The food here is pretty decent. Usually don't have any issue with quality. The drive thru is the reason I deducted a star. They'll still be open and ignore the drive thru, or the line is so long you are waiting 30mins to order. Anyway, the main reason I'm leaving this review is for their new Strawberry Salad. My dad got it for dinner tonight. He's 78 and his favorite thing to eat is salads. Well, he was so excited to tell me tonight that the salad he got from Wendy's for dinner was literally the best salad he's ever had. And that's saying something. He said it was just so delicious. 04/18/26 i ordered online delivery through grubhub. the order took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. it was ice cold. it was missing 3 items and 1 of the items i did receive was wrong. i have had this happen before. i should have known better than to order from this place again. i have absolutely no incentive to ever use this store again. i tried calling the store but of course no one answered. well, they got my money for the very last time. they may not understand their wages and salaries come from the paying customers and not some magic money tree. good luck with the lousy service. let;s see how that works out for you all. read more

My 5-star review maybe too good to be true for a fast food chain but we visit this branch at least twice a month for almost a decade. Never had I experienced a missing order nor a squished-looking burger/sandwich, maybe a few miss on spoon for the chili or napkins, but nothing too serious (like one time in a different branch we were served a half-way cooked chicken, literally pink in the middle like a steak). Employees range from friendly to so-so but never rude! Lots of parking space, clean inside, could do better with making the drive-thru line faster though. read more

Very nice visit. I'd stopped at the Timonium Wendy's last week and for the first time ever tried their breakfast, and enjoyed it, so when I was nearby Sunday morning I stopped at this Parkville location, and it was even better. For some reason, waiting at the drivethru bothers me more than waiting inside, even if it's the same amount of time, and I know making the food fresh normally means Wendy's has wait time, so I parked and went in. Plenty of windows, very bright and neat inside, and there was even a section with cushioned chairs near a screen, a more comfortable seat while I was waiting. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Swiss Croissant and a 2 for $3 pairing, egg and cheese english muffin and sausage biscuit. The biscuit was even better than the other Wendy's, soft and rich, and the croissant was delicious. The eggs actually seemed to be real eggs, or if not they tasted just as good, and appeared fried. (Last time I got a breakfast sandwich somewhere else I think they added water to the scrambled eggs to stretch it further, or else it was bad fake eggs, but it made a watery, spongy yellow patty with no flavor.) I didn't think I'd like the Swiss cheese sauce in the croissant sandwich as much as I did, but it was very nice, and though the bacon was small pieces it was tasty and there was enough of it. The english muffin was plain, next time I'd get a biscuit for both, and I admit I took the sausage to add to the egg muffin, and ate the rest of that warm buttery biscuit by itself. The guy who took my order was pleasant. I did say dine-in but got my sandwiches in a bag, but not a big deal. I wouldn't go here when I was in a rush because the wait time was a bit long, but I'll be going back. The other location's strawberry lemonade was great, I want to try it here too. read more

This is the wooooorsst fast food location in the area, out of any company. The wait times in the drive thru or in store can be up to 45 minutes, because they are severely understaffed or dont know what theyre doing. Ive waited in the drive thru before for 20 minutes before finally reaching the box, and they say they aren't accepting more orders. Itd be fine if it was a one time thing but this is a consistent problem at this location. They need to put a traffic cone in the drive thru if they cant take more orders and stop wasting peoples time. 100% go to the location up the road everytime instead, this one will always frustrate you. The business we received had nothing to do with COVID, this place is well staffed but thanks for that useless tip YELP! Drive up to a fairly newly renovated, possibly just renovated, store for the system to not be working. The faint voice was barely heard, we needed a few minutes to decide with kids. So when we are ready, and stated the same to the speaker, the faint voice goes in and out. I say that I cannot hear, and the voice becomes real clear and loud as hell, "That's what I was trying to say..." and the 'system' was down but we can go inside to place the order. Definitely NOT the mask, loud and clear!!! The attitudes were awful and I was uncomfortable but hungry with starving kids. I was the first in line cuz no one was in front of me came when I came in. Then people started rolling in. One order was being taken at the window, finally get drinks and bring them outside to the car- almost got hit by a car speeding around the drive thru cuz the 'system' wasn't working. Go back inside and there is another car at the window, possibly ordering. No pretzel buns, asked for the other half of the order for 5 people, had to explain my order just to remind it was mine in their hand, all while not sure they got the correct order in the first place. Finally, I had to reach all the way across the counter to get my food, either the server had T-Rex arms or no manners to hand me my food. Confusing to say the least. Disgusting attitudes all around. The Wendys at 3001 East Joppa Rd. in Parkville Maryland needs security. On many days of the week there are male customers who come in and harass the female cashiers. They start arguments on purpose and then continue to come in on other days of the week to repeat the process again. So we went to the drive thru once we did our order through mobile and the guy asked to take our order and didn't mention they were only taking mobile orders. Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews, every time hubby and I stop by for lunch the food is fresh and piping hot (fyi whiners, fast food is cooked in grease, go to pit beef stand if you have issues with that). The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they wait till they see you walk in the door before starting your mobile order to ensure your food is hot when they hand it to you. The dining room is always clean and free of trash or crumbs, there's always a staff member cleaning tables and they actually ask if you enjoyed your meal and offer to get you drink refills. read more
