Our Airbnb host recommended Ere's, so we decided to order takeout for dinner. We were a little…read morehesitant at first because the pasta photos online didn't look especially appetizing, but we were able to order non-pasta items and were pleasantly surprised. Ere's is also one of the few restaurants open in La Grange at 8 p.m. on a Saturday night, making it a convenient option after a full day of activities. The garlic knots were fresh, warm, and delicious, although I was expecting a stronger garlic flavor. Don't forget to order the marinara sauce or garlic oil for dipping! The Caprese salad was fresh and refreshing, and the grilled chicken was simple, well-cooked, and satisfying. Overall, Ere's was a dependable choice for takeout. The food traveled well, and it was a convenient option for a late dinner when many other restaurants had already closed.

Everything was favorful, and cooked just right. I loved being able to try different pastas and sauces in one meal. The portions were generous, and I definitely left full and happy. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere had that comfortable, authentic Italian feel that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your meal rather than rush through it. As someone just passing through town, this was one of those places I'd happily make a return trip for. If you're visiting or local and love good Italian food, the pasta combo is absolutely worth ordering. It felt like a homemade meal served by friends.

Beautiful beautiful restaurant in the heart of Round Top…read more Classy, charming, beautiful. We came to celebrate my friends birthday, I will highly recommend doing a reservation. They have a very nice set up when you walk in on your right hand side they have the gorgeous bar, then on your left you walk into the main dining room, they have a second bar with tables and they have a patio. Also, they have a lower level with tables and a cellar. The cocktail Manuel is not too extensive, but they have the basic stuff. I order a French 75, but it wasn't of my liking, and I switched it for an Afro spirit, which was very good. We only ordered the bread service, which I will tell you this is one of the best bread that I have tried, is soft fluffy, and sweet. They bring it with a side of butter and olive oil oil. I ordered the Caesar salad and I was blown with the flavor. It's very unique because they are the letters and they make their own Caesar dressing it was outstanding. I ordered the carbonara pasta, it was OK nothing extraordinary, my friend ordered the Wago steak, this was not a Japanese Wagyu, it was about $100 and it was massive, the flavor was OK but nothing outstanding. I do not recommend to get the Wago. The chicken mayonnaise was very good tho. Service was good, but I would say overall the food is just gay the start of the night with the Caesar salad.

The food was just okay, we got pepperoni pizza, spinach dip and meatballs. I would recommend trying other items on the menu than what I listed. Espresso Martini and the Blue Bonnet Cocktail were delicious!

The only reason I'll come back is because the food was excellent and the service from Nathan was outstanding. He was juggling so much and still was very attentive. He should be head server if he's not already and needs a raise. Great homemade pasta

Absolutely disgusted with my recent order from Palermo and then you have the audacity to not answer…read morethe phone. I order the same 2 items from Palermo, lasagna and a pizza either ricotta, fennel sausage and pepperoni. I should have known that my food would be subpar when they had to check if they were still taking to go orders at 5:00pm. My spouse picked up the order so had no idea of what to expect but when they got home not only was there no bag with bread and Parmesan cheese, I just knew it was a show. Why is there cheese wiz on top of the pizza, why is the food cold and where is the bread etc. Palermo, you should absolutely be ashamed of your restaurant. If you can't do it right because you're closing, say that. But don't sell BS on a platter for $50 and expect a customer to just take it. No I will not be returning, an absolute waste of a drive and money. Do better.
