! The team at Bruno's knows how to concoct some quality cuisine! My family and I ordered the Tangler which was a scrumptious BBQ pie that's leagues beyond your typical Papa or Domino offerings and includes yummy pulled pork and fried onions. My favorite ended up being their bacon cheeseburger pie which was EXCEPTIONAL due to their choice of seasoned beef and surplus of cheeses! The least favorite pie was the Ralph which featured the inclusion of mashed potatoes in a pizza, but all in all wasn't really that bad. We just learned that mashed taters probably don't do well as a pizza sauce replacement. If you think I'm saying the pie was bad, I'm not. It's just something you probably try once to experience a different facet of life! The taters were absolutely killer and seasoned to perfection! The wings were decent and far better than anything you'd get from any of your usual chain pizzerias. I ordered a thin crust and it snaps when you bite into it They refrigerate their Parmesan cheese shakers. I have never seen anyone do that. Met the owner so decided to give it a try. Went with his suggestion on the lava Hawaiian. Glad I did. Spicy Hawaiian basically. - thin crust. Crust was excellent. Pizza was delivered hot and the delivery guy was pleasant. Price was ok/typical for this area. I haven't seen the actual store front, so can't comment, but you can sit down there and get wings/beer/pizza. Would recommend. Is my new go-to pizza now when in Bismarck for work. We waited awhile at the front for someone to acknowledge we were there and it was during a slow time. Our waitress was nice. Unfortunately one of our meals was incorrect (sauce was forgot on the baked pasta) so we sent it back for something else, and ended up waiting 15 more minutes to get it. The calzones were dry with very little sauce inside as well. When we received our bill, we were told they gave us 50% off our messed up meal - which in my opinion should have been comped considering they admitted it was wrong and then waited so long to get the right meal. Pretty cool pizza place, they offer delivery, carry out and dinning in. They have a parking lot so no need to worry about street parking. Not sure why I didn't try this place out sooner, crust on the pizza is pretty good, well seasoned and perfectly baked. They are definitely not stingy with the toppings. We ordered a 14" hand tossed supreme pizza and it had a ton of meat and veggies on it. Also had the mozzarella sticks, they were good, definitely not something that comes from a bag and into the fryer. They have a pretty good selection of beers on tap as well as bottle beers, few wine choices and pop. Have a good selection of starters, pizza, calzones, salads and deserts. Restaurant is very clean and the service is great. They make sure to come around and make sure everything is ok and refill drinks. Sat down to enjoy some quality pizza and ended up enjoying the atmosphere just as much. Disappointed in the service. Arrived at 920 pm and nobody was around. A few minutes later, a guy walks out and sees me. Does not acknowledge me and turns around to get the hostess to come out. She comes out and tells me that they have closed and I can't eat in. Only take out. This was not an option for me and they had posted hours until 10.
