If you want to get ripped off this is the auto dealer for you. Al the service manager and rich the sales man ignore and safety issues with your brakes the very next day after picking up your new car. These guys would steal from your grandmother.Bought a car that was supposed to have brakes done before purchase. They never put a dime into safety repairs after they said they would. After complaints were made, they refused to pay or repair essential brake equipment, go anywhere else. They would rather let you drive an unsafe car then do the rite thing. total scumbags!!!! read more

We like to stop by here on the weekends some times and look at some of the nice used cars they offer. When we saw online that they had a used Audi A3 diesel, my husband was excited because he's always liked those. We checked it out on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and could see it was very nice. Based on the Carfax report, it had also been well maintained. He contacted the dealer the next week and we made an appointment to test drive the car. Our sales rep was very nice and low pressure. We drove the car and liked it but had a set price in mind that they couldn't quite meet at the time, so we parted as friends and left it at that. A couple of days later, we got a call and they were able to get closer to our price and it seemed reasonable, so we went ahead and said "let's buy it". We were able to do most everything remotely, so we signed the purchase contract and sent the payment all via the internet. The only thing left to do was to pick up the car and sign the paperwork to get the registration/title paperwork done. It was fast and easy! I'm not sure how fast but I know that I didn't get to the train station in Brewster until 5:35 and then we drove to Danbury and signed the papers and were driving off in the car by 6:01, so that was pretty fast. Loved that there was no pressure for add-ons or being trapped in the room with some finance guy. Really a pleasant experience. The staff at the dealership was nice and they always have very interesting cars (I would have loved the BMW convertible but that was out of our price range!). We recommend Weeks Pre-Owned. read more

Weeks Pre Owned Center - Car Dealers Near Me - Danbury, Connecticut

See all

Oh dear, I needed a car. I was buying a car for the first time in over 10 years. I have not even owned a car in 8 years (living in Manhattan). I was shopping for a certified pre-owned Audi Q5. I had called around dealers, used the usual car search sites, and also went into some showrooms. Once I started getting offer sheets and started negotiating, there always seemed to be something not quite right. I felt like something was missing and I was not getting a good deal. Enter Weeks pre-owned and everything changed. I worked with Derek who had exactly what I was looking for in stock. He was a very upbeat and positive guy. I found his honesty and candor refreshing as well. He worked with me and around my schedule (coming up from NYC) and helped me navigate the process. He was honest and transparent and I always felt I was getting a fair deal. He even went through the inspection and repair paperwork to show me what was done on the car to certify it as pre-owned to help put me at ease! The price was great and the guys at Weeks didn't pad the deal with unnecessary "dealer fees". Instead, it was, here is the price, and here are the required doc, title and license fees. Done. They also worked hard to get me a good deal on financing. I left feeling very satisfied with my decision as well as the whole buying experience. I highly recommend checking out Weeks if you are looking for a pre-owned VW or Audi. read more

I highly recommend this dealership...especially if you get to work with Derick Smith! He is a salesman who listens . We lost a very exact Q3 by waiting a few days to make a decision and Derick called to say he has the same car(but even better equipped) the next day! Most salesman don't care as much as Derick. The car is great! They even included BOTH mats! read more

We drove 2 hours to visit this place and had a pleasure meeting Ronnie. If you want a good price, no pressure, no extra fees and honest people please visit this place. Ronnie was very helpful, calm, understanding, honest with us. The manager Al was also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend. Thank you Ronnie. read more

We walked into Weeks to look at a specific vehicle. The sales specialist Ron was super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We didn't buy the vehicle we came to look at but, we ended up purchasing a better vehicle still within our budget, and after almost two months we have no complaints. We'll definitely return to Week's to get our second car when the time is right. read more

I am a fan of Weeks Pre-Owned center. I've bought two Audis from them. A We bought a Q-3 for my wife and a Q-5 for me. Rich Medla, our salesman is the most pleasant and professional I've ever dealt with. He gets a five-star rating from me. The reason I don't give them a higher rating is because their Finance Manager, Scott Litt lied to me about some paperwork that was a part of my purchase agreement. We paid both of our car loans off well in advance and I wanted to get a rebate on the gap insurance that was part of both purchase agreements. I knew that this was the norm having done it on another car a couple years ago and because it was part of our paperwork. Scott Litt told me "I never heard of such a thing and I've been doing this for more than 20 years". In my opinion, somebody who's having you sign paperwork for a 20, 40, or 50 thousand dollar purchase better be as honest as the day is long. I don't feel good about my experience with Scott. If you buy a car from Weeks, please do buy it from Rich Medla. I would not however get involved in any financing with Scott. read more

