I popped in late Saturday afternoon, I was checking out the spot that took over my favorite breakfast place in town. I must say the transformation was AMAZING!!! There is a really cute patio and additional seating to come (Grand Opening is 4/29). Coffee, service and my danish was excellent. I couldn't resist this coffee mug, it was a little pricey...but today I used it and my coffee after a 2 hr conference call is still piping hot!! It is a must buy!!! Picture below. A big part of my reviews are based on the atmosphere of the coffee shop. It looked like they were in the process of some renovations, but regardless, the seating was very limited. It was extremely busy too. The baristas were nice and hardworking. Coffee was great, and the cheese danish was amazing. I would definitely come back here, but I'd like to see some more seats because this place seems like it's always busy. Definitely hasn't reached its potential yet. read more

Best coffee in southern Maryland! Smoothest espresso I've ever had. I got the iced chai latte with a single shot and I wanted to go back for another in the same day, it's that good. My husband got a black coffee and was also very impressed. It's just such a bummer that they're closed on Monday and Tuesday! Those are arguably the days I want a drink from there the most! Found this wonderful little coffeehouse in La Plata MD. The coffee is sooooo good. Puts Starbucks to shame! I love that it is a local small business. These are the type of establishments that I love in the community. Not a chain and excellent quality. I promise you won't be disappointed. They don't have frappes but hot or iced is good enough for me. So far I have tried three of the specialty iced coffee and everyone was deliciously flavorful. Stumbled across this place on our way to Washington DC from Montross, VA after we stopped to fill up for gas and it was right down the road and we are fancy coffee drinkers and hadn't had our morning coffee yet! Best stop we've made our entire spring break trip so far! The staff were super friendly, super cute building/decor, awesome coffee/drink selection, clean bathrooms with a huge changing table for our toddler (always a plus as it stinks when places don't have one!) and most importantly the coffee is so delicious! We actually made sure to leave in time to return home from DC to stop again on our way home before they closed! Thanks Wee Bean Coffee for treating us to delicious coffee twice in one day! We tried the following over the two visits: sweet cinnamon macchiato (delicious), my SA got the raspberry white mocha iced X2 (he liked it that much he wouldn't try anything else), our teens tried the PB cup mocha (it was tasty!) and then second visit I tried the snickerdoodle latte (so good!), and the boys has strawberry rose lemonade and the brown butter vanilla latte and both didn't disappoint! If you happen to be close by, make sure to stop, if it wasn't over an hour from our Airbnb we would be going again every morning until we head back to MI! read more
