Parking here is terrible, drive thru line backs up frequently during lunch, and lots of cars from Chick Fil A next door. Service is quick, but the food quality is low. I was on my way back from a doctor's appointment and wanted to grab lunch. I was the only one in the drive thru when I was told by a woman with a thick accent to please wait. I waited for almost 5 minutes and was about to leave when she came back to take my order. She was very nice and professional. The one thing I can never figure out is if you have someone who has a thick accent, why would have them work the drive thru? I understand that everyone needs a job and might be the luck of the draw that she was working the windows. It would be more efficient for the drive thru if you could have someone who can speak clearly. I get to the window and my food was ready, which was nice. The fries were soggy and the chicken sandwich I got was hot, but had too much ranch sauce where it went everywhere as I took a bite. You figure if I am going to pay over $7 for a meal, it should not look like it came from the kids menu. I would have given them more stars if they did not make me wait with no one else in line and the woman working the drive thru was not so hard to understand. read more

This Wendy's sports the latest trendy store design the franchise is rolling out nationwide. Flat panel TVs and menus along with leather chairs and booths. The store was relatively clean. Staff was friendly and food was good and delivered timely. If you're Hispanic you'll particularly like the fact that the TVs are spanish-speaking only. I frequent this Wendy's probably once every week or so. It's a convenient go-between from my office to Fry's on my lunch hour. It's a perfectly adequate Wendy's.. that is to say that the staff is friendly, the place is clean and the food is in line with expectations. It's a Wendy's afterall. So, while I wouldn't quite recommend it for date night or a rehearsal dinner, it's plenty acceptable for grabbing a quick lunch or dinner on your way somewhere else. BR read more

Finally decided to write a review. They consistently get orders wrong in the drive through to the point where now it almost seems like they are doing it on purpose. How do you mistake a strawberry salad for a BBQ ranch salad. It showed up on the screen correctly. Where did you go wrong? How do you put "no tomato no ketchup" on BOTH sandwiches on the screen yet put them on the sandwiches anyway. (allergies to tomato. thanks). Does spicy chicken sandwich suddenly translate to fish fillet? I guess it does. My friend has a service dog that can get the right drinks and food out of the fridge for her on command. Atmosphere Surprisingly nice. I normally avoid Wendy's like the plague but decided to pop into this one after it's recent remodel. It's very nice and clean inside, almost cozy. Very contemporary design. Menus are now on screens. Chairs were very comfortable and tables were nice. I can honestly say it's the "nicest" fast food restaurant I've walked into so far. Service As non-existent as ever, take your order and give you your order, voila. Food Quite good, we both got the special. He got the bacon cheeseburger on ciabatta bread and I got a chicken sandwich. Both were very good as were the fries. Price Cheap. Not McDonalds cheap but still cheap. Overall Experience here was actually quite good. I may even pop in again at some point as this experience was hands down the best experience I've had at a Wendy's. read more

