This is our second time using K.G.; both times have been problem-free. Came Friday at the scheduled time to diagnose the motor, got the door to work once and then it refused to budge. Getting a fence quoted and installed is way harder than it sounds. Osceola was the 5th or 6th fence…read morecompany we contacted after many other companies broke appointments, didn't return calls or follow through. By the time we got to them, we were defeated and more or less agreed that if the quote was reasonable and we could get on the schedule quickly, we'd hire them. I found Osceola because their plaque was on the fence where I used to rent a parking space. It was a wood fence and the quality of work seemed really good. Our salesman was nice, but very salesy. To his credit, he showed up on time and gave us an estimate on the spot, so we weren't left calling and emailing to find out where we stood. We wanted to go with a steel fence with a wrought iron appearance to minimize rusting. He pushed the wrought iron, but quoted both out. We also had him quote out fixing our wood side gates, so that we can enter and exit from in and outside the property with a key. We went with the wrought iron fence, but skipped the gate work as it was more than we wanted to pay. Half of the cost was expected upon accepting the estimate. As promised we got on the schedule in about two weeks. They don't provide much notice when they're ready to install. Each time we got a 24h heads up. They came out twice; first to install the posts and the second time to put the gates and fence in. They say you don't have to be home, but personally I recommend it. They needed access to water, which wouldn't have been possible if weren't around. They also wanted to know which sides to hinge each gate. On the second visit, we weren't around and a couple things weren't done as expected. The handle/locks were put on with the wrong handles and they weren't keyed alike. The project manager was able to send someone out within a few days to rectify the keying; the knobs didn't get changed, which wasn't as important to us. We haven't had the fence long, but so far we are pleased with the workmanship.
