To start, the first time eating there we ordered a pizza and we thought it was fantastic. We had great service and good quality food. First try was a 5 star for use. Now, the second time going was not as pleasant of an experience. Service was slow but not terrible to start with. We ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta and also a chicken bacon ranch sub. Looks wise it looked delicious but at first bite we quickly discovered that the chicken used in both dishes was extremely rancid. You could tell it had been heated and cooled many times. It had a strong flavor of the inside of a refrigerator. We ended up having to remove all the chicken pieces just to eat. At this point our server had all but avoided us and wouldn't even come back to ask if we needed refills on our drinks even though there was only one other table with customers. We had to go to the till and ask for our bill. With that all being said I will definitely go back for pizza that does not include chicken on it but other than that I will not try anything else with chicken on it. read more

Ordered two pizzas to go. Yes, they were busy and we waited 30 minutes. I needed no garlic on mine and requested so, came with garlic all over the pizza. Both our crusts were burnt around the edges and impossible to eat. I had a wheat free crust - hard as a rock and thin as paper. Terrible Pizza. read more

Food - we orders the Apollo pizza and side Caesar salad. Pizza was delicious, croutons in the salad were pretty tough. Over all the food was great. Service - we were greeted right away, Jaden was our server, we didn't have to wait for him. He took our drink order quick, delivered the drinks quick, took our order quick, deliver our food quick and checked us out quick. Over all the service was great. Alway fun to find a new restaurant, especially in the time of COVID. They are still working some of the kinks out, but there's no denying the flavors here are something to write home about. All of the pizzas are named after Roman gods and goddesses, which was really cute. The artisan crust has a nice chew, and the ingredients are fresh and unusual. RL had the "Juno" with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, roasted garlic, and a basil pesto sauce. I had the "Mars" with grape tomatoes, wild mushrooms, and fennel sausage, also with a basil pesto sauce. RB had the "Mercury" with pepperoni, fennel sausage , ricotta cheese, a 3-cheese blend and a red sauce. They also have a small beer and wine list, that even includes several draft beers from local craft breweries. We weren't thrilled with the lemon blueberry cannoli, but everything else was fabulous! The service was very friendly, albeit a little bit slow, but I'm chalking that up to this being only their second week of operation. read more

I had the stuffed mushrooms, fried ravioli, and the truffle Mac&Cheese. The stuffed mushrooms were great! I wasn't sure because I think they were served with pickled onions, which I love but I never thought about it with stuffed mushrooms. Some of the best I ever had! The fried ravioli was amazing! I don't think anyone could mess that up. The pasta was good but not my favorite. I don't think I have a taste for truffle oil. I still ate the whole thing. read more

I'm giving this place a good rating, though our pizza was just okay. We had the Diana, and the chorizo sausage just didn't fit with the rest of the pizza--in my opinion. But I like places that try different combinations (not just the same old pepperoni or Hawaiian), so I'd be glad to give this another try. Y'all I cannot get over how AMAZING this pizza was! The server was very friendly, and attentive, just a little slow to come to the table. But the pizza MORE THAN made up for it. Oh my gosh it was so good. We just had pepperoni pizza which they topped with FRESHLY grated Parmesan. Two slices for only $7 or two slices and a drink for $8. And super Covid friendly, they have a barcode on their receipt you can use your camera to pay! No card exchange. Very tech forward. All around an amazing experience. Absolutely delightful experience! Other than fairly long wait times to order and pay (we didn't mind), this place was perfection! The staff was so nice and truly seemed to believe it when they said the food was excellent. They weren't wrong! One of our servers said they have delicious food and large portions and they were very right. We ate here the evening of October 16 and we had two younger male wait staff - we never got their names but whoever they are, they were some of the best servers we have ever met. So friendly and pleasant and willing to joke around. For food, we got the spinach salad with goat cheese etc and that was intense but wonderful! We got the cheese ravioli which was great. And we tried three appetizers: fried provolone, French fries, and a cheese dip with little puffed pizza crusts for dipping. We loved every bit! And for dessert, an incredible raspberry donut cheesecake. And it literally tasted like a raspberry donut crossed with cheesecake - the best thing of the evening! We are from the East Coast and was looking for a good pizza place in Bismarck and we found a fabulous place called Amici's Pizza. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly but the pizza was the star of the show. Light and crispy excellent balance of delicious red sauce and cheese. Yummy!! The Caesar salad was so tasteful with the lightest, freshest taste. We really lucked out finding this place and was so happy after a long day of driving to enjoy our meal with a Peroni beer and delicious food. We highly recommend this pizzeria read more

I'm not from Bismarck and don't know how long this place has been open, but it feels like a spot that's just getting started and it has a lot of potential. We made a pizza with sausage, goat cheese and jalapeno and it was very good. The ingredients tasted fresh and the jalapenos were even grilled and quite spicy. My biggest complaint was the crust,which was paper thin and more like a cracker, however, I think they have other crust options. I think this place has potential and will be great in time read more
