They do not honor their 5 month warranty. I called because weeds continued to grow within this time-period. The lady on the phone told me they weren't covering the warranty. She talked to the manager and came back telling me they could respray, however, I had to pay a fee for them to drive out and respray. This is not an honest way of doing business and truthfully, not a business you want to be spending your money on. Plenty of other options around town that honor what they advertise. read more

I have used Weedco for a couple of years now, and they have always been great. They would always tell me that it needs watering down within a week. This time, they didn't say anything. But lucky for me, I knew that it had to be watered down. I also noticed it was way more blue than before. So on the 3rd day, when I was watered it down, I had noticed all the blue was not washing away. Anything with paint, it would wash right off. But my beautiful Coronado Brown Gravel now has a blue tint to it. The Blue is a product called "Marker". I have used this product on my grass lawns in the Pacific Northwest, where It's hard to see where you sprayed on the grass. It should not be even needed on Gravel, because the gravel will show the wetness. Just Unbelievable. read more

My home sits on half acre, and I enjoy a clean yard. I always shoot to have the best kept yard. Weeds are my enemy especially in my rock landscape. I called this company and they did an aerial view of my property and gave me a price over the phone. They do keep their appointment times and are very thorough with their spraying. This spraying every six months has helped me cut down my landscaping keep up time. So that's a positive. The price at first wasn't to bad but with today's economy I guess their prices had to rise. So that's the only negative. Dang economy rose the price of my spraying. Try them out the weeds do get eliminated. read more

Have had the service for over a year. For the most part it has been a pleasant experience, I have only had to have them return once for missing an area that they are contracted to cover. I have had them come out for a spot treatment between my quarterly schedule, they did a good job on that. Confirmation text for scheduling should be reworded on their end to avoid confusion, words mean things. read more

While WeedCo showed up on time, the application applied to the weeds was light and has shown to be insufficient. Not only are the host of weeds not dieing, they're blooming. We've telephoned them three (3) times, left a message as to what was happening and our phone number asking them to return our call. They have neither returned our call nor come back to re-spray as they promise to do in their advertisement. We still have the same weeds thriving in both our front and back yards. For $155 we expected it to kill the weeds. At the very least having our phone call returned. Try another weed control company and skip by WeedCo. read more

Worst service ever. Will not honor there warranty, the manger sent me a text yesterday that she would send a field manager out today. No call no field manager. She sent me a text at 8:35 this morning saying she would call me today and that she appreciates my time but guess what. No call and no reply to my text after saying thank you and the one after that asking if I was going to get a call from field manager before he came by. Wasted all day waiting. Thank for appreciating my time. All I wanted was to get rid of my weeds like o paid for and is still under their warranty. This will be their 3rd time back in 4 months if they decide to honor their warranty. May have been more times but the weeds only come up after it rains and that's about how many rains we have had in 4 months. read more

First off POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Marissa, who apparently is the only one who works in the office is very rude! There is no reasoning with her & will not even let you speak. Secondly, they failed to state that you must water the area sprayed within 3 days & then blamed it on COVID, stating they were trying to avoid contact between technician/customer. Nonetheless they offered to respray due to the product not working. On the respray & after watering product still did not work. It took 3 resprays before there was any effect and even at that it was the roll of the dice on whether a technician would actually show up. Multiple messages were left with the company just to find out when someone would be out each time and no return phone call. I eventually had to call using a different phone number so they would actually answer, since I had left multiple messages. Needless to say, I'm still pulling weeds from my yard after I paid for a service that should have prevented it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Everyone from this company has been awesome! The first time we set up a spray we had been in Europe for three weeks and came back to a jungle in our front and back yard. It was atrocious. We called in desperation, hoping it could be fixed without us working for 5 hours in the hot Tucson sun. Justin immediately got us scheduled with little notice that same weekend. He even stopped by our house while the tech was out to meet us and make sure we were happy with the price and service. We are set up on a 6 month spray cycle. That's all you need. Every 6 months a tech comes by and sprays. I have little or no weeds! I used to get 2 foot high weeds. I have a large yard and for about 3 years now since WEEDCO comes, I have a clean yard consistantly! read more

WeedCo came out as scheduled to spray both my front and back yards for weeds. However there was NO mention before the technician finished that the entire sprayed area had to be watered within 3 days in order for the product to work. I am a 75 year old senior unable to do this myself! I called back and said I was willing to pay for the watering (which in itself is ridiculous, as I assumed my only job was to pay for the weed spraying) and was told I would be called back regarding the watering. No return call was received. I called back again the next day and left a message. No return call was received. Today is day 3 and no action at all was taken by this business on my behalf. I will not use them again. No customer service and no full disclosure until the spraying is done. It remains to be seen if they actually sprayed a pre and post emergent as they claim. read more

Everyone you speak with start to finish is friendly, they always show within the specified timeframe and do quality work then let you know when they're done and give you brief instructions for spraying water later and for pets and kids. I do not recommend this company. I remodeled my back yard and I needed to do a weed treatment before the masons put the pavers. I was in a time crunch to do it. When I called them to schedule the service , they told me they had a satellite services and they could see may back yard and they gave me a quote of 120 to do treatment for back and from yard. They came on a Thursday (pavers were going to be placed on Saturday, therefore, I had to get it done before then). They sent a different person from the original one scheduled. When the technician arrived charged me $100 dollars more. He came, looked at the space and said it's $220, I told him I already talked to the office a few days ago and they quote me $120. He said he didn't know anything about but If I wanted it done it was going to be $220. I called the office and they said they didn't know anything about the previous quote other than the one the technician there was giving me. Since I was in a crunch time, and pavers were going to be placed two days after I had no choice but have him do the weed treatment for $100 more than they originally quoted me. After that experience, I didn't hire their service again! That was the only time I did hire their services and I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

I bought a house with a large corner lot almost 2 years ago. I tried managing the weeds (desert landscaping) on my own, but they were overwhelming this year. So I called WeedCo. They asked me where I wanted to apply it, showed it to me in an aerial photo with the treatment areas highlighted, then adjusted it as we needed. Very convenient. Then they quoted me a great price--extremely affordable--and we agreed to semi-annual treatments. After the first treatment, it took a few days when all the weeds started dying. Everything turned grey or brown and my yard looks great. I'm staying with WeedCo and couldn't be more happy with the results. read more