Great experience purchasing a 2018 A3 from this location. Price was reasonable and the sales staff very professional. I was not the model customer arriving just before closing but they accommodated me with a smile. If you are like me and hate the buying process and the haggle - this business will change your attitude. Fully recommend based on a very positive experience. Idiot that I am I backed into another car exiting the lot and they VERY generously ate the repair cost. Faith restored that there are businesses out there like this that really value customer service. read more

This dealer is amazing, they found my boyfriend a 2017 Subaru Outback, this is the most beautiful used car I've ever seen, their customer service is impeccable, he went to do the paper work and they called him 2 hours later with an approval, call our insurance company and got the insurance cards registration was ready all he had to do was sign the paperwork and he was driving off in his new car, the salesman Bryan LeBlanc was awesome... highly recommended! read more

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Audi A5 convertible with just 12,000 miles on it at Weeks. We saw the vehicle on a Thursday early evening, left a deposit and arranged to pick the vehicle up Saturday at 10:00. We arrived at 10:00 am sharp, super excited to get the paperwork signed and get the keys. Derek Smith, our sales guy, took us out to the car and it much to our surprise the car was filthy, dead bugs all over to the front bumper and grill, smear marks where is looked like someone basically hosed it off and wiped it down, the inside was dusty on the dash and in the vents. On Thursday when we left a deposit it was pouring out and we knew the car needed a detail, they had all Friday and Saturday am to assure it was done. Derek was equally surprised and said how embarrassed he was. He said he was going to get the detailer out immediately to take care of it. After sometime waiting with no results he went to speak to his sales manager's and came back out and assured us he was working on it, he asked if we had time to wait, keep in mind that we live in Middletown and with no traffic it is a an 70/75 minute drive one way, we agreed to wait. After another 20 minutes sitting outside waiting for the detailer, sales manager or anyone for that matter to clean the car we decided to leave. I went back inside and found Derek sitting in his managers office. They said the detailer was not answering his cell phone, they offered for us to bring the car back another time. I explained that we were not traveling 2 1/2 hours to get the car detailed and that resolution was not acceptable. We paid $225 to have the car detailed. A few days later we received an email from Joe Catanese thanking us for the purchase and assuring us complete customer satisfaction. I am sure it was an auto-generated email because it never addressed or apologized for what happened. I responded with our displeasure and copied Derek in, Derek called shortly thereafter and thanked me for the email and said that two detailers were fired for the incident, he again wanted us to drive back down to Danbury for a detail, we declined, we told him that it was not acceptable and would be happy if they just reimbursed us for the detail. Now the second issue, we inquired where the windscreen was for the car, Derek originally said on Thursday when we looked at it that it was in the trunk, we checked and it was not, he then told us that the car didn't come with one because it wasn't on the original sticker, we believed him but thought it was odd because the car is equipped with a Premium Plus and Luxury Package with every option available. We went to Wallingford Audi last week to order it and when they looked up the vin# they said the car did come with it as a standard item with that car, that pacakge. When we asked Derek about it he said that the dealership was sabotaging them which was far from accurate, they were simply trying to save us the money of ordering one when the car did in fact come with it. We paid $48,000 for the car, original sticker was $$62,000, we never thought we needed to inspect the car before signing the paperwork, we previously purchased from Danbury Audi and they were great. I would never purchase from Weeks Pre-Owned again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

the 5 star ratings are all fake!!! purchased a 2017 audi rs7 for $80,000 stopped on freeway twice and dealer sold me a certified pre owned that did not go through the certification process! weeks pre-owned lie, cheat and defraud you for a quick sale. do not make my mistake!!!! in less than 3 weeks the $80,000 car stopped on freeway twice almost causing a serious accident. the car went from 70 mph then just stopped . cars were sweaving out of the way to avoid hitting me. my wife and two small children were in the car. it was terrifying. i have the video to show what happened. very scary!!! the dealer convinced me to buy a certified pre-owned one stating that "this car will be almost brand new w/ a cpo". once i bought the car and was having all these issues with my certified mechanic and quickly realized the car was not certified like the dealer said. the dealer defrauded me selling me a damaged certified pre owned!!! please do not make my mistake this dealership are a bunch of lying cheating scammers and this dealership should be shut down. do not believe their 5 start reviews. all lies. read more

Buying the car was easy. When an issue was identified within days that was not present during the test drive, they wouldn't call back to help resolve the issue. Only interested in the sale, nothing more. Follow up. Had to replace tires on car. Found out what was on the car was neither recommended nor what was on the car when I test drove. Wouldn't trust this dealer. read more

