I did not know where to start and I had a ton of questions. I've been scouring the internet and visited the major places like Home Depot and Lowes. Derrick by far was so informative and helpful and even told me about the different discounts they had that I could use to lower my costs! I was so happy to be able to get this one big project out of the way so that I could focus on running my business. Long story short, I encountered some devastating issues with the property management company that I rented from and Derrick literally came through and saved me. He truly is an angel - I swear to you, if you need flooring, you MUST come here. You will be received with the utmost quality of service that you will NOT be able to find anywhere else. I am beyond grateful and lucky to have found this place and received the help of Derrick, Marq, and the rest of his team. Their professionalism, prompt service, helpfulness, and understanding is beyond anything I ever would have expected. Thank you Derrick and LL Flooring! You guys are my heroes!!!!!!!

I had limited knowledge on sub-flooring and the processes of vinyl, laminate, hardwood, engineered woods given by various flooring contractors who provided me estimates all across the board. He thoughtfully answered my questions and weighed out the pros/cons of the seemingly endless options I had in attempts to remedy water damage to said flooring - debated replacing with parquet, fixing only a portion, or completely doing over the entire unit. I finally went to visit LL where I narrowed down from 10 to 2 options in which Shaf was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and patient - catering to my indecisiveness and timeliness or lack of. Even though I changed my mind the next day and called to update my choice, he went above and beyond multiple times to ensure I got the wood and baseboards I wanted in the timeframe/method I needed it delivered. Of course I underestimated sq footage and had to order more.. the product itself TBD but every time it's been a pleasant experience with LL staff.

I've came here a few years ago when they first opened but my customer service experience was sub-par. Are these new owners??? I needed exterior concrete paint for my deck. I went on line for reviews for various paint brands and read that Benjamin Moore was at the top of the list. When I arrived at MMM paint I told the owner what I wanted and he handed me a paint chart, answered all of my questions and mixed the paint for me. I actually went there two consecutive and. I love doing business with people who appreciates the value to good customer service. I found the prices for what I purchased not over priced. All we have to do now is get the younger man that works there off of his cell phone. Lol

We stopped in last minute, as we needed some entryway tiling for a job that was supposed to be hardwood. Turns out that the flooring we ran throughout our house was just not a good fit for the space. The problem was that our contractor* demanded we have tile ready in a day or two. Totally realistic right? Enter All American Flooring. Not only did Sammy get what we were going through, he was down to earth and helped us pick just the right entryway tile we wanted for the landing. He helped us lay out around 10 samples on the ground, and its funny, what we went with was not at all what I was thinking we would get. I happy with Sammy's suggestion and the final product; Italian porcelain with slight grey undertones and it sparkles gently when light hits it. In other words, its strong, it looks friggin cool, and the sparkles make my player two super happy. Best of all, the process couldn't have been more than 30 min, and our tile was ready for pickup 2 days later. If you're looking for tile, carpet, any kind of flooring at all, All American is your place. Say hey to Sammy, and trust what he has to say. ______ *Don't even get me started, omg what a nightmare

Your one-stop-shop for all your tile needs. You CANNOT beat Milford Tile!…read more On the advice of our handyman, who has been going there since he was 16 years old, we visited Milford Tile during a recent bathroom remodel. The selection is AMAZING and the customer-service SECOND-TO-NONE. We were assisted by Joey and Ulysses, who were both incredibly helpful and patient, which is KEY. Selecting tile combinations is a bit overwhelming, to be honest. What looks good in the showroom suddenly looks different when you get it home to the work site. Milford let us take multiple samples home, multiple times and offered super-helpful tips each and every time. We found a border tile at a fancy tile place in Manhattan that was supposedly exclusive to that shop. The Manhattan place wanted $25 a tile. Milford, not only located the tile, but offered it to us at a much cheaper price of $17 a tile! Milford is a family-owned, old-world shop in a time where the big box retailers like Home Depot and Lowes import cheap tile at a high mark up and can barely be bothered with your customer-service needs. NO THANKS. Give me Milford Tile EVERY TIME! We're coming back soon for our second bathroom remodel... Thanks so much, you guys. You made a painstaking process actually pleasant!
