Tried out Weldon Barber in Redmond because it is always such a hassle to try to get into Rudy's lately. I used Wledon's website and was able to get an appt within the next 45 mins (half the time Rudy's wouldn't work for me for some reason). I saw Callie and she did a fantastic job. Friendly, professional but not too chatty. This was my first time as a Weldon and the haircut was great, the hot towels and scalp massage were really nice. I will definitely come back again. I am also interested in trying the straight razor shave. I would say that this is a great addition to the area. I liked the service and space better than Rudy's and the availability and the fact that their online booking works well was an added bonus. The only think keeping this from being 5 stars was it was a little pricey but I still feel it's worth it for the frequency of my haircuts. read more

With the exception of the ambiance and scalp massage, my experience wasn't great. My haircut was terrible and I had to go back again to try to fix it. I was made to wait for 30 mins before someone took me in and that wasn't great either. Not worth the $65 (without tips) - I have had way better cuts for $40 inc beard trims. This is just an overhyped place IMO. Will look for other options in the area read more

Result was bad enough, that it inspired my first-ever Yelp review. The shop itself is upscale, the staff friendly. Unfortunately the woman who trimmed my beard left me wondering if it was her first beard. I simply asked for it to be trimmed back & tidied, especially at the sides, and moustache. After my third "could you please trim it a bit more", I gave up. I left with it looking untidy, as if no effort had been put into grooming it. The moustache seemed just as bad as when I went in. But worst, it was very uneven - literally a handful of beard more on one side at the bottom, than on the other. $50 later, I went home, and had to attempt to repair it myself. I'd previously had it trimmed for $15 elsewhere, with much better results. read more

The quality of the haircut and beard trim never disappoints and my appointments are always on time. My only complaint is the continuing sliding scale of services and when I say slide I mean upward. I would like it if the pricing could level off just a bit. I keep going back and tell myself it's worth but I am afraid there may come a day when that won't be true. read more

He is a true artist, you can basically tell him what vibe your going for and he'll make you look twice as good as what you had in mind. In this day when the "no appointment necessary" haircut factories try to turn you as quick as they can Weldon has an alternative approach where care, comfort and quiet gives a guy a rest from the hectic day. My fiancé got his hair cut here, and it looks pretty terrible. They used scissors on top and it's a real chop job, not at all even, and the fade on the side is super noticeable, and not "faded" in. He's used the the best, and this did not cut it, he's pretty upset. I don't know why they call themselves a "barber" because they are definitely not qualified barbers. read more

this place used to be a super high quality place to get a cut, until they started hiring people who dont know how to speak english and just have a field day with your hair. id rather go to sports cuts as i could actually tell the barber what i want instead of feeling like they dont know what im saying half the time. the lady i just went to shaved so far up the back of my head, this is also not the first time its happened, id wait until they hire new staff. they do have some good barbers there but if you dont have a person you already like from weldons, dont chance it. Came here for their grand-opening week. Man, this place looks legit. I had their $38 service, which includes my hair being washed before it gets cut, stylist cuts my hair, then washes my hair again. WHAT! What a good service! Ashley was really talkative and kept me engaged the whole time!
