Excellent meal at Weber's. A low key, not pretentious spot that has a ton of class & personality. It seemed like the prime rib was the star of the menu here so although I'm not a huge fan, I decided to give it a try. Some of the best prime rib I've ever had. Melt in your mouth good. Came with a delicious baked potato and some creamy horseradish sauce. I opted to add some button mushrooms as well. Service here was friendly and attentive - excellent in all facets. Live jazz spiced it up a notch as well. Chocolate cake is a must order for any cocoa lover or sweet toother.

We had an absolutely amazing time here for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party. They were able to accommodate our group of 20 people in a nice private room and then for brunch the next day we had a group of 12 which they were able to accommodate with our own private table. The food was excellent. If you're considering what to order from here get any steak item. You can't go wrong. Our group had a wi de range of steak orders and everyone enjoyed their meal. We also got the oysters which were extremely fresh and very tasty. The drinks were creative and well made. The brunch buffet had very tasty meals that wasn't overwhelming but also had options to not feel like we were forced to only eat one thing. We loved this place the first time we came here with just us but we loved it even more when we came back with our friends. Highly recommend Pictures are from the first time we went but all were also extremely good

Great meal with live jazz was fun. The interior was great with a lot of character. We sat at a half booth table that felt like our own private nook with chandelier. The bread with pate was a good start. I had Prime rib (served with a warm pour of au juice) and loaded potato with salad. Hubby had NY strip with fries & clam chowder. Everything was delicious.

Weber's isn't the place to go for fusion, hipster vibe or cutting-edge culinary trends - but if you're seeking gigantic, buttery scallops with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, make a pilgrimage to their historic dining room at the western edge of Ann Arbor. We also love the fresh Maine lobster tails and dry-aged prime rib. If you're staying at the hotel, a trip to the breakfast bar is a no-brainer - everything from the house-made granola to the eggs Benedict is scrumptious, although the coffee is only so-so. Sunday brunch offers plenty of solid options, but only a carb-hating fool skips the waffle bar with its decadent caramel and hot fudge toppings. Service is always polished although sometimes a bit stiff.

A refined steakhouse with an exceptional atmosphere and a team that is both genuinely welcoming and impeccably trained -- perfectly aligned with the caliber of the establishment. The cuisine is outstanding. We enjoyed the escargot, clam chowder, beef stroganoff, ribeye with a loaded baked potato, banana bread pudding, chocolate cake, and the Millionaire's Coffee -- each dish executed beautifully. I would gladly award seven stars if that were an option. It was a true pleasure to dine in such a cultivated setting, accompanied by elegant live music in the background. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to returning. A venue of this distinction naturally inspires a certain standard -- one that, when embraced by all, only enhances the overall experience.

Chocolate cake...so delicious. Ate the whole thing!!!

After a long day of traveling, we walked over for dinner. It was a Sunday evening around 6:30pm without reservations but only had to wait 15 minutes. There was live jazz duo playing piano & cello. That was nice. I enjoyed the branzino with rock shrimp, sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. I also had the lobster bisque. It was ok, just a tad bit salty and the texture is thick so kind of like chowder or gravy. Dessert was the highlight for me. I devoured the chocolate cake which was like an elevated hostess ding dong. Would go back for this.

What an incredible place! Established in the 1930's it still retains that old school , high end elegance. The restaurant is absolutely stunning with stained glass windows and cathedral style ceilings. We had a fairly large party (16) turned smaller(8) , but the staff was accommodating to the change and didn't make us feel bad for taking up the entire back room. Service was exceptional. No water went below half, all drinks and food were delivered promptly with a smile. Food was delicious. We ordered mostly off the brunch menu, steak and eggs, French toast, omelettes, and a few lunch sandwiches: prime rib sandwich and burger. Everyone finished their plates! I would definitely recommend this establishment. Bonus points for being Family owned and operated for almost a century! I love seeing family business succeed. Skip the chains, GO HERE! They have a hotel and banquet hall as well for events. Worth a look in my opinion.

    Prime rib

Excellent ambience and great salad, bread, and baked potato. The prime rib was disappointing. I asked for a chuck end cut. Explaining that I do not care for the lean part and I want to maximize rib cap portion. What I received is obviously a pure loin cut. All lean. The server never asked if I got what I wanted. For a place that boasts specializing in prime rib, the chef and server should understand my order.

My first time going for breakfast. Great ambiance! Staff was engaging and kind. I got the steak and eggs. The hash browns were my favorite part. Steak was only OK. It was a filling dish for sure, but I don't think I would get the steak and eggs again, especially for the price. Others got the Eggs Benedict which they were a fan of!

