We recently purchased a condo and there are mosquitoes in the area. We noticed that all of the window screens we had didn't fit the windows properly and left large gaps where the mosquitoes must have been flying in. I reached out to Kevin via Yelp and got a response fairly quickly. We set up an appointment time for when my husband would be home. I was at work while Kevin built & installed our new screens, but my husband said he did a great job and now that I've seen them, I agree that he did great. The price was excellent too! The retractable screen doors for our double front door are almost 10 years old and were not in great shape. In March of 2021, I called Kevin to replace a torn screen. I was happy he called me right back when I left a message. He came at the scheduled time and wore a mask. He replaced the screens and straightened the frames. After a couple of days I realized the doors were still not closing properly. He knew what the problem was and had to order new magnets for the doors. It was easy to schedule his return trip and he let me know when he was running a little late. Kevin was a pleasure to work with-- He is a true professional. Every once in a while, you get lucky and come across a business owner who is just so ethical and straightforward and good at their job. We needed several windows rescreened due to the prior owner had cats and many of the screens had little holes. Kevin responded to my Yelp quote request quickly and transparently and was in by the next week to do the rescreening. He did six windows in less than 1.5 hours. he knew I was on a budget so didn't try to push the rest of the windows that I didn't want to do. That is pretty rare when it comes to business and sales. We Screen has definitely earned and ongoing customer in me. Will plan to call them again for the rest of the windows later this year. read more

We have an old 1924 Janes Cottage here in Altadena. Our screens had wear and tear and yet everywhere I looked only had the aluminum option for replacing them. I was looking for someone who would replace the screens within the wood frames that were created when the house was built. Kevin did just that. He also replaced some of the quarter dowels that weren't in the best shape. He was very efficient and they all came out beautifully! I would recommend him highly to anyone. Some 'yahoo' told one of my friends I needed 'tracking'... now, Kevin could have told me the same thing, really now, how would I know from over here, but, he came right out and said there was no need for new tracking as the tracking in place was just fine. We've been looking for someone to fix our retractable patio screen door and my husband came across this company on yelp. Truly a 5 star! They answered my call and booked my appointment ASAP. I've always wanted a retractable screen door but did t want to customize a store bought one for my back door. Finally bit the bullet and ordered one. I shopped around and We Screen responded the quickest and scheduled me the soonest. They also was just a hair less than the other provider. Kevin can early which was fine to install the screen. I called and got a quote for a back screen door early june 2014. Kevin told me the price and agreed to removed the old door. The door was installed on June 26th, 2014. Some how he forgot to take away the old door. I called him the next day, Kevin promised to pick up the following Friday, but no show!. So I called again a week later, promised again to pickup the following Friday, yet still no show. That is two times of ignoring me and fail to complete the project as promised when quoted and paid. I am not sure the other reviews, but I am a real customer with invoice number 0519. Paid $230 dollars for it and when it comes to follow ups, it really disappoints.
