We visited on New Year's Eve. When we entered, the screens were black, but found menus laying around. We eventually found the separate menu that had smoothies on them. My husband asked what was in the non-whey protein that they added. The lady at the till basically said "I don't know, it's a new thing," and left it at that. We waited over 20 minutes for 3 smoothies and a juice. We ordered a Green Machine, chocolate smoothie, and mango smoothie. They all tasted exactly the same--just tasted like straight whey. My daughter's juice was already separated when she got it, and it was super chunky--more like a smoothie with too much water. The place gave the vibe that no one really wanted [us] to be there. I would give this place a 3 1/2. We ate there last year and it was better than our experience this year. Is a health food restaurant and has a menu accordingly. I had a breakfast sandwich which was bland and not something I would buy again. My husband had the bison burger and thought it was fine. We had better service and better food a year ago. The food was just not my vibe. But if you are into protein shakes and eating clean it would be for you. Not much flavor in my bowl. However the skin protein drink did have great flavor. The people at the front counter were very helpful. Although being my first time their I was not sure of the routine. When your # comes up it is up to you to go get it. They should say "# your order is up please come get your order?" We were left to try figure out what was going on. A bit confusing for first timers. read more

Protein house is a chain and I'm from Vegas and we have one there. It used to be good and attention to detail used to be prevalent but doesn't seem that way anymore. Ordered a the Oriental chicken in a veggie and a steak bowl. The steak bowl was the better value then the wrap, but both were meh. The dinning/order area seemed clean,,,,but The service,,,well how complicated could this order be, but we could've probably gone to CB next door and been out the door in close to the same time. 30-35 for the order to be finished and there was 5 staff members on board. I have been trying one by one off of the food menu so far I would Highly recommend all of these items omelettes, anything with the turkey burger , the bison burger is phenomenal , I always get a titan shot and a gut healing juice out of this world good . I guess they're still working out the kinks... The service was fine, although there were several young workers simply standing around doing nothing. Floors were dirty, garbages and dish tubs full. When ordering, I was not able to get exactly what I wanted (turmeric rice) as it was "too hard to put into the computer." The food arrived hot and really was tasty, but the kids' chocolate chip pancakes had NO chips, and 3 of the orders were missing the fruit that the menu says is included.
