Pretty good quality when it comes to the workmanship. Wait wasn't long. $10 for a regular manicure. I didn't like the idea of the Dremel being used and how aggressive my nails were filed. They are a bit more delicate. Nail color selection is also lacking. read more

The price was insanely high for my set that I could have done myself at home as a nail tech, but I wanted to get my nails done at a salon which I hadn't done in awhile and walked out paying $100 for a set I would charge $65 for one of my clients. If I can give a zero I would but came here 3 weeks ago and had a gel manicure and pedicure, I had Wendy who did my gel manicure who I think was NOT friendly, every 3 seconds she stops doing my nails and talks to someone else and then comes back to continuing doing my nails, she did an ass fast job on my nails which I don't think she did a good job , I said ok whatever I did the gel pedicure and wow the biggest mistake I have ever did, after a couple days as passed I was developing a toe fungus from the gel I went to go see a Podiatrist specialist and the doctor told me that I have a fungus on the toe because what ever they did they did not clean the tools properly so I had my husband go to Walmart and get acetone and I had it remove it completely. The worst place to go they r not friendly very expensive in there work, and NEVER AGAIN I AM GOING BACK EVER I RATHER DRIVE 30 minuets away from my house to have a awesome job with no fungus involved!!! Don't try this place stay away there are good places to choose from like MILLION day Spa or T&K nail spa in Cortlandt Manor better choices then this place!!! I have been coming here for 5 years now. Every time I go I get a fill and a pedicure witch normally cost around $50. The last time I went to get my nails done they were all uneven, when I said something to the person doing my nails she said extra $15 she would even them out, I told her to forget it, i shouldn't have to pay extra money for someone to even out the tips they just put on. To top it off by the following morning the gel polish was peeling off my nails, I went back the next day to show the owner and she said she would fix them. I'm a new client. Second visit today. What attracted me was the long line of clients waiting outside on a Saturday morning that I saw when I picked up my clothes from the dry cleaner next door. I was in the market for a new salon as the former salon had dropped the ball on more than one occasion. I walked into Wendy's the following week and was immediately greeted and asked what i wanted. I waited for 10 min and was seen by Jay. He was confident in his work and his craftsmanship showed in the finished work. I was thoroughly impressed. Jay was both professional and knowledgeable about the various services they offered. When asked about the difference between dip and UV gel He was armed with the answers. I vowed to return and I did so tonight but did not sit with Jay. Still had a great experience. Only gripe is she removed my cuticles at the very end which made my nails Look like they were a week old due to the gap it left as if I could stand a fill. Just a minor critique but all in all I am impressed with the quality of work thus far. read more

First, I had to wait a while (which was not a major problem). Second, Wendy tried to sell me a more expensive pkg. I finally agreed to go from a $27 to a $40 pkg. Then the technician tried to sell me the $50 pkg, to which I said, No. The real problem however ... the callous removal job was horrible. I can do it better anytime, at home. So, I went back to complain the next day. Instead of saying, let me look at it or let me fix the problem, Wendy told me that they can't remove all the callous in one sitting. I would have to come multiple times every two weeks and they will remove it a little every visit. Seriously??? Will never go to this place again,. Complete ripoff. What a waste of money and time. Something else suddenly made sense to me which at first had not. When I was getting the pedicure, another customer sitting next to me was complaining to her technician, why her feet were were not soft and smooth even though she came here very two weeks. Poor soul. This is a great salon! I've had my nails done for years at multiple different places in the area and this place has so far been the best. I've had a set of gel tips last me 4 months so far with only one broken nail . Which was my fault, not it just popping off. Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. Normally I would have gone to my previous salon but due to their lack of evening hours and Wendy's having been so highly recommended by multiple people I decided to give it a shot. This salon is very clean, everything is clearly sterilized for each client. They have more colors to choose from in any form that a girl could dream of. I called ahead of time to make an SNS appointment 45 minutes before closing and was more than welcomed. Everyone is so friendly and Cindy who did my nails did an amazing job, better than another place in wappingers that I have gone to for years. This is 100% my new nail place. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This salon is not only extremely unsanitary but I've had multiple terrible experiences here despite being a loyal customer for a year. I usually get a&c but was forced to try gels bc the nail tech couldn't do a design with a&c even though it's quite simple. I never get tips. I like my nails extremely short. My regular gel manicure came to $63!!!!!! and I was not told the price beforehand.... I was furious. I've never spent more than $30 for a gel manicure which didn't match the price on the wall. That was just one of many experiences that pissed me off. I could have gotten a mani-pedi for that price anywhere else. But instead I got a shitty manicure. They also leave a gap between the polish and your cuticle so that you have to come back sooner. 2 days of growth looks like a week of growth. They con you out of your money, constantly try to upgrade, can't do designs well, have terrible customer service, and give by far the worst pedicures ever. Not to mention how unsanitary they are. They dip their hands in the mud mask and apply all over your legs and feet and redid in for the next leg and don't sanitize any products. They wipe them off with a dirty rag and put them in a drawer to use for the next person. That's just one of many unsanitary practices I've seen. They don't even try to hide how disgusting it is. I've gone to multiple different nail techs there including the owner Wendy and everyone gives the same shitty, unsanitary service and I'm constantly spending more money than I think I am. Honestly have gone to so many nail places and this one I've had the most problems with out of all of them. read more
