I was looking for a first car for my daughter who is a high school senior. Rich happened to have the perfect car for what we needed. The car we bought from Reliable Auto was within her price range and Rich made sure that the car was safe. This means a lot to any parent. The level of angst I had about this purchase was over the top and Rich and his team were an answer to many prayers. Over the years we bought a few cars new and used. And always a hidden fee or a straight up lie. We were looking for a nice car for our daughter for graduation. Really had a great experience with Rich and the team at Reliable. My wife and I were in a time crunch to purchase a used and inexpensive (but reliable) car to get me to the city and back. Rich recommended a 2007 Honda Fit (with extremely low miles) he had in stock and it's really the perfect car for our needs and for city driving. They cleaned it so well it looks brand new and, the 3-month warranty that's included really gives us peace of mind. Very disappointed. Purchased a vehicle and was treated great. Had the vehicle for less than two months and used only for 10 days. When I went to use the car after returning from vacation noticed something wrong with the transmission. Called spoke to Christne (one of the owners) and was very nice and said she would work with me and see what we can do. She said she would work with me on the warranty. I had the car towed to there place on Thursday received a call on Monday from the other owner, Richard and said the car needed a new transmission. Gave me the prices and I in turn said Christine said she would work with me. Very rudly he spoke and said that nothing could be done and that was his final. Told me to go get the car. AWFUL BUSINESS WOULD NEVER recommed anyone to purchase a vechile their!!!! read more

I have owned 59 cars, but this auto sales place has the BEST PERSONABLE, UNFAILINGLY TRUSTWORTHY owner and staff!!! They stand behind their cars and make sure the autos are as close to showroom condition as possible. I am sure they would never let a car off the lot if in any way unsatisfactory to purchaser. They aim to please and over extend themselves in every way. This will be the only place for me to go for a car I can enjoy and have no worries about driving it. Bought a used car from them last year. Rich and Christine the owners were both very nice and considerate. We came from out of state to buy the car posted online from them. We saw car online and called to place a deposit to save the car. They saved the car for us even though there were other buyers interested. We got the car at a fantastic price, almost as good as a private seller price. The car had not very high mileage and needed some body work, but the price was good even with that needed body work. We have had the car now for several months and it runs pretty well. Just minor issues and repairs like all used cars. But, with the price we got for the car, we saved around 3k off retail for comparable car. Hopefully, the car will last us for couple years. Thanks again for selling the car! read more

I tried to buy a car from this dealership. I first visited on a Thursday to decide if the car they had for sale was right for me. I decided over the weekend, and decided that the car was right, and called them telling them I would like to buy it. We set up a time to buy, but later learned it would not work. I called hours before the originally scheduled time to reschedule, but they never returned my call. Later when they did call, they told me they had sold the car to another person. If I had been anything less than 100% committed to purchasing the car they had, this would be understandable, but selling it to another after one person has already been looking at it and said he was going to buy it is just plain inconsiderate. "Reliable Auto Sales" is anything but reliable. read more
