The experience was one of the most stressful and unprofessional contractor experiences we have ever had. Most importantly: as of today, we were unable to locate any active Arizona Registrar of Contractors license for this business or the individual representing himself as the contractor, despite repeated searches and direct verification attempts with the Arizona ROC. We repeatedly asked for proof of licensing and did not receive it. Consumers should verify licensing for themselves before signing anything or paying deposits. We will certainly verify in the future.  The problems throughout this project were extensive: * Concrete coating developed cloudy white discoloration after rain shortly after application * Finish appearance did not match what was discussed or expected * High-gloss sealer was used despite our request for matte * Concrete splatter and dents were left on painted stucco walls * Outdoor faucet hardware was damaged during the project * Rock color installed was dramatically different from what we requested * Multiple corrections and redirects were needed due to poor communication and lack of oversight * We were charged while still dealing with unresolved workmanship concerns * Communication became defensive, dismissive, and at times openly disrespectful when concerns were raised Rather than taking accountability, the response was largely blame-shifting and gaslighting. Concerns were minimized instead of professionally addressed, and we were made to feel like the problem for asking for basic quality and clarity on a very expensive project. Homeowners: please do your homework, verify licensing independently through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and proceed with extreme caution.

This is that company. As a recent transplant to Pima County, and new home owner, I needed some very tall Mexican Fan Palms removed adjacent to my new swimming pool. I called and within hours was receiving an estimate for the work. Within days I had a crew of professionals at my new home and they removed the trees so fast, some of my new neighbors asked if I was a magician. The crew treated my pool, my yard, my new home as though it were their own.
