There was NO WAY I could be down a toilet. I was aware that the prices are higher after hours, but I knew it would be worth it. We called Emergency that afternoon and were told that Seth was on a job but would get to us as soon as he could. When Seth got there, he was able to unclog the toilet and also cleaned up the space which I really appreciate. It was late but he was cheerful, and got the job done. Thanks Seth!!!

They installed a shielded rubber coupler with the pipes at an angle and a unshielded coupler outside. I called to ask about it, and instead of putting me in touch with an owner or supervisor the receptionist transferred me to the technician who did the repair. He said they do that because it's easier, it's fine and they will stand behind it for 30 days. Not what i expect for over $400. I won't use them again, and I wish I could add pictures of the " repair".
