First, there were no menu items that signal authentic Mexican food (e.g., mole, menudo, chilaquiles, etc.). So it's very Americanized Mexican food. The chicken in my enchilada and RL's chimichanga was dry. The spices in the chimichanga and the enchiladas were almost nonexistent.
