You would be better off buying a .99 cent frozen pizza then ordering from this place. We ordered 5 large pizzas, burnt black, cold and they didn't even bother to cut one of them. Today was our first and last time eating Bruno's Pizza in Bismarck. We ordered: 14" triple cheese thin crust with mushrooms- no flavor what so ever. like eating cheese covered cardboard 14" Taco Pizza thin crust- so the lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese on top were fresh; however, the crust, hamburger and cheese on bottom looked like it was a left over hamburger pizza from lunch they reheated and put toppings on. Absolutely terrible! For what we paid for this, $50+, I honestly feel cheated. The only reason they get two stars is that the parmbites were quite good. We had never had Bruno's before and thought we would give it a try, so disappointed. read more

The pizza is really good. Lots of interesting combinations to try on the menu. We have had both the hand tossed and thin and enjoyed both. The parm bites and cinnamon bites are very good. Now saying that; our service there has been lackluster. The first time our cinnamon bites were missed and we waited about 20 minutes for them. There was only one other table in the restaurant. Our second time we received our food without a huge wait so that was a plus. But never asked if needed refills until the bill was brought. Our 3rd time we met people who had ordered wings 20-30 minutes before we got there. We did not get them until about 5 minutes after we got there. So 25-35 minute wait for wings. We ordered 2 pizzas and after 45 minutes of waiting flagged down a different server (ours never walked by again after taking pizza order) the sever we flagged down walked away and it took another 10 minutes for our server to come and say our pizzas had not been entered in. We were late for evening plans and had to go out without eating anything. There was very little apology given by the staff. We decided to give another chance and with ordering a pizza with an alteration and parm bites for right away. After 20 minutes we were told that our parm bites were missed. Then our Pizza came out with the topping we asked not to be on it. Our Pizza was then remade and came out slightly before the parm bites. Every order that has been messed/delayed up has had money taken off the bill but that doesn't make up for the delays or in one case not being able to eat at all. With all the mistakes eating in we are not willing to give delivery a try and are not sure if we are willing to give dine in one more chance. read more

Wow so gross!! I love pizza, and can usually find something good about any of it. But we are stuck here in a storm, so ordered pizza in so we could have lunch and dinner. It's truly the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust is gummy, sauce has no flavor, and the cheese is waxy and undercooked. They didn't send the dipping sauces we paid for, and we got two horrid pizzas for $50. We each had a piece and threw them away. Such a waste, but they are truly inedible. read more

Second time eating here and had the same pizza both times. The pizza was called the marauder it had taco meat, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon with a special sauce and was very delicious. The service was great the waitress came back several time during our time there and was very nice. We ordered bread sticks and pizza sticks as appetizers and the came out very fast and the pizza was also made very quick. Will be going back again that's for sure. read more

Stopped in yesterday with a couple of our grandchildren. Lot's of selections and varieties which is great. Problem was we ordered some pizza, a calzone, and 2 children's wing orders and about 10 minutes after we placed our order the waitress reappeared and said they had 50 pizza orders going in the oven. There weren't 10 tables being used in the restaurant so the bulk of those orders had to be pick-up or delivery. Needless to say there was quite a wait for our food to arrive. It was hot and tasty and prices are very fair. Just don't like it when phone-in orders take priority over customers who take the time to drive to a place and eat in. Will eat there again, but will certainly ask if there are takeout/pickup orders that could delay our meals! read more

When I reminded our waitress that we were ready to order, she laughed and said she forgot about us, I think she was stoned. Recently started ordering the gf pizza and it's a little small, but I know most places that make gf pizza only make it in one size, so I can't really complain there. Bismarck is a pizza eating connoisseur's delight! My husband and I went looking for a pizza place serving by the slice. Bruno's, like most pizza joints in Bismarck, serve slices only at lunch. We shared a 12 inch hand tossed half cheese and jalapeño chicken. A decent pizza if you like a thicker crust. Wait staff were very accommodating since we changed our to go order and dined in. My dad had the bacon cheeseburger on his half and he said that he thought it was good, I had the taco on my half and I thought it was okay. Nothing that I would order again though.
