I don't post on Yelp but after speaking to the managers, the technician that visited me that performed the work and looking at these reviews i felt that i had to put my two cents in and give my opinion. 1. I noticed a couple of reviews that mentioned the service call was performed after hours. I asked the manager for this type of service due to the fact that I work late afternoons and will like to come home and not miss a day of work but I was told that the company does not offer this service and the trucks are in by 6 in the afternoon. (PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU CALL) Webster is not 24 hours. 2. I don't know much about locks, I have a private home in Manhattan that i just bought and needed security ASAP. I called Webster and spoke to David and Simon and they gave me all the options sent me pictures of the locks and explained to me what I was buying. After selecting the locks and scheduling a date for installation the technician arrived during the promised window time. The technician was very nice, informative and answered all my questions. After he completed the job we checked each lock individually and I was amazed with the work. If you have any lock work you want to do call WEBSTER listen not all companies are perfect I was told any issues or concerns I can call in and they will send someone and offered a 90 day warranty on the hardware. I will never use Webster locksmith again. For starters, I called to confirm my appointment after I made it a week ago and they never put anything in the system for my appointment. They were not that apologetic for the inconvenience they caused me. A week later the guy showed up with no warning of when he was coming they just said between 3-5. He installed the new lock quickly and it looks nice and it does work. However, when it came time to pay him I handed him a check because the first person I spoke to said I can pay by check. He says he can't take my check and then calls the man I spoke to and he said that I can't pay with a check. I didn't have my credit card on me because I was in the process of getting a new one and I only had a few dollars. Luckily, my roommate had 100 dollars cash. The whole installation of the new lock plus 2 keys came to 103.43. Also, the lock smith did not have any change on him. I also asked them originally if I can have 4 keys and they said that wasn't a problem, then when the locksmith came here he said he can only give me 2. If I ever need lock work done again I WILL NOT BE USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY !!! read more

This company really sucks and that fat old cheap bastard Allan is a piece of and he's son he's the worse! One day they gonna mess with the wrong people or person and they gonna get what they deserve! I hope is horrible and terrible what ever is done to this two clowns! They treat customers like crap and employees who don't kiss their Asses very bad! Some of the employees I work with are nothing but ass kissers and always gossip about other fellow employees just to suck up to this two clown owners... They over charge and try to rob their customers and make you work like a slave and lie to customers so the company gets rich! If you don't kiss their ass and suck up to them and no matter how hard you work and bring them money? They will just fire you on the spot! Simon and Tony were so helpful and were patient through the entire process of needing to get special paper work for my management to approve them to enter the complex and be allowed to do any work for me. I find this kind of customer service and care rare these days. They worked with me on my budget knowing I had been through the wringer this past year from my last landlord, who damaged all of my belongings by hiding and not taking care of a mold infestation and it bled me financially dry to move on. I really have to say these are good people running a good company. JD came and put the new cylinder in, and made the lock work more smoothly than it did with the old cylinder and he did it fast and with lots of customer service. I loved seeing the photos of his children and the pride in his face to share that with me. Hire them! read more

Had a surreal experience and it deserves mentioning. We had a time sensitive situation in making our home more secure and needed the help of both departments locksmith and welding. The work was seamlessly coordinated. The staff was extremely knowledgable sincere and so helpful in giving advice on which locks would suit our needs. The staff worked on expediting and prioritizing which locks to install first. Both the welder and locksmith were genuine and proud of there work which speaks well of them and the company. The staff was interested in knowing how they did. We could not have had a more positive experience. I don't understand the descrepeancy of the previous posts and question their motives. I just moved to my apartment and wanted to change my locks just in case anyone had copies I call Webster locksmith and spoke to a lady named Jackie she answered the phone with good morning and ended with have a great day I must say I had no idea what I needed and she asked questions and gave me different options on what I can use she also helped me better understand the different types of locks i scheduled an appointment with her and the locksmith was there on time and did a great job so I recommend them to my mom so she can have her locks changed as well Thank you Jackie read more

Zero stars if possible. Had the worst experience with this company. Their workers did an extremely bad job! The members of their office staff were very unprofessional, cocky and rude. Even the owner was not nice, which was surprising. No wonder his staff treat the clients with utter disrespect too! read more

Hire people who know how to drive properly. Your worker tried to cut me off when there was barely any space for him to merge in so I honked just in case he didnt see me and decided to honked at me and flipped me off. read more

Rude and violent technicians. The owner was also just as rude as the technicians. Dealing with this company was a nightmare.

Owner Allen threatened me. Poor experience and completely unprofessional. Perhaps he was having a bad day.

Worst costumer service told him the model of the car and just hanged up