This location seems to be getting worse by the day. Normally small stuff the mess up on and lack customer service. My last issue took the cake no pun intended. Ordered a 2 Grilled Chicken Wraps with no lettuece from the drive thru as I was heading to work. Normally they have a average wait time i would guess with about 4-5 cars when i go thru. Once I got to work few minutes after getting my order I started to eat my food. First bite I was in shock. They added the wrong sauce to the wrap. Caught me a bit by surprise. I was already at work and didnt have time to go back and complain to the Manager if they had one available. Overall in the Austin area Wendys in general has been going downtown. My best advice is go next door to the Chick Fil A and get better service. This is another location that needs to be shut down and retrained... but Overall I am thinking its more of a district or area manager that needs to be retrained.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!My daughter and I came through the drive thru for a simple bacon fries and burger. The drive thru employee IAN was extremely RUDE and short with us from the start!! When I corrected my order IAN said "Well that's Not what you said!!" IAN was extremely argumentative towards us so I decided not to take the food the manager Maria came and compt our food but IAN continued to be rude and say he did not care because he was leaving in 2 days. Just had The fresh mozzarella chicken salad with basil pesto and vinaigrette dressing and it was terrific! To be able to drive through and get such a good nourishing salad is amazing and I want to thank Wendy's for offering such good food. To be honest, usually I drive through there and eat the burgers (without the buns) but I decided to try salad this time thru and was not disappointed. Recently went through the drive through for lunch. I was starving after working from the crack of dawn. I decided to go to Wendy's because I wanted their chili, a good option for less calories. Literally ask for my food fresh everytime I go. Don't ask a fast food worker to put barbecue sauce on a burger instead of special sauce. And never, ever, ever, try to get a fast food worker at this Wendy's to leave the so-called cheese off a single burger. It's not happening. Leave the gooey, mayonnaise-rich sauce off? Not happening either. Okay. So, if I really wanted to be healthy I would avoid this noxious, high-fat den of nutritional deficit that is called good only in comparison to other burger chains. But, I love fast food. I am a fifties girl with a waist to match. Still, how hard is it to make a single with tomato, mustard and onion? They couldn't do it in three visits. My complaints about a wrong orders seemed to amuse or confuse the workers depending on temperament and ability. The last sandwich was so soupy with sauce and processed, liquid cheese that the bun dissolved. Since I eat while driving, it was delightful. Enough is enough. As this is before rush hour I didn't expect problems so I didn't check the bag befor I left. 10 minutes later when I got home, gave my wife the order and there was 1 burger not 2 and the fries and burger were cold. Tried calling the store and got a answering machine. Called again 20 minutes later, same thing. Called an hour after order and was eating after my wife made dinner she shouldn't have had to make and got the answering machine. Texted corporate and was told that someone would call. Next day after talking to corporate again they called 18 hours after the problem. My job requires me to eat out everyday for lunch (truck driver) today I decided to stop at this particular Wendy's at 12:38pm ordered a baconator combo which was listed at $5.38 on their board, when i made my order it came out to $7.79, (asked for receipt) that was a problem on its own at least two minutes for the guy to figure that out. The receipt was surprisingly easy to read baconator combo $6.20 Lg. drink .99 Tax .60 so I made a foolish attempt to explain to the guy that they mischarged me .82 on the combo $6.20 vs $5.38 I upsized that was the .99. No shit I might as well been trying to explain the theory of realativity to this dude, he gets upset and called a manager when I tried to explain this cat tells me where you getting this $5.38 from I pointed to the menu above his head, without hesitation he looks and says "well the boards wrong" that was it! no im sorry sir, no we made a mistake, nothing that was it. I would of took 10 min. out of my day to punch the s++t out of the guy but I care about being on time for my customers, so I just took my bag and left, but you know how shit eats at you all day for somthing miniscule? I have no problem with the food at Wendy's. I have a problem with not getting what I ordered, twice in one month...and getting poor customer service. My friend had a bad day and wasn't feeling well, and really, REALLY wanted a bacon cheeseburger. I went to Wendy's and ordered it just the way she liked it...no mayo, no tomatoes, extra pickles and extra bacon. When I got home and we opened the bag, we got a plain burger with nothing but a piece of lettuce. Conveniently, there was no receipt....so we looked up their number and called to complain, as a similar incident has happened from this location before. The manager said they'd redo the order for free, so back I went. The manager redid it, and got the bacon right but still left off the pickles. I asked her very nicely to put pickles on it. She looked at me with a baffled look and told me: "This burger doesn't come with pickles". I said "But we ordered pickles." She actually argued with me and gave me a rude look, then begrudgingly added pickles. Part of my own job is customer service, and I take pride in doing it well. I did not order that sandwich or the fries, we had a completely different meal ordered, but they didn't get anything in the order right. When I called I was told I took the wrong order. This place can NOT get a side Caesar salad right at all. I have ordered a side Caesar salad by itself or with other items. I have odered it during lunch time, dinner &late night. They will give me a garden salad or it doesn't get but in the bag. This is the only Wendy's that this happens to. So when you bring it up to the manager. She doesn't care. There is no apologies. First, I really like Wendy's food. In my opinion, it's far better than most fast food. However, on Sunday I went in, stood at the counter and was ignored for a really long time. Long enough so that the car that pulled in behind me ordered through the drive thru and left before I was even acknowledged. I know the counter is set up a little weird at this location so you can't always see the customer at the register but, c'mon. This is the Wendy's closest to my house. It is always a mediocre experience as far as the service. The food is usually good quality for fast food. However today I had a very frustrating experience & not one staff member seemed to be apologetic or concerned. First I waited in the drive thru line for several minutes - I ended up going inside because it had been 10+ minutes of waiting after I ordered & I was still 2 cars behind from the window. I waited another 5 minutes, received my food & left. When I got to the car, we checked our bags & our food was incorrect. Very frustrating! I went back in & explained that our food was not correct- they tried to tell me that I did in fact order burgers when I knew that I ordered chicken sandwiches! I had to wait another 5 minutes for our correct order. No one was polite, apologetic, or empathetic. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received.
