June 17th 10am i came in and was greeted by a hard working employee. He put alot of effort into cleaning the place! When my group made a mess he was helpful even though he just cleaned it. He went on break and people in my group wanted him to eat with us! He was attentive on break and got us our mobile order as soon as he knew we were waiting. I asked him his name and he was proud to tell me his name was Chris. He was a exemplary employee based on character and ethic. (Leaving this review is unlike me, i don't believe i have ever witnessed this in any establishment) Although i didn't leave him a tip i hope this finds its way back to him! I wish I read the reviews before stopping here. I was driving from MD to DE and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat. Once I pulled into the restaurant's parking lot, I pulled into a spot to start my mobile order. I would've done it earlier in my drive, but some Wendy's locations start to make the order immediately instead of waiting until I get to the intercom to confirm I've arrived. I ordered a pretzel baconator combo, crispy chicken biggie bag meal, and the new saucy nuggs to try. When I pulled around there was already another car waiting at the window. I waited 5 minutes before they were given their order and pulled off. I was given the two frostys that came with my meal, then waited 5 minutes before they told me my order wasn't ready yet and I needed to pull off to the mobile order parking area, and I did just that. While being parked I kept looking in the rear view mirror to see if the car behind me in line received their food. After 20 minutes, they got their food and drove off. I decided to call the store to remind them that I had a mobile order and was still waiting in the parking lot for my order. The person on the other end of the line apologized, and confirmed that I made the mobile order more than 30 minutes ago and the delay was due to staff shift change. He promised to make my order himself and that they would throw in a complimentary 20 piece saucy nuggs.I also received two extra frostys. By the time I drove away from the restaurant I waited 40 minutes for my food. In that time I could've almost made it to my final destination. I did appreciate the super hot food and complimentary additions to my order, but not enough to ignore the inconvenience of waiting so long at a "fast" food restaurant and to bump this review up to two stars. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Decided to give them one more chance, big mistake. Ordered a taco salad along with some other items. Salad had green/black corn on it , I didn't get the chips, salsa or sour cream. Opened the chili and almost gagged from the smell. Slow! It took 22 minutes from the time I placed my order at the kiosk until I got my single burger, small fry and drink, and I had to ask them to give me the drink cup as the most people here. If I could give this Wendy's zero stars, I definitely would. I usually order the same thing every time, a Junior Double Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. This deal includes fries, nuggets, burger, and your choice of drink. For $5, this deal can't be beat. I knew something was wrong about this place when there was drunk people throwing bottles out of their car outside of this fast food chain and that was just the start. To order three biggie bags at the drive-thru, the lady took five minutes and all meals were almost identical. Then, we pull up to the window and the employee says one minute. I think she meant 15 because all our food came back 15 minutes later. I knew I had to rate this restaurant but I've never given one star. Driving back home, we realize there were no chicken nuggets for any of the three of us which the nuggets are the best part. I am extremely disappointed in Wendy's. read more

I would give this location zero stars if I could and here's why! You are sitting in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes waiting to get to the speaker and then once there someone comes on the mic and says I'll be with you in a moment and it takes another 10 minutes (it is said with an attitude in a manner as if you are bothering them). These types of actions are not conducive to fast food restaurants. Once your order is taken, the person on the other end of the speaker has no customer service skills, attempts to rush the order, is rude and does not want to ensure your order is correct...this is evidenced by the fact I attempted to ensure my order was correct because what was on the screen was not what I ordered. I live close to this Wendy's location and I have been in the area for about maybe 2 years and I have been to this location maybe four to five times with this being my fifth time. I say this to say that at each time I thought my experience would be different because I arrived at different times of the day for each visit and it has been confirmed that this location presents Wendy's in a very very bad light because nothing has changed and the experience has always been the same. I forgot to mention that cars would leave the drive-thru line on many occasions because it would take so long to place an order. I must admit that I have left the drive thru once before as well. Here is where I am with this location: I have made an active decision to never attempt to order from this location again! If you are ever in this area and you want Wendy's, please drive to another location because I am confident you will not be satisfied and your experience will be the same as mine. We love Wendy's - but there should be a zero option for this Wendy's location. I don't say it lightly when I say this place should be shut down. The service was slow - but that's okay. The problems started when they put my order in wrong originally and fixed it but did not provide a receipt (two breakfast sandwiches for close to 20 dollars). They then gave me an order where the employee dug her hands in the bag in front of me (clearly unwashed since she just touched the door to the outside), fortunately I noticed it was the incorrect order so I was able to return it. After about 20 minutes I received the correct order. One sandwich had a mysterious substance/sauce on it - which was not part of the order. The breakfast potatoes had a hair in it. And lastly the English muffin was hard as a rock. I would have requested a refund however, I do not trust that they would know how to handle that. My best option was to just leave and hopefully prevent others from enduring the same thing. If you want good service and food, go to the nearby Taco Bell. read more

This is the worst wendy's I've ever been too. Let me list the ways they fail hard: 1) food is always cold. I'm not sure how, but.you can see them cook it, and you still get it cold. 2) order correctness is not a detail they strive for. 3) thier service timer. You're no longer allowed to sit in from of the window and wait for food. You're asked to move to a parking spot or to pull forward, and they get very vocal about you moving so they can keep thier service times low. 4) they've got to actively be on drugs. Isa Fact #45: Driving 2 hours on the highway makes me crave fast food. We decided to skip the awful and overpriced rest stops, exited the highway and came to this Wendy's. It was one of the best decisions we made that night. Why? Because this Wendy's beats all the fast food places at the rest stops.