Without a doubt the worst interaction I have ever had with a car dealer. I made an offer online and they agreed to my offer price with the demand I include their Ceramic coat fee of $699. Knowing this was a scam (Goggle it if you doubt me) I rejected that fee being added. I then revised my offer by increasing it by $400 if they took off that ceramic coating charge. Hours went by didn't get a reply and having left texts Rich the salesman finally responds saying management hasn't got back with him either. This is Friday afternoon for them, and I am 3 hours earlier on PST. I tell Rich I had a doctor's appointment and will be back in an hour. I get no reply. Same thing rest of the weekend. Monday I check to see if car is still available (Still listed everywhere) nobody will reply to me. Tuesday i use my 2nd Email to see if car is still available and get an auto reply that it is still available by the sales manager. I reply to him directly listing the same steps as in this review. Still no reply. The most unprofessional dealership on the planet. If you have to buy a car from them offer $700 less than you planned so they can't scam you with their spray bottle ceramic coat job! read more

As a first time car purchase as a young adult I had an overall great experience. From The General sales manager Al to the finance manager Jerry to my knowledgeable and very kind sales man Steve on my 2019 gti rabbit. I love the car and the process was so smooth and actually pleasant. I've been to other dealers the same day before signing papers for the GTI and as a young female nobody approached me or took me seriously but Steve answered every question I had and took care of me and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I hope everyone has a great experience as I did. Thanks to the crew at the dealership I'm very much in love with the car! read more

Weeks Pre Owned Center - Car Dealers Near Me - Danbury, Connecticut

Derek Smith was extremely professional and helpful. He helped us find a car that perfectly suited our needs quickly and efficiently. It was the most smooth car buying experience I've ever had, and that was much appreciated as it helped alleviate some of the stress we were experiencing after moving across the country. He and Weeks Pre-Owned went above and beyond to satisfy our wants and needs. I highly recommend Derek and Weeks Pre-Owned Center! read more

Weeks preowned was terrific. It was three hours away from where I live but worth it. The salesman took care of everything remotely, it was seamless. And when there was a slight issue they stood behind the product and took care of it for me, arranging repair at a local place. I recommend them highly. read more

Absolute model of a perfect dealership experience. Did the deal sight-unseen, including two trades, and it couldn't have been easier. Bryan LeBlanc, Dexter John and the rest of the Weeks sales team were total pros. Total time from arrival to driving back home, maybe an hour. Will definitely refer friends and family here. Thanks, Weeks! read more

I received a tip from a friend to check out Weeks Pre-Owned at the beginning of my car search. Living in NJ, I was skeptical, but I could NOT recommend Weeks enough! The entire purchasing process was seamless, and within 24 hours I was walking home with my dream Volkswagen Tiguan. Manager Al DiFusco and his team do an excellent job and I would refer out of staters to him in a heartbeat, as well as those in the neighborhood. read more

If you are looking for horrible customer service, lack of communication, and false information about your vehicle this is the dealership for you! I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Weeks Pre-Owned to look elsewhere. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and it has been a nightmare since I've driven off the lot. Prior to my purchase I experienced lack of responses from the General Manager (Al) and Business Manager (Scott). The minute I drove off the lot I experienced problems with my speaker when the volume was above 10. The dealer has yet to respond with the best way to repair the speaker. In addition, they've shared false information pertaining to a purchased extended warranty. If you are a potential buyer looking to purchase a vehicle from Weeks Pre-Owned, take my word and look elsewhere! And don't let them win you over with how good the price is, how reputable they are, blah, blah blah...SCAM! read more

This was probably the easiest deal this used- car salesman has ever made in his life. I knew what car I wanted and was going to get it regardless of who sold it to me. There were a few little annoying things that turned me off and left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably wouldn't go back and buy another car from this dealer. I guess spending big bucks on a used car isn't as important to them as retail on a brand new vehicle. read more

After ending up off a snowy-icy driveway once too often, I decided I needed a car built for Ct winters. Research showed a one year old the A-4 was the answer. I dealt with New Country Audi in Greenwich and Weeks Audi in Danbury. My Weeks-Danbury experience was totally professional. My experience with New Country Audi was a nightmare. Kim Christianson was my sales-person at weeks. He was low-key and extremely knowledgeable, yet didn't overwhelm with information. Everything was smooth and professional. I got the right car at the right place at a fair price. Meanwhile, I had made an appointment with Vivian at New Country to see an A-4 they'd advertised on line. I drove down an hour to keep the appointment--arrived exactly on time to encounter NO CAR. I saw pictures on line, but there was no car at the dealership. And no contact from them warning me off of a 3 hour waste of time. Who does business like that? Who has so little disregard for a prospect who is going to buy a car that week??? So the point of this is that people who get good service, and the treatment they expect don't tend to write reviews. People who feel burned and who get angry do. So I'm both people, and I probably wouldn't be writing about how things went exactly as they should have at Weeks if things hadn't gone so terribly with New Country. read more