Weber's is a classic for good reason! The ambience was beautiful with a live pianist and linen tablecloths. The food was solid and the portions were generous. I had the London broil and it can with soup/salad, whipped potatoes, and sautéed spinach. The sauce on the meat was perfect and the sides were lovely. The service was fast and attentive as well. I would recommend for a nice dinner or special occasion.

Weber's has a five for snapper and service. We had lobster and Prime Rib and they were both good. The lobster was Juicy and tasty, the prime rib was cooked very well (Medium) and the Au Jus was excellent and the horseradish was to die for. I loved they brought out a butter warmer for my Clarified butter. It was so cute with a little candle. The Crab cakes were phenomenal and no to mention the little beef Wellington shortcake appetizers! The cheesecake was one of the best I've had! I had the millionaires cocktail which was terrific! Beautiful interior and live entertainment made the mood extra special. Loved it! Next time we will spend the night at the boutique hotel that is attached and explore Ann Arbor. You have to go and don't forget your wallet...it's worth it!

Hard to believe nearly 30 years have passed since first coming here. Looking back at college days in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I am not sure if this counts as a true yelp experience. I had a craving for the spinach bread that we had at webers oh so many years ago. Yes it was that good! . So I searched up Weber's through Yelp, and looked at the menu and sure enough they still have their spinach bread on the menu. Also the dining room had not changed that much to my recollection. My wife and I used to love to go here for special occasions (we were not married yet, metfirst day of college @ UofM) According to a 2017 article about the 80th anniversary celebration article, it is still in the Webber family. It was kind of neat reading the history of how Webers got started. What we normally ordered: Bottle of wine (great west coast selection) Silver Oak, Caymus, Jordan, stags leap. Spinach bread Prime rib (28 day aged) Lamb Beef stroganoff Everything was always prepared perfectly, the food was delicious, and the servers were always friendly. Living on the west coast prevents me from being able to go back here, but I sure have good memories of Webers.

What a delightful and FUN evening!…read more First time at this steakhouse. It was a party of four celebrating my birthday. As soon as we approached the front of the restaurant, I immediately felt like living back in Chicago. As we stepped inside and I took a look around, it hit me. Walking into this steakhouse feels like stepping into a vintage Chicago steakhouse/speakeasy. The doors open to the faint, unmistakable scent of charcoal-seared prime beef, aged bourbon, and pipe tobacco. Dim, moody lighting glints off polished brass fixtures and Art Deco geometric paneling, setting an atmosphere of unmistakable luxury. It wowed me. It has been a full year since I experienced this. This steakhouse is the pinnacle of indulgent dining, characterized by impeccable hospitality, expertly crafted dishes, and an atmosphere of refined luxury. It seamlessly blends the finest cuts of premium, dry-aged beef with white-tablecloth elegance and a sophisticated, but fun ambiance. Interiors feature dark wood paneling, rich leathers, brass accents, and low, warm lighting to create an intimate and timeless setting. White-Glove Service: The waitstaff are highly trained professionals who anticipate your every need. Tables feature crisp linen, heavy silverware, and polished glasses. The Bar: The focal point of the room is often an expansive, classic bar featuring a world-class cocktail program. Signature drinks include bone-dry martinis and perfectly balanced Old Fashioneds. Reminiscent of a top-tier Chicago steakhouse! The menu selection is fantastic, and the staff is wonderfully synchronized with a keen eye for the little details. Everyone at our table was wowed and completely satisfied. The lower level cigar lounge had tremendous atmosphere and it was the perfect way to finish the night. Highly recommended you try this place. Let me tell you a bit more about La Dolce Vita & Cigar Lounge. This cigar lounge is an adjoining gourmet dessert and cigar lounge. It allows you to wrap up your evening with fine wines, single malt scotches, and hand-rolled cigars, even featuring elaborate, over-the-top desserts like their molten "Candy Bar Bomb". I will write another review soon because we will be back. I will also update the review and share all the great food and all the appetizers drinks and desserts that we had on my awesome birthday dinner! So stay tuned ;) ALSO I want to give kudos to the gal that deboned my Dover Sole, after dinner we headed down to the cigar lounge and she asked me how was my meal and she was very polite and professional it made me smile that she took the time to confirm how I felt about the Dover Sole. The details added up throughout the evening.

The cuts of meat were excellent and cooked perfectly. Coming here is more than just dinner, it's an experience. When we got our check I noticed that there was a "convenience fee 3%", which is applied to your meal prices only. I'm not a fan of convenience fee, if they are trying to offset the credit card charges or adjust their prices due to the inflation or higher material costs, they should just raise their prices to offset those. I also didn't see anything about convenience fee being added, granted if it was in a smaller print so I could have missed it. It seems everyone is adding on convenience fee to everything.
