We had a pleasant experience, but I can see how this restaurant is on the cusp, and trying to fight back. This is a pretty pricey option for a family dinner in general, but in relative terms, is not bad when it comes to the steak prices compared to other Steakhouses in the area. Our family all enjoyed our dinners, but the standout of the night was the grill master combo. This had a half slab of ribs, wings, and a hot link with two sides for $31. I had the ribeye for $48 that just comes with one side, and while the steak and garlic mashed potatoes were great, it wasn't a great value money-wise. I wish I would have at least gotten a vegetable or side salad as part of my meal, but I wasn't about to pay $7 for some a la carte green beans. In our party someone had the BBQ bacon burger, that was also a standout, with a nice large burger patty and crispy bacon. They have lots of happy hour deals advertised; unfortunately we were there after 6 PM, but I can see how they're trying to use that to have a fighting chance. The dining room was nearly empty, but it was a random Wednesday night, and the serving staff was the B or C team. I can see how the A servers don't want to work here if it's this dead. Maybe it's busier and has better service on the weekends, but I have never been here on a weekend night. I had been here alone before and wasn't too thrilled with the tenderloin medallion flight; it was still expensive, and the portions were tiny. Can't cook a steak properly. Sent first one back, after ordering medium rare and it was approaching well done. I'm a grillmaster and you never cut into a steak as they did to check its doneness. This place has great options at happy hour. The prices are really low for what you pay at happy hour. Their service is always great and very welcoming. The ambience is perfect for a sports bar and a family restaurant. Another good thing about this place is it's not crowded even on Friday evenings. That helps us to go without reservations. read more

We came here on Thanksgiving twice--2023 and 2025, and both times were pleasant and the same experience. The servers are attentive, the restaurant and bar are spacious and clubby, and the food's been good. My friend had the Thanksgiving meal, and I had fajitas with chicken. I had high hopes since I knew the chicken would be grilled right, and it was. Plenty of side items--beans, white and red rice, cheese, onions, sour cream, fajita veggies, a lot of chicken, and four tortillas. This was honestly disappointing. I ordered a steak and a burger.... two things this place should absolutely nail and both came out dry. For a restaurant built around grilling, that's a tough miss. The ambience is nice, and I can see it being a decent spot to watch a game or grab a beer, but the food didn't justify coming back. My hubby has wanted to check out a Weber Grill for quite a while, so when we were staying in the area, we had to check it out. We were able to get a table without a reservation. They sat us at a window booth in the back. First thing we noticed was the table was scratched up with lots of water stains. That part of the dining room is definitely in need of a good cleaning and refresh because it was a bit dirty and outdated. I guess the reason I'm talking about this so much is that at this price point, I was expecting it to be nicer. The dining room had a bunch of vintage Weber kettles on display, which was neat. The service was okay. We could tell he was a new hire because he was a bit awkward, and stumbled over our questions about the menu. We ordered the egg rolls (with smoked brisket) as a starter, my hubby ordered a burger and fries, and I ordered a Delmonico steak with a loaded baked potato. The egg rolls were good, but salty. My steak was okay, it was cooked correctly, but part of the steak had such a strong charcoal flavor I couldn't eat it. It tasted like a mouthful of char. The loaded potato was really weak with the toppings and it was dry like it was under a heat lamp for hours. My hubby's burger and fries were okay. Overall we weren't impressed with the food. To start my review I will talk about the food. We had the Big Gs burger and a couple of steaks, the meat was full of flavor and you can taste the smokiness of the grill. We enjoyed our appetizers especially the ribs those are a must have and I recommend. To drink we had the mango lemonade and it was perfect not too sweet and sour. Service was great our waiter was very polite and the manager was very inviting. Ambiance of the restaurant is clean and warm. Overall I recommend this restaurant and a must have is the BBQ. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu as it had some really good choices. I had the Carolina pork chop with mashed potatoes & spinach. We had a 7pm reservation and were seated at about ten after. This is just fine, but the restaurant was only about half full. Once we were seated it took about 15 minutes for the waiter to greet us. We got our drinks and promptly ordered after locating the kids menu on our phones. Poor service continued. We asked waiter for an update after 40 minutes of waiting for our meal. We went here as they were less crowded on a Friday night for dinner. This was the first in many years I've been to a Weber Grill. I had the Big G's BBQ Chicken entrée & fire roasted corn and spinach queso. The portions are big here, so there was lunch the next day. The pretzel rolls were delicious! It's unique and cool to see right when you walk in the host station across the exposed kitchen. The food was good not great.
