Rip off.... Complete and entire rip off. 90% of the meal is their old severely over cooked rice with the purred oil beans. They give you no meat what so ever and can't even deliver like warm food..... nothing was as advertised, portions were a rip off and I would have been more satisfied wasting my money at Taco Bell then this poor excuse of a restaurant that couldn't get a single item correct.... The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the food was delicious. The guacamole is made table side. They're very generous with the complimentary salsa and chips. The portions are big so you will definitely get two meals from an order. The Mexican rice is good. Fajitas were good. Tacos were great too. Ambiance is casual with music playing. read more

Food was fine but the service was poor. Went to celebrate my brother's birthday. We stayed 90 minutes which made our server furious. She came over and started harassing to leave or buy a second meal. Came every couple of minutes. Ruined the birthday celebration. I wouldn't have thought 90 minutes was overly long. If you go, plan to gobble down your food and get out as quick as you can. read more

Let me start by saying their food is great. Its probably my favorite place to get birra tacos or fajitas with my girlfriend. I went there to dine in for the first time and I have some gripes. When they come to your table as ask if you want guacamole, its not on the house. I suppose I shouldnt have assumed it was free, however they didn't mention that it costed money and came out with the free chips and salsa. It wasnt until after I got the menu that I saw that it costed me 12 dollars. We ordered the deluxe fajitas for two, and when brought it to us it was "loaded," which is an upcharge that I didnt ask for. Honestly I was fine with it and its not that much more, but on top of already being pissed about the expensive guac It kinda soiled my evening. I was hungry for steak and decided to order it here. I was skeptical to order steak at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the ribeye with the shrimp skewer and was very impressed! It was as good as any I've ever had and the shrimp excellent. My wife had the Blanco Fajita Burrito and loved it. We had the Guacamole made at the table with chips and salsa. Everything was fantastic including our waiter. I recommend you go early if you don't like waiting but still wait or not, it's great. read more

June 28, 2025 This restaurant is right in the same parking area as out hotel. We have often wondered what it was like so decided to go in. We got right in and the place was packed!! You would never have known that by looking at the restaurant from the outside. It was very nice and clean and had a wonderful ambience. Delicious Mexican food! Came here on a Tuesday night and there was a pretty decent turnout. Arrived and only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. My table started with the guacamole which is made fresh in front of you. I ordered a house margarita as my drink and the portion was massive. My main dish was the steak tacos which were well marinated and paired well with both salsas. Overall, a great experience from the ambiance, amount of TV's, space from table to table, service speed, and prices. Definitely worth a visit anytime you're in the area. read more

Asked for lemon in our waters and didn't get any without asking a second time. Waitress took our order without writing it down. He asked for a wet burritos with queso and shredded beef. Got shredded beef in a tortilla no extras in it like stated on menu and has red sauce that tasted like spaghetti sauce on top not queso. Send it back and they just attempted to scrape red sauce off and poured queso over it then sides were cold. Not acceptable needed to remake it right. Had fish tacos and they were good with mahi mahi. Had a pina colada and it was good. Road to restaurant has huge potholes in the middle of it. Won't go back again! Not impressed! read more

We stopped here while visiting my sister and brother-in-law and really enjoyed the food. The first thing we enjoyed were the chips and salsa (see picture) - the chips were fresh and crispy and the salsa was thick and tasty. The only thing I wouldn't recommend from the evening was the mezcal drink in the new menu (see picture...can't remember the name). I love mezcal, but this drink was not good. For the meal, my wife had the Parrillada (see picture) and we both enjoyed it. I ordered the Chicken Street Tacos (see picture) and thought they were delicious - small (easy to eat) & tasty. Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants I've been to - you won't regret a stop here. The only knock on the menu...no desserts other than the homemade churros (which were quite expensive). I was walking out and I hit a balloon on the way out being playful. I heard one of your severs call me a coño ( pus*y or fa**ot in Spanish).I did not think much of it. Till my friend who knows Spanish informed me of what had transpired. That is extremely disrespectful. Some people in Bismarck might not understand Spanish or know what is being said. But regardless it is extremely disrespectful to say. Customers should be treated with respect not degraded. Within walking distance of our hotel was this really great Mexican restaurant. Normally, you'd expect the standard American/Mexican version, but this seemed a bit more authentic than most. We'd tried coming the previous day, but it was way too crowded with a long wait, so we opted for a different time. We came fairly late the next day, and the wait wasn't nearly as long. The margaritas were great , the menu was extensive, the live guacamole table was really good, and the meal was fabulous. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner last night with my spouse. I had a reposado margarita and my spouse had the house margarita. Then we saw the guacamole station! It's wonderful! We ordered everything they put into the mix and were impressed. They even had extra jalapeño on the side to make it spicier. Lastly we ordered the carnitas with added chile verde. Again we were impressed. The pork was tender, the spice yummy, and a little bit of salsa added to the wrap made the meal perfect! Such a delightful restaurant. Decent Mexican place. Went w a large party on a Sunday evening but even small parties were 30-45 min wait. We got a lot of diff things. Overall the food was good. I liked the art and overall place. The server was very hard to hear and overall the place is noisy. The coolest thing was a lady that walked through and made fresh salsa for guests. We ordered a variety of dishes as a party of 4 & were pretty sure we'd need more guac, or one of us would starve. We did not need more, trust your servers. They know best. The meal portions were big. I don't think any of us finished & there was even about a teaspoon of guacamole left. We all greatly enjoyed this stop & were unanimous that we'd come again. I visited a friend in Bismarck and this is one of her favorites, so we went there. She said it was always busy and she wasn't kidding. We went in the middle of the week, the parking lot was packed, and there was about a 20 minute wait. That's always a good sign that it's a good place. Nice to have a new Mexican restaurant in Bismarck. We were greeted by an adorable hostess (I think she was about 12), and shown to a nice booth. The restaurant was full, but not crowded, and our server was there almost before we sat down. The chips were warm and crisp, and the salsa was definitely home made. We ordered adult beverages, and before we even had time to take a sip, our entrees had arrived. The chicken chimichanga and carnitas enchiladas suizas were huge portions and pretty tasty. Guacamole cart arrived right after chips and salsa, worth the 11$ for an ample bowl of custom dip made to order right in front of you, You call the ingredients. Chips were warm, salsa delivered in a small carafe, with individual dipping bowls(nice). Cilantro usage was right on spot, not spicy, but flavorful. Opt for the draft amber Dos Equis , 7$ gets you a large 22 oz? Beer! Enchiladas (one shredded beef, one carnitas) smothered in tomatillo sauce, both meats were very good. Mahi fish tacos were loaded with fish and tender. Rice and beans and picante on side rounded out the plate. Service was outstanding, very attentive and warm and friendly!