For a used car lot, these guys are pretty good. Sales is pretty low pressure, and test driving a car was not a hassle. I bought a CPO'd A4 from them about 4 years ago, and it's been great; excellent service at the dealer's service center, and I'm still driving the car today. My only real complaint about these guys is it seems that they don't get in a lot of higher end trade-ins (S4, S5, TT, etc), and their website isn't that great. But overall, for a used car lot, better than a lot of others. read more

I was told by Weeks Preowned that the Audi S5 I wanted to come see was flawless, so I took the 3 1/2 hr. drive to go see it. When I arrived they told me my sales guy was on vacation and someone else could help me. Long story short....car had a 7-10 inch gauge/scratch on the front quarter panel! On top of that they couldn't even find a key so I couldn't open the car or drive it! The salesman then told me to go have lunch and he'd call me when they found the key...... No such call was ever received! Serious Unprofessional Car Dealership! Do yourself a favor and stay away! read more

I just purchased an S4 from Peter at Weeks Pre-Owned. I had a great experience and found the whole process really straight forward and simple. I am really happy that I decided to purchase my car there. read more

I went over to Weeks to check out a used GTI they had on the lot. I'd called ahead to schedule an appointment with Stephen and he was well prepared by the time I had arrived. Called about a car and was happy that they were willing to negotiate over the phone. The sale price was reasonable and we headed down there a couple days later. Test drove the car and started the paperwork and this is where it falls apart. They wanted a $500 deposit, even though we were already there and doing the paperwork. I asked if it was refundable, which they said it was, but the paper work says in big red letters "deposit not refundable". I told them I didn't feel comfortable with that because I have read nightmare stories about leaving a deposit and for whatever reason the sale falls through and people never get the deposit back. I said it is more than reasonable to accept $100-$200 as a deposit, they refused. I told them it baffles me that they are willing to lose a sale over this. I have bought many cars and explained to them I had even left a refundable $100 deposit on a car in New Jersey and had no problems. I can only suspect that they do this as a way to inflate the interest rate on the car loan and force you into accepting the terms and if not, they made a pretty $500. read more

One of the main reasons I love my Audi is because of the outstanding service I have always received from Dave at Danbury Audi. So when it came time to replace my son's car, I never considered shopping anywhere else. I started looking at the certified pre-owned cars, and ended up getting my son a great A3. He is thrilled, and Dan made it as easy as possible. I have now bought three Audis at Weeks and will never consider going elsewhere for a pre-owned. read more

I have never bought a used car and was super skeptical of doing business with Weeks. They sell certified pre-owned high end vehicles. They were incredibly honest, professional, fair and courteous. I did not sense any condescension as is typical with women buying cars and the entire staff went out of their way to make me feel that my purchase mattered to them. I dealt with Peter Maloney who spent a lot of time going over the features of my car and reviewing all the documents i was signing. Their prices were super competitive. These guys are pros and I will buy all my future cars from them. And I live 900 miles away in Michigan! read more

Buying a car should not be this much work. This dealer is a shining example of what gives used car dealers a bad name so watch them like hawks and double-check everything. They give you friendly, prompt service but while doing so, will nickle and dime you at every turn. First, they will tell you they are able to find you the best financing options but I was able to find a MUCH lower interest rate on my own in less than 5 min. And then then had the audacity to try to convince me to go with the higher quote. Clearly they're getting a kick-back. Second, insist on an itemized invoice. I had to ask 2 different people a total of 5 times and threaten to walk away from the deal to get one. Third, their registration and documentation fees are egregiously high so be sure to ask about them and factor that into your deal. Fourth, double-check all the documentation at closing. Even after confirming the loan terms with me, paperwork showed entirely different terms. And lastly, be sure you're getting all the benefits of your CPO Warranty. The last point on the Audi CPO Warranty states, "Your car is clean and fully fueled." The car had a half a tank of gas. I'll leave it to you to decide whether a dealer who conveniently made so many slips accurately performed the 300+ point inspection and certification process but for me, it was the last straw to a truly miserable experience. read more
