I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job. The city wanted $60 and they just did this but they did not care. Kept insisting that the inspection is a different service than just coming out and checking that it was ok. Looks like we will use a new company in the future for sanitation needs and pay the city $60 for their visual inspection.

Use somebody else…read more He Installed my septic line going up hill leading to the tank. Which caused a blockage 2 months after install. I Had to pay for it to be replaced. When he replaced the septic line he broke my underground down spouts. Blocked my number and general contractors number when trying to contact him about fixing the downspouts. Also had to pay for a lift station after he had told my contractor over and over again that I was not going to need one. I'm sure there's plenty more. Just tired of dealing with this. I had no idea how to replace it and didn't know if any other components were failing or damaged as well. Having no experience with these components I reluctantly called the professionals in to handle the repair. I was very nervous about who to call, I was afraid of being ripped off. I have to say that this company was amazing. They explained the situation to me, tested the other components, didn't replace unnecessary parts to increase the repair bill and they had my water restored the same day and I have a five year warranty on my new pump.
