We were traveling and hungry so we stopped at Chick-fil-a. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. We continued on with our travels and ate in the truck. The spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese was delicious. But I ordered a 4 pack chicken strip meal and an additional 3 pack chicken strip meal. When I opened the boxes that were to have chicken strips in them they were partially filled with chicken nuggets! Traffic was terrible so we were unable to go back. The fries were cold and had bits and pieces with 2 to 3 good waffle fries in each pack. We were charged for the strips, which cost more than the nugget meals. I called the store to let them know about the mixup. I was told I would have to return to correct the error. I explained we were buried in a lot of traffic and couldn't come back. I was asked what did they want to do about the mixup if I wasn't willing to bring the food back. The manager was very snippy and unwilling to admit they made a mistake. An apology would have been nice. I don't recommend this particular Chick-fil-a. The place was dirty too. read more

Great location to grab a quick bite of chicken that beats every other fast food chain period. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and substituted waffle fries for a fruit cup. The sandwich was great as usual and the side of fruit was very fresh and tasty. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was also as good as always and the waffle fries hit the spot. The place was PACKED with standing room only inside and they seemed to have a walk-up window for pedestrian orders which I've not seen before. A very busy & crowed location at 11:30A. Yet, the flurry of red & gray shirted employees moved in sync to service everyone. Amongst the huge headcount of customers, the five cashiers navigated the line while the delivery team handed out food in a non-chaotic flow. The wait area by the Unisex restrooms stays extremely cramped, so listen out for your name above the loud chatter....take advantage of the free refills while you wait. Although heavily trafficked, the dining/condiment areas were well maintained especially around the trash receptacles & the Restrooms are reset every 30 minutes. read more

My husband and I just went through th edrive-thru in Beard's Hill, MD. We each got a Cobb salad. We got home and got the salads out and there was no hard-boiled egg in either one. I've visited this location a couple of time on trips to NC. A visit made on 1/22/2018, made it my 3rd and probably one of the more delightful Chic-fil-A visits. Chick-fil-A has the "Chick-fil-A One" app its a few years old now, so nothing new. As a New Yorker, I've expressed that while we now have city locations I'm not a fan because the experience isn't the same as when you visit southern locations. Any hue on my Holiday trip to SC, I earned serval treats from my many visits out there to different locations. So I finally got the experience of redeeming my treats instead of letting them expire, as I normally do when I'm back home. On this day chicken strips, fries, and cookies & cream milkshake only cost me about $3. Pretty cool, being rewarded for something you enjoy eating regardless. This Chick-fil-A stands out from the other fast food in the area because it is always busy, but they have great fast customer service. It's also in walking distance to several hotels in the area if you are visiting APG. If you want cheap and dollar menu stuff, this isn't your place. You can easily spend $15+ here. I am very surprised by giving Chick-fil-A a 3 star rating because normally it's 4 or 5 star. I have been to this location several of times and it continues to be a hit or miss. I have times my experience is top notch and then others times I have employees that are really short with me and they are unable to understand what the guest is asking. It's just simply irritating. The pros about this location is that it's right off of 95, so people can stop and get back on with their travel....but you have to step it up! The restaurant is normally very clean and the bathrooms are clean. Other than those pros I may only go to this location to use my free calendar items to get redeemed if I am in the area...other than that I probably will stop frequenting them due to the hit or miss service. I also have one side bar....if you have a full staff why during your busy times in the evening you would only have one side of the drive thru open??? While we love Chick-fil-A and it's food, the experience at this location was very disappointing. We placed a drive-through mobile order. A typical wait at Chick-fil-A, even during peak hours, is about 15-20 minutes and I had no problem waiting that. Waiting 40 minutes, however, was not acceptable. But the problems continue- we go to get our food and they say there is a delay on one of our items- more waiting. They tell us to pull to the front in spot number 3. We pull to the front but there are no numbered spots at are. We then have to go into the store where they say the numbered spots were taken down months ago and they are unsure why people are being sent into spots that don't exist. Overall food was acceptable, but service was so abysmal I will never return to this Chick-Fil-A. They desperately need to improve their processes to make this store more efficient. read more

We sat for atleast 30 minutes in the drive through with 30 cars ahead of us.... Then we get to the front to find out they are out of their chick fil a sandwich. Weird considering that's their most popular meal. They sent me on a wild goose chase looking for a numbered parking spot to wait in for our order. This spot did not exist. So I go inside to try to let someone know where we are now waiting. The line inside was also atleast 20 minutes long and there was no way I'd get someone's attention. I decided to try to wait outside by the mobile order window and an employee came outside with my order looking around but not saying anything. It was all very confusing. I have been to plenty of chick fil a locations being from the south, and this service was unacceptable. It wasn't even that crowded. Management needs to manage their people better and provide proper training. Spending 40 minutes in all waiting for my food that will take 5 minutes to eat, is very frustrating. read more

So I have expectations when visiting a new location of this esteemed fast food business. This one checked all the boxes: hot, fresh, tasty food; excellent customer service; clean tables and floors and restrooms; and easy-on, easy-off access from the highway. I'm often not asked dine in or carry out, they just mark carry out so I'm forced to stand in a crowded waiting area with 2 small children rather than getting set up at a table with a table marker. Without a doubt I am always missing something whether it's drinks or sauces, once they even lost my entire order. Come to find out they just left it on a random table. The wait times are long, especially drive thru (even during non peak hours). Mobile order is usually encouraged but you'll be waiting even longer for that. I try to be gracious as I know the staff is young but there has to be someone with more experience facilitating these things... The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I like the food. read more

Usually this Chick-fil-A offers good service but I am disappointed in what could be a moment of discretion or courtesy. I have the Chick-fil-A app and loaded money on it. I used it at various locations including this one. One morning I wanted to use it for breakfast I get through the drive through at 6am in the morning. I didn't know how to use the app and the order station so I pulled up to the window to state that I wanted to use he app for a breakfast sandwich. The young lady told me, that if I used the app I would have to come inside to pick up the "one sandwich" I ordered. No one was ordering in the drive through and when asked no customers were in the store. Really, she couldn't offer a courtesy to at least saw well next time this is how it works. So, I used my debit card instead of the money I loaded on the app. Took the same icy because I didn't want to end up Hangry because of her but i think it was a bad service call. Have taken the behind the scenes tour, dress up like a cow to get free stuff, go to the family nights with the kids, attend date night with my daughter, LOVE that they are closed on Sunday, and the service is always top notch.
